That is, living in the Russian Federation is really no worse than in Honduras, Chad and Algeria, it is just that Russia does not know how to defend its national currency and allowed its unprecedented drop in world rankings …

And if so, there is a great risk that reality will catch up with the phantom and the inept will really bring us down to the level of Chad and Honduras …

The tragic dependence on the dollar standard makes us all hostages of the situation and international financial speculators. After all, what does the toothlessness of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation turn into? The fact that we sell expensive things cheap, and in exchange - we get expensive cheap things. We are overpaid and we are underpaid.

According to the Ministry of Labor, 20 million Russians live below the poverty line, while last year real incomes of the population fell by 5 percent, and wages rose by only 0.7 percent. 5 million people receive salaries below this minimum.

Russia has adopted the UN convention, which says: the salary cannot be less than $ 2 per hour, but we are still 50 cents behind …

That is, again, the problem is considered through the dollar dope. There is a real problem - the poverty of the broad masses of the population. It is solved not by expanding the supply of real goods, but by trying to heal with poultices of dollar payments with a dancing exchange rate … It's like feeding with the smell of food instead of food, paying with the ringing of a coin instead of a coin …

Well, they will get criticism from the Liberal Democratic Party, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the SR of their own - and the hour will make $ 2 per hour. Yes, at least five! What will it give in reality ?!

Nothing at all. The employer will simply reduce the number of hours worked to be counted. And it's not a fact that the working day will become shorter - they will simply cut the accounting. Already tens of millions, especially in the private sector, work many hours of overtime and receive no overtime pay. If you do not cope during working hours, you yourself are to blame!

The same will happen with this unfortunate hour, because the number of rubles in circulation depends on Moscow, and the number of dollars in circulation does not depend on Moscow. It's not her currency! And it will not increase if you decide to increase wages in dollars. They will simply transfer people to part-time employment or cut staff to fit … The Armenian fairy tale teaches that you can sew seven hats from one sheepskin, if each is the size of a thimble …

But already today 920 thousand people are registered at the labor exchange in the Russian Federation. And the most difficult thing is to get a job for young people. According to the Public Chamber, the number of unclaimed young professionals is a quarter of the unemployed in Russia.

In such conditions, it is necessary to open new jobs, and not to regulate wages in the old ones, especially in dollar terms. We generally have to abandon measurements in dollars - on the contrary, we measure everything only in them, to the delight of the enemy who hates us, and therefore provides wildly distorted indicators from this "measuring device".

To navigate a Russian ship on such a "compass" as the US dollar is like checking the course against the signals of the enemy's torpedo devices.

Whoever dines on a girl dances her. The one who provided the measuring instruments is the one who monitors their readings, and always follows in their favor. He makes it so that all the sweet tops from the territory are taken out, and all the bitter roots, on the contrary, are brought into this territory from himself.

The reasons for poverty in the Russian Federation are that the population does not work for the mutual interests of neighbors, for each other, but for an overseas employer. And he, seeing in front of him not the equal side of the exchange, but hired laborers, keeps them in a black body. And from the malice of the planter, and simply from the economy: since fools are ready to work for a dollar, why would I pay them two ?!

And pseudo-economists traditionally explain the problem of poverty to us by the fact that labor productivity in Russia is low, hence the low wages.

At the same time, I say, as an economist who has grown to academic titles: none of the existing mechanisms for measuring labor productivity can be considered objective.

The mechanism that calculates labor productivity from the employer's profit is nonsense. If I baked two cakes and sold them for a ruble, then my daily labor productivity is 2 rubles. And if I sold exactly the same cakes for 4 rubles, then my productivity doubled - but I didn’t do anything new! It turns out a tautology and tuftology, labor productivity is measured by how much money and profits someone gets …

Of course, according to such delusional sensors, the Russian Federation will have low labor productivity: after all, here profits are made in rubles, and the ruble is 70% undervalued in value. And in the USA there will be super-high productivity: after all, the dollar is terribly overvalued!

There is another tool for assessing labor productivity: in units of output per person.

But if you push water in a mortar at a speed of 30 beats per second, and a neighbor - at a speed of 15 beats, then his performance is 2 times lower than yours. But in fact, you both have zero productivity, because you crush water in a mortar, you do not produce anything …

A vegetable vendor has walked 1000 times from shelves with goods to the counter and back. The diamond seller went back and forth only once a day. Conclusion: a vegetable seller's labor productivity is 1000 times higher than that of a jeweler …

In fact, any production activity is dictated by production necessity. Piece production depends not only on the capabilities of the manufacturer, but also on the needs.

Maybe I could weave 200 brooms per day, but why would I weave so many brooms if no one buys them ?! Buyers come with money - gossip. What does this have to do with low or high labor productivity ?!

I weave a lot of brooms when they are in demand. I sit motionless when there is no demand for brooms. My productivity is equal to myself in both situations.

This is what pseudoscience - methods of calculating labor productivity - the RAS should issue memorandums about, and not about homeopathy! Because homeopathy may be nonsense (I don’t know for sure) - but it doesn’t have as many victims as economic pseudoscience!

We come to power, and we ask: make people's lives better … The government answers that people have low labor productivity, and therefore it cannot give them more … That's when they start to work better … Then …

But why should they start to work better ?! Has the demand for their products increased? They produce little because little is bought from them. It makes no sense for them to increase their turnover - until they buy more in the market! And since they do not increase their turnover, the government does not raise their salaries. And since salaries do not rise, purchases do not grow. And since purchases do not grow, production does not grow.

Comrades, well, this is a fairy tale about a white bull - "it got wet on a stake, start over!" You can sit in this vicious circle for a thousand years, and before the USSR, by the way, it was there that humanity sat for more than a thousand years, feeding poverty with low productivity, and low productivity with poverty.

Today, according to Rosstat estimates, 15 million people work in Russia unofficially, RANEPA cites figures that are twice as high - 30 million.

They are being caught, as they once were caught fugitive serfs: regional commissions and labor inspections report that they have already managed to "bring out of the shadows" 4.5 million people with whom official labor contracts have been concluded.

That is, these people will now give part of their earnings to all sorts of state extortions, and before they put this part in their pockets …

And neither Rosstat nor the RANEPA discloses the essence of the problem, because they have not come out with their brains. 30 million workers simply fled from the state, because they see no benefit or protection from the state for themselves! Millions go - like the old believers of the Lykovs - to the taiga. Because the state takes to take, but gives nothing!

If a person prefers to walk, having a car, it means that he has a very bad car (smelly, dangerous, fragile, etc.). If a person prefers to take risks with black cash and a gray sector, then the state machine is very bad. In a good state, there is no need to catch deviators: they themselves line up with scoops near the distribution points of the milk river in the jelly banks …

You need to control your ship. And not "hope for the best", as the modern government does, which has lost both the levers of control of the situation and even simple knowledge of where and what is happening on this ship …

What degree of ignorance about the situation in the holds do you need to have in order to “lose” 30 million of the able-bodied population, and to look for it by raids of labor inspections and regional commissions ?!

And the Somali pirates are already ready to cast the grappling hooks. The ship is on the verge of destruction and pogrom. Come to your senses, those in power, before it's too late!
