Not vaccinated and socially dangerous

It all started with the fact that I refused to vaccinate my children. There are reasons for this, only pediatricians in our area are categorically against it. They tried to influence my decisions by dragging on various commissions and intimidating my wife. I went to the commission to prove my point of view. As it turned out, no one needs it, and those who wish can familiarize themselves with this campaign, in the article "How I went to the medical commission." Apparently, this did not calm the medical officials and they decided to put pressure on the administrative apparatus. They did not find anything better to think of how to declare a family socially dangerous due to the refusal of vaccination.

I learned about this when the police came to me on April 5 of this year, demanding to vaccinate their children. I was outraged and at the same time surprised by the incompetence of the police on vaccination issues. Vaccinations in our country are still voluntary. It is only necessary to write a written refusal, which I did several times. You can understand the police (but not justify), because they are not familiar with the medical side of the issue. But, nevertheless, they should know that there is Federal Law No. 157 of 17.07.1998, where this is indicated.

But doctors need to be "disassembled" in more detail. The entire document was hastily and ignorantly drawn up. For example, the interdepartmental document "Signal card about a family in a socially dangerous situation, about a minor in a socially dangerous situation", which takes place for neglect or homelessness. What does vaccination have to do with neglect or homelessness? Although it must be admitted, this law very vaguely explains some of the terms under which any parent can fall. So I was "caught" by my refusal to vaccinate.

Refused, I am for religious reasons. It doesn't fit into any gate. For my beliefs, they want to rank me as a sect and religious fanatics. Why would the doctors denigrate me in this way? So that all the structures to which this letter was sent (and there is a whole list of them) immediately have an idea with whom they are dealing. They hung a label on a decent person and thus want to influence my decision.

At one of the meetings where refusenik parents “sort out”, my wife was forced to change her mind, otherwise it would be “bad”. They organized this “badly”, classifying our family as socially dangerous. Now it is clear why they persistently, throughout the winter, asked to take the child's medical card. We took it, and without hesitation, they immediately sent a letter "where necessary."

It is not pleasant when uninvited guests come to your house with absurd demands. My family is decent and law-abiding, there were no drives or other contact with the police at that time. And even more so to expect this from a pediatrician who lives practically next door and even examined me once. Of course, this was not her initiative, of course there was coercion from above. But nevertheless, the district pediatrician turned out to be "extreme" and she should be fully responsible for her actions.

To end this vaccination "terror", I wrote a letter to the District Prosecutor's Office and, just in case, to the Republic Prosecutor's Office. And here everything "boiled". The district policeman came, the inspector for juvenile affairs (PDN) R. Kh. Gadelshin came several times. For the first time, I came to draw up a Protocol-explanation, which is guided by the Criminal Procedure Code. Which, of course, surprised me, no one informed me about any opening of a criminal case.

I refused to sign this protocol and he left with nothing. For the second time, they have already come with a "summons"

I have never in my life received a summons to the police (the military enlistment office does not count). But even with a cursory glance, one can notice that there is no "corporate" letterhead of the organization, there is no outgoing number and date, and even such an insignificant thing as a seal. If you take a closer look, you can see what causes the head of the OUPP and PDN for interrogation instead of the investigator, whose department started all this "fuss". What they wanted from me remained a mystery to me, and I have not the slightest desire to know. And again, the Criminal Procedure Code, I do not know anything about the opening of the case. It's simple, it doesn't exist. And it could have been anything, to the extent that I am the most "dangerous" in this matter. It turns out that the executive authorities are taking advantage of our ignorance and thrusting such filthy letters. Instead of protecting our interests, covering up our violations, shifting responsibility, in this case to me. Of course, it is impossible to know everything, all the more not once in my life colliding.

The first intelligible answer came from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where it is reported that "there are signs of abuse of office" by police and medical officers. And send the inspection materials to the Investigative Committee of the neighboring region. There is no more response from the Investigative Committee.

But the prosecutor's office found no grounds for adopting a prosecutor's response.

How so? Here is a signal card where the family was declared socially dangerous, which I allegedly refuse for religious reasons. So the doctors can write to me whatever they want to force me to vaccinate and they won't get anything for it?

The Ministry of Internal Affairs received a notification about the refusal to initiate a criminal case.

And what do we see here? It turns out that we have a difficult life situation, and this is connected with lack of a certain place of residence (highlighted not by me), I didn’t even know that I was also a homeless person (without a definite place of residence). This time our inspector decided to familiarize himself with the legislation and even dug out such a saving straw. And that's not all, he found on the Internet that I am a member of the ROD “Renaissance. Golden Age”and held a picket in the summer. This is good news, Inspector Gadelshin knows how to use the Internet.

And then the signatures. And who do we see? All the same persons, the inspector and his boss. They checked themselves, and found nothing in themselves, posted such a resolution. The deed is done, we are "white and fluffy", and you are homeless.

Then, I repeated the letter to the Prosecutor's Office, but this time only to the Republic. The answer came why from the district prosecutor's office. Strange, he appealed to a superior against a subordinate, and the complainant himself writes the answer. Wonderful are your deeds.

Where it says that "your right to refuse vaccination is not disputed and confirmed in writing." This was the starting point, and the pediatrician was held accountable for slandering a normal family. Until now, no one has apologized or removed the "social danger" from us. It turns out "butter oil" - there is a signal card, but the signal card is not an act confirming the social danger of the family.

What is the conclusion from this story? First of all, you need to defend your rights, although this is not easy and not easy. I was outraged by the medical officials who, pursuing their own selfish goals, set the administrative community against me and my family. Police representatives who tried in every possible way to whitewash themselves and denigrate me.
