The human body is also designed for a life expectancy of 7 growth periods, that is, it is 150-170 years. Pensioners do not want to die, because they feel that this death is premature and the development program in this body is not yet completed.

Why does death occur at the age of 70-80?

The main cause of premature death is heat-treated (dead) food, which does not contain enzymes - catalysts (accelerators) of chemical reactions - since they are protein-based, they begin to die already when heated above 42 degrees C. The use of such food causes a consumption of enzyme reserves, inherited from childhood. With the age of a person, this supply ends, and by the age of 50-60 the liver begins to fail and begins to let dirt (cholesterol and other deposits in the blood vessels) into the bloodstream. This dirt, clogging the lumen of the vessels of the brain, reduces the flow of blood to the cells of the brain. How does the brain react to this? He instructs the heart to build up pressure in order to supply the same amount of blood through the narrowed lumens of the vessels. Have you noticed that all retirees are hypertensive? If a person continues to eat dead food, then the lumen of the vessels narrows so much that the heart receives a command from the brain to catch up with extreme pressure, which the walls of the vessels of the brain are already barely holding. If a person with medications knocks down blood pressure (and this is what almost all pensioners do), then he can live (bypassing strokes) to the stage of "senile dementia" - THIS IS WHEN THIS IS NOTHING TO THINK - the blood vessels of the brain are so clogged with dirt that there is not enough blood to properly nourish the brain, and high blood pressure is "successfully" extinguished by medications, so the brain begins to shut off intelligent activity in order to at least at least maintain the work of the brain regions responsible for controlling respiration and the work of the heart. Here death occurs when, due to the constant flow of dirt from dead food, the brain can no longer provide these functions - there is a cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest. In this case, the closest relatives are even relieved to meet the death of their sick relative, since by this moment he already leads a "vegetable" way of life and cannot serve himself.

Cancer and any other disease (diabetes, liver problems, kidney and gall bladder stones, etc.) also develop when there is a lack of enzymes in the body. As already mentioned, enzymes in food die at temperatures above 42 degrees. C, as well as at low blood pH (pH below 7, 35 - disease, and blood pH 6, 8 - death). Below pH 7, 35 enzymes lose their catalytic properties (for reference: pH 7, 0 - distilled water). We are alkaline creatures (breastfed baby's blood pH is 8, 5, and the pH of his urine is 8, 0 - the highest level of health).

You can quickly alkalize yourself (raise the pH of the blood above 7, 35) with a soda bath - a pack of baking soda in a bath of warm water and lie there for 1-2 hours. Through the skin, the baking soda is absorbed into the body.

Live food alkalizes, and dead food acidifies the body.

Cancer is the simplest disease - it is easier to treat a cold - it is enough to give the body 100% live food, and it will "tear apart" the tumor very quickly. Brain cancer is treated in this way within a month (after that, traces of the tumor are not even found). A tumor is a parasitic fungus that mechanically squeezes blood vessels and nerves with its growing fruiting body, and also tears tissue from the inside, which is very painful, therefore many cancer patients are on drugs and die from a banal overdose. When the tumor squeezes vital vessels or nerves, the person will die. Metastasis is the growth of mycelium into weakened body tissues. Chemotherapy (injection of poisons) and radiation exposure to an already weak organism is a sure way to the cemetery.

Enzymes are found in ripe fruits and dried fruits from them, if they have been dried without heating, that is, naturally.

So, look at any food product, evaluate what kind of processing it was subjected to, and from here draw conclusions whether it is alive or not. The easiest way to evaluate dried fruits with seeds (seeds) by the germination of seeds (seeds) - plant a seed (bone) in a pot - if it does germinate, then the product was dried NOT in the oven, but in a natural way, so it is ALIVE.

An attempt to eat seeds, nuts and grains (children of plants) or root crops (the plants themselves) leads, at least, to demineralization of the body, since they are stuffed with phytic acid - 1-3% by weight (1 molecule of phytic acid is extracted from the intestine and converted into indigestible state of up to 6 atoms of minerals - P, Mg, Ca, Zn, Fe, Co, Cu, etc.). The deficiency of minerals leads to the fact that the body is forced to extract minerals from the teeth (caries) to replenish the loss of minerals and reduce the consumption of minerals at the expense of hair (at the beginning, the body turns off the production of dye - gray hair, and then stops hair growth - baldness). Toothache in the absence of inflammation, according to my observations, is caused by the "dismantling" of the teeth, which is carried out by the body itself to cover the deficiency of minerals. Caries is just a consequence of the "dismantling". When eating cheese, the toothache quickly disappears - the body switches to another source of minerals - cheese contains many minerals. When you run out of teeth and hair, the body will begin to extract these minerals from the bones (osteoporosis, etc. in retirees). Here is the payback for eating what plants DO NOT OFFER people for food.

Pensioners are trying in vain to replace calcium by using thermally and chemically processed milk and cottage cheese from it - there are no enzymes, and calcium cannot be absorbed without them. Moreover, boiled milk and cottage cheese from it acidify the body, and to alkalize the blood, the body again spends calcium from the bones. As a result, such milk and cottage cheese aggravate osteoporosis. Calcium is absorbed only from fresh milk (unboiled), which contains enzymes, but where can you find it in the city?

Also, a person loses minerals due to the use of tea and coffee containing 1 - 2% tannins from the dry weight of tea or coffee. Tannins are used in medicine for copper and zinc poisoning, since these elements are most successfully captured. Constant demineralization of the body leads to its weakening and the appearance of gray hair. Milk added to tea and coffee only partially reduces harm by blocking tannins.

Demineralization of the body caused by grain and root crops can be overcome with "black salt" (wood ash + table salt, 60/40).

Black salt (it is also Thursday salt) - white wood ash (from the stove in the village, to clean the remains of coal with a colander) + table salt. Mix 60/40 and grind in a coffee grinder, tastes like smoked sausage. Isn't that why a person is drawn to meat in order to get the missing minerals from there?

The Internet is full of materials about black (Thursday) salt, like it was on sale even before the revolution. In their recipes, black bread is burned to the state of ash, but I tried both the ash from the bread and the ash from the wood - there is basically no difference. The healing effect is explained by the replenishment of the body with minerals contained in the ash.

But black salt is just a coercive remedy for reducing the harm from grains and root vegetables in an attempt to eat something that was not originally intended for food (inedible). It is better not to harm the body initially.

I managed to turn gray hair back after giving up root crops - raw carrots - before that I ate it in large quantities in the evening as a salad (carrot + garlic + vegetable oil) along with boiled food and introduced 100 g of dates in the evening.

Before that, the approximate diet was as follows (with variations):

1. Breakfast - 100 g of dates / raisins + water (or a couple of apples and bananas).

2. Lunch: - the same.

3. Dinner - a little boiled food + a lot of carrot salad.

Outcome: Gray hair began to spread actively.

After realizing what root crops are (absorbers of minerals in the intestines), I switched to this diet:

Breakfast - 100 g of dates / raisins + water (or a couple of apples and bananas).

Lunch: - the same.

Dinner - some cooked food + Ripe fruit salad (tomatoes, pumpkin) + 100 g of dates / raisins.

Bottom line: The gray hair began to fade, after 10 months in the hairdresser, I cut off the remnants of gray hair. The beginning rather miserable-looking "wrinkling of the skin of the neck", allegedly from age (49 years), also disappeared. The skin of the neck has regained its elasticity.

Cooked food for dinner - training the body for possible cataclysms, when fruits and dried fruits may become unavailable. Although this food does not nourish the body at all - the stomach is full, a false feeling of satiety appears, and the body's energy does not grow (no strength is added). Eating fruits or dried fruits immediately results in an increase in energy.

When switching to eating fruits and dried fruits, the amount of food eaten sharply decreases - the body does not need it in the same quantities.

After a couple of months of such nutrition, you will forget about sores, but another and difficult question will arise: What to do next if the horizon of life expands, at least to 150 years? The answer, in my opinion, is the further knowledge of the world and self-development. "Learn, learn and learn!" - as V. I. Lenin.
