The main character for the young viewer is always an example and role model. The appearance of the Minions is specially made in such a way as to evoke only positive emotions in children who, willingly or not, associate themselves with the main characters and begin to adopt their behavior patterns.

Thanks to the broadest PR campaign, the cartoon "Minions" set two records in Russia at once: both in the number of tickets sold and in the box office for the first weekend after the movie was released. The fact that almost 8 million people watched the cartoon in Russian cinemas, unfortunately, speaks of a lack of critical thinking and a high level of trust in Hollywood products among a significant part of the country's population. Such conclusions are appropriate to draw, since the trailer for Minions, which was widely circulated long before the premiere, already contains enough information to understand what ideas this cartoon is promoting.

In particular, in just three minutes of the advertising video, the viewers were shown: several deaths in a row; dressing up minions as a woman with an outstanding bust, which she showed to a passer-by; dressing a female swimsuit as a minion; the mustachioed father of the family in a bright red dress and with makeup; a mockery of a sick person and a blow to the groin; a colorful demonstration of a torture chamber and a game with a gallows; a minion in a thong and a minion kissing in the jacuzzi what he perceives to be two women. Agree that for an adult to go to such a cartoon, and even more so to lead your child to it, is a very rash decision. Nevertheless, the listed facts turned out to be only the tip of the iceberg.

Now about the cartoon itself

Let's talk about the minor characters first, and then move on to the Minions.

Firstly, women are shown in the cartoon much more aggressive, cruel and strong than men. In doing so, they get genuine pleasure from violence. Among the male heroes, there are several characters with frank inclinations of homosexuals. Some of them slap each other on the buttocks, others dress up as women in the style of Conchita Wurst, the third is given out by the intonation in the voice and demeanor.

Of course, not all the minor characters in the cartoon are shown as homosexuals or feminists, there are also such “wonderful kids” with ugly faces and dripping saliva, or a blind old man, as one of the main characters for a laugh. The cartoon has not been without animals, however, most of them are either abused or die.

Now let's pay attention to the main characters of the cartoon - they are quite a match for the described surroundings. But before we continue, remember that the main character for the young viewer is always an example and role model. By the way, the appearance of the Minions is specially made in such a way as to evoke only positive emotions in children who, willingly or not, associate themselves with the main characters and begin to adopt their behavior patterns. Therefore, everything that we tell about Minions is exactly what this cartoon will teach your child.

Minions are small yellow asexual men who can act like both boys and girls at the same time. Their main and only goal in life is to find a master, who must necessarily be a villain, and serve him. Minions behave irresponsibly and happily shift their blame onto a comrade. Although their relationship can hardly be called comradely, because they do not miss an opportunity to substitute each other or laugh at the next failure of their loved ones. Moreover, often the main motive for their actions is the desire to become famous.

One of the striking features of Minions is that they are emotionally unrestrained and behave like crazy in some scenes. In addition, they are cowardly, weak-willed and weak-willed. It is highly symbolic that the only tame animal that took root with them and which they did not kill is a rat. The final song is even dedicated to her.

Summarize. The cartoon "Minions" is aimed at:

  • blurring the distinction between good and evil
  • the formation of a "society of clerks"
  • development of weakness in children
  • perversion propaganda
  • propaganda of vulgarity
  • propaganda of feminism
  • alcohol promotion

While you have fun laughing at such jokes in the theater, your child absorbs all these behaviors, and you, too, by the way. Or do you really think that propaganda is only aimed at children, and it does not work for adults, and propaganda units in most of the world's armies are created just for show?

We urge you to be vigilant about modern animation products, to protect children from such examples and to get involved in the work to revive morality in the media.

Bolder, comrade, glasnost is our strength!
