Cooperation as the only tool for the survival of the state
Cooperation as the only tool for the survival of the state

Cooperation is a natural reaction of any healthy society to any threat. Only cooperation can help to survive in any conditions. Cooperation is not commerce, it is mutual assistance and interaction between people …

Long preface:

The real disaster of the Middle Ages was the massive plague and cholera diseases that undermined the power of the crowns and left behind deserted entire states… The epidemics and pandemics of these diseases were a nightmare and daytime problem, global in geography and total in threat.

None of the wars claimed as many human lives as the plague. Coming from Asia, the Black Death in medieval Europe killed a third of the population.

Naturally, the explanations for these misfortunes and the methods of dealing with them were as decisive as they were illiterate and helpless. One "feast in time of plague" is worth it. Yes, not just standing, but clearly asking as an illustration of the present day, when the "elites" are trying to deal with the global systemic crisis in the same way as their medieval ancestors did with epidemics of deadly diseases.

The causes of epidemics were then associated with anything, but not with real causes.- earthquakes, contagious fumes generated by underground decay, with poisonous volcanic eruptions, but mainly - with the special position of stars and planets, with the appearance of comets and eclipses. Predicting epidemics has been one of the main goals of astrological forecasting. Outstanding mathematicians and astronomers were involved in their compilation, including Johann Müller (Regiomontanus) (1436-1476) and I. Kepler (1571-1630). Often, portraits of famous doctors were decorated with horoscope images.

There was a popular theory that the cause of the plague was Jews poisoning wells and other reservoirs. So in the city of Basel the authorities, in a good fit of fighting the epidemic, burned alive all the Jews who lived there in the city square.

For centuries, methods of dealing with infectious diseases have been based on the recommendations given in the "Epidemics" of Hippocrates. When, for example, an epidemic of a contagious disease broke out in Athens, he said that the north winds had brought it and suggested lighting fires from the north side of the city to prevent bad air from entering the city.

The fight against epidemics is due to the widespread prevalence of tobacco smoking in medieval Europe, which was considered a preventive measure. So, in England there was a law according to which, during an epidemic, all people, including infants, had to smoke pipes … and not only smoke!

“My dear brother Erasmus showed me this method. Smoke from two pipes (filled with tobacco) is blown into the intestines. An ingenious Englishman invented a suitable tool for this. " (Thomas Bartholin, Historiarum anatomicarum et medicarum rariorum Copenhagen. 1661)

Now, when a gray smoke is billowing out of the patient's ass, it is high time to do bloodletting so that the patient gets rid of "bad blood" and "devilish moods" …. If the patient even after that (your ways are inscrutable, Lord!) Shows signs of life, then you can hang him by his legs, sprinkle him with earth from the grave and wait for the "poison of the disease" to pour out of his ears …

Harmann also cites a recipe for "divine water", so named for its miraculous properties: the whole corpse of a person who was distinguished by good health during life, but who died a violent death, is taken entirely; meat, bones and entrails are cut into small pieces; everything is mixed and by distillation turns into a liquid. (Aries F. Man in the face of death. M.: "Progress" - "Progress-Academy", 1992)

Cooperation as a way of survival in modern conditions

I dwell in such detail on the medieval methods of treating infectious diseases only because the recognized authorities of the XXI century from "economics" offer exactly the same methods of prevention and treatment of the global economic crisis …

Of course, against this background of the recommendations of such serious recognized "comrades", the advice of simple epidemiologists looks frivolous and frivolous. Just think! In order to effectively counter the global, brutal, deadly threat that mows down entire cities, you just need to wash and boil, clean and clean … Well, isn't it a mockery? How many sacrifices were made, how many astrological treatises were written, how much alchemical magical energy was spent, and they are about such a simple and primitive action!

Many of the medieval innovators, instead of receiving grants to promote a sanitary start-up, were deprived of their language, or even their heads. Painfully, the grandeur and the size of the threat did not correspond to such life-hacks available to every mortal … Observe cleanliness? Precisely - heretics!

Honestly, I would have omitted all the other advice of an eyewitness to the Argentine crisis after this thesis, because you still cannot store everything you need alone, and you may not keep what you store, if condition number 1 is not met. And how not to remember, reading about this condition, that the traditional form of organization of the population of Russia is precisely the community with which "… And the trouble is not a loss", but "I fell behind - I became an orphan." "The community will be divided - soon it will go bankrupt …"

Moving from the Argentinean experience to the Yugoslavian one, closer to the Russian civilization

And there we find the same thing:

“I was lucky: my family was large at that time (15 people in a big house, 6 pistols, 3 AK) - we survived (at least most of us) The strength was - in quantity, if you live alone in the house - to be killed and robbed is just a matter of time, even if you are armed. You cannot survive alone, strength is in numbers, do not move away from your family, prepare together, choose reliable friends…”

Moreover, cooperation is a natural reaction of any healthy society to any threat., not necessarily physical. Let's go back to the Argentine crisis and read:

“During the economic collapse, large businessmen and foreign investors moved their capital abroad. As a result, many small and medium-sized businesses were closed due to lack of funds, and the unemployment rate increased. The workers of these enterprises were deprived of any income and decided to re-launch the means of production on their own as self-governing cooperatives.

Thank God, Russia, despite all the attempts of the liberals in power, today is a unique country and an undoubted leader in terms of loyalty to the self-sufficiency of the population.The Russian state agrees not to interfere at all in the work of providing the population with consumer goods, and is even ready not to levy taxes on everything related to consumer cooperation.

Law of the Russian Federation of June 19, 1992 N 3085-1 (as amended on July 2, 2013) "On consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Russian Federation":

State bodies and local self-government bodies have no right to interfere in the economic, financial and other activities of consumer societies.

In accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Article 39), "the transfer of property, if such a transfer is of an investment nature … (in particular … share contributions to mutual funds of cooperatives), is not recognized as the sale of goods, works or services."

I think this is the maximum that the state could do for its citizens in this historical period. Doesn't prohibit - and that's enough.

Those wishing to survive will have to restore the skills of their ancestors in community, consumer, industrial and inter-sectoral cooperation and shoulder each other's shoulders so that they do not crash in chorus.

Manufacturers (not all of course, but only those who wish to survive) cooperate with consumers, customers - with suppliers, contractors - with subcontractors, because only in this way will it become possible:

  1. build a vertically integrated production cycle, protected as much as possible from external influences;
  2. switch to strictly planned work on specific orders for a specific consumer;
  3. eliminate overproduction by setting up the release of exactly the amount of products that the consumer needs;
  4. exclude intermediaries who do not have a place if there is a direct connection between the consumer and the manufacturer.

Well, if it is possible to exclude from the cost price

  • production of excess (not ordered products) due to direct cooperation between the manufacturer and the consumer,
  • payment of extra transaction costs to intermediaries through direct cooperation of suppliers with the customer,
  • tax burden due to the consent of the state not to consider the movement of cooperative shares and funds as an implementation …

In this case, it will turn out to radically (several times) reduce the cost (and selling price) of products. It only remains to decide what to do with the payments for it, given the total shortage of money and the inability of the state to saturate the economy with this instrument.

I felt the absurdity of the current economic situation with my own skin, "embroidering" accounts receivable and payable in the framework of the crisis management of the enterprise, which

  1. cannot pay for its obligations, although the conveyor is threshing like a mill and warehouses are clogged with goods;
  2. traditional buyers would be happy to purchase the company's products, but they are in the same situation, that is, if they have their own products, they are not able to ensure its sales and receive funds to purchase what they need …

And so in a circle …

For suppliers, the situation is exactly the same … Everyone has everything, and everyone is ready to supply and consume, only an intermediary is missing … So maybe if he is not enough, then he will be available for …? How is Alexander Sergeevich in the poem "Onegin"?

At one time - after the First World War, when the former empires lay in ruins, and due to poverty, Germany-Austria-Hungary, as losers, could argue with Africa, the resourceful man Silvio Gezzel successfully solved the problem of the inability of the monetary system

I have no task to advertise his invention, and even more so - to pass him off as a panacea, since he himself considered his freeholds to be a local situational solution.All sorts of bitcoins, shaimuratik and other ersatz models, which are always lacking either security or an area of use, are considered as such today. But all of them taken together are also solutions, and if limited, it does not mean useless. In a situation of a global problem, which is international state impotence in financial matters, the people have the right to any experiments as long as they do not endanger the life and health of the consumers themselves.

But here, little by little, one interesting (directly according to Pushkin) model is being cut through, which uses just all technical achievements, has every chance to become global over time and compete with the current financial transcorps. Barter sites using global electronic networks, where, due to modern network technical solutions, the problem that the State Planning Committee and the USSR State Committee for Supply was not able to solve at one time - an adequate and prompt response to the needs of individuals and enterprises with crediting the production cycle directly by the consumer.

I wang that as the modern international banking system becomes decrepit, such sites will become more and more popular, open and technically more advanced, because they meet exactly the manufacturer's expectations - to work under a specific order for a specific client, and the consumer's expectations - to have direct access and leverage influence on the manufacturer of the products that you consume.

From below, this experience is supported by joint purchases hated by tax authorities, which already have a full-fledged electronic signage and a wide variety of Internet platforms, forums, groups in social networks and other things necessary to organize effective interaction for everyone's pleasure.

Like any models, they can and should be improved, but the vector is set correct and adequate - through open platforms independent of states for interaction between consumers and producers in order to ensure the necessary and sufficient conditions for the survival of both.

Conclusion before continuing

So, the plague of the XX-XXI centuries - a systemic economic crisis - is being treated and prevented by establishing simple, direct, understandable and effective channels of interaction between producers and consumers along the entire production chain, which should loop around and eventually eliminate unnecessary links of financial and commodity intermediaries. the role of which in our time can be successfully played by global information networks and new technical capabilities for the analysis and synthesis of information necessary for effective exchange of goods.

Just as an elementary set of available techniques that are effective prevention of infectious diseases, we will have to learn anew (as in the Renaissance Europeans - wash) we will have to learn to organize a simple and effective interaction (in Latin - cooperation)

It's easier together than one at a time. More fun, livelier, more profitable …

For example, move the cabinet. One - you will be tortured, together - instantly. Or if you wanted fresh milk. No, not like in a supermarket.But the real one, so as in childhood … Well, for this, to buy a cow? By the way, how much does it cost to buy a cow? And hay … and then more … waste of life will also have to somehow be disposed of …

But if for three, or even better for ten, then not only a cow, then you can swing at the whole barn. And not only to aim, but also to build, maintain, and even expand, because as a result of such cooperation, each participant in the movement has more investment resources than as a result of the usual commercial activity.

And all because cooperation is not commerce at all… This is mutual assistance and interaction based on mutual respect, when there is no need to sell anything in the commercial market. This is a system where the infection itself is completely absent in the form of an unsecured loan interest, and with it - the need for constant expansion (rising prices and market expansion) in pursuit of this security.

We will learn to interact and cooperate, creating effective, vertically integrated consumer structures, where the consumer orders and lends, the manufacturer produces and ships, and financial intermediaries, that is, banksters, nervously smoke on the sidelines. The global systemic crisis will fade away by itself!

If we do not learn, we will be doomed to further shamanism of alchemists from among the transcorps, who are fighting the crisis in the same way as medieval healers - with plague epidemics.

But I personally count very much on the instinct of self-preservation and prudence of ordinary people who do not have a high degree of dedication to the finintern, and not only count, but also apply all my modest efforts to the practical implementation of what I have described and what I see as real salvation from the plague XXI century.
