The USSR is of the Stalinist period, the only country in the world where the concept of democracy is completely cleared of all false and false, where a truly people's power has been created, where human values are realized not on paper, but in deed. These rights of Soviet people are guaranteed by the Constitution adopted at the VIII Extraordinary Congress of Soviets of the USSR.

It is noteworthy that in terms of the composition of the delegates to the congress, there were 42% of workers, 40% of peasants and 18% of employees. It was to this composition of the congress on behalf of the Academy of Sciences, Academician Komarov, began his greeting with the following words:

- "From all workers of science and technology to the OWNER of the Soviet land, the Extraordinary Congress of Soviets, the chosen one of the peoples of the Soviet Union - our joyous greetings."

The Constitution adopted at this congress is the only Constitution in the world that does not declare what should be, but states what already exists, what has already been conquered, what has become the inviolable property of the people.

Everything that is on the territory of the state - the country of the Soviets, from the land and its bowels, factories, mines to full turnover, is in the hands of the state, cooperatives and collective farms. Thus, a new, socialist economy was created, which does not know crises and unemployment, does not know poverty and ruin, and gives citizens every opportunity for a prosperous and cultural life. In line with these changes in the economy of the USSR, the class structure of our society also changed.

With the victory of socialism, the working class remained in our country, the peasant class remained, the Soviet intelligentsia remained. But even these social groups, but compared with the period of capitalism, have undergone serious changes. The proletariat of the USSR has turned into a completely new class, into the working class, which, together with the entire people, owns the instruments and means of production, has thrown off the yoke of exploitation and is building a new Soviet society.

The overwhelming majority of the Soviet peasantry, freed from exploitation, has become a collective farm peasantry associated with a socialist form of economy and, therefore, basing its activity not on individual labor and backward technology, but on collective labor and the most advanced modern technology.

The alliance between the working class and the peasantry has become a lasting and indestructible friendship. The Soviet intelligentsia has also changed drastically, since it is the flesh of the flesh of the Soviet people. The Soviet intelligentsia became an equal member of Soviet society.

At the beginning of the nationwide discussion of the draft Constitution on March 1, 1936, I. V. Stalin, in an interview with the chairman of the newspaper association Roy Howard, expressed the following:

“It’s hard for me to imagine what kind of“personal freedom”an unemployed person can have who walks hungry and does not find the use of his labor. Real freedom exists only where exploitation has been abolished, where there is no oppression of some people by others, where there is no unemployment and poverty, where a person does not tremble because tomorrow he may lose his job, home, bread. Only in such a society is real, not paper-based, personal and any other freedom possible."

Many famous people of those times positively assessed its truly popular essence of the Constitution of the USSR. Introducing the national poet - akyn Dzhambul Dzhabayev, I would like to emphasize that his ninety years of life experience is most accurately expressed in his work. He lived most of his life before Soviet power, saw the police tsarist tutelage, oppression and injustice of local bais and the national administration. Translated from Kazakh by Pavel Kuznetsov.

THE GREAT STALIN LAW

My song, you fly through the auls.

Listen, steppes, akyna Dzhambula!

I knew many laws in my life

Or these laws bent back, The moon darkened from these laws, Tears flowed from these laws.

Deep folds on the forehead are laid down.

The laws of Allah, the laws of Ablai, The laws of bloody Nicholas.

According to these laws, children were selected, According to these laws, people were killed.

Our girls were sold like cattle.

According to these laws, the auls were thinning out.

According to these laws, the bai grew fat

And they sat firmly on the people.

They walked according to these laws like a tornado, Lawlessness, hunger and death.

My song, you fly through the auls. …

Listen, steppes, akyna Dzhambula!

A small footprint gives birth to a road.

The sea rises from the spring.

Resilient steel comes out of the stone.

From the word wisdom is born among the people.

Children are born from a happy life -

The happiest in the world

Songs are born behind them on the collective farm, All songs are more beautiful, all songs are more wonderful.

Rings, dombra, across the collective farm auls!

Listen, steppes, akyna Dzhambula!

Listen, Kastek, Kaskelen, Karakol, I praise the great Soviet law, The law by which joy comes

The law by which the steppe is fertile, The law by which the heart sings

The law by which youth blooms

The law by which nature serves

For the glory and honor of the working people.

The law according to which free horsemen

The road is open to brave deeds.

The law according to which our holiday

Owned with glory dear Kulyash, The law by which people go to study

Aul children go to schools in the capital.

The Law By Which We Are All Equal

In the constellation of the fraternal republics of the country.

Sing, akyns, let the songs flow

Sing about the Stalinist Constitution!

With a song, akyns, go to the gatherings, With a song about the brotherhood of great nations, With a song about our blooming homeland, With a song, calling for work and victories!

He warmed millions of hearts with care -

Stalin is the wisest, beloved father!
