Most people do not even suspect that almost all trees (with the exception of poplar, alder and wild lilac) have a direct healing effect - for which it is enough just to lean against their trunk! Trees heal the psyche, stimulate the heart, activate metabolism, relieve headaches, reduce the effects of stress … Maybe that is why we so love to walk in the forest (park), listen to its sounds, inhale its smells. Many people feel like completely different people in the forest!

How to do dendrotherapy?

You should always communicate with a tree in private, slowly and sincerely.

If a person does not trust the tree, it is better not to approach. The tree knows for sure all our thoughts and feelings.

With some diseases, a person needs to take energy from a tree. For this, there are donor trees (their energy is considered positive): oak, birch, pine, acacia, maple, mountain ash, apple, chestnut, ash, linden. To take energy from a tree, you need to approach it at a distance of 40-60 cm, stand with your back to the tree and mentally ask for help. Then, relaxing, imagine how a warm wave slowly travels down the body from top to bottom. In this case, you need to breathe rhythmically, according to the scheme: inhale (4-8 seconds) - hold the breath (4 seconds) - exhale (4-8 seconds).

There are diseases in which a person needs, on the contrary, to give up his "bad" energy. For this, there are “consumer” trees. The bioenergy of these trees is considered negative. These trees include: aspen, poplar, spruce, fir, juniper, bird cherry, willow, alder. To give negative energy, you need to approach the tree at a distance of 20 cm, face it and mentally ask for help. Then, relaxing, imagine how a warm wave slowly travels down the body from top to bottom. In this case, you need to breathe rhythmically, according to the scheme: inhale (4-8 seconds) - hold the breath (4 seconds) - exhale (4-8 seconds).

How to choose trees for dendrotherapy?

Oak. Oak is a powerful generator of positive energy and improves brain function. Oak is also an antistress agent, activates blood circulation and shortens the recovery period in case of illness, staying in oak groves normalizes blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Birch is one of the most revered trees among the Slavs. Birch can take on any disease, taking them away from humans. It is a source of energy and vitality, helps with flu and colds, concentrates strength and attention. This tree also perfectly ionizes the air.

Larch heals nervous disorders, especially those accompanied by bouts of melancholy and depression. Her influence helps to see the best sides of life. By the way, it is recommended to live in houses made of larch for people with respiratory diseases: bronchitis, asthma, etc.

Pine, beech, linden, apple, ash increase the general tone and resistance of the body, relieve fatigue, the effects of stress. Long-term presence of a person in a pine forest relieves him of coughs and runny nose.

Aspen, willow and poplar soothe, give clarity of thinking, a sense of perspective. But do not be too zealous with the use of their healing properties, since they also have powerful vampiric abilities, sucking out energy during long contacts.

Dendrotherapy should be done either early in the morning, or from 4 pm to 6 pm, but no later than 2-3 hours before bed, so as not to cause his upset.

It should be noted that in winter, the energy potential decreases by 50-70% in deciduous trees and by 15-25% in evergreens.

In the book "The Source of Life" the author describes experiments on plants, thanks to which it was established that they have a memory. And memory is impossible without consciousness. And the presence of consciousness suggests that plants, like animals and we humans, have a soul (essence).

He conducted his experiments in his youth, as a lieutenant in the Soviet army, once showing a small experiment to his colleagues next to a forest belt that surrounded a military training ground where training exercises took place. He burned a leaf of one tree with a burning match, to which the plant reacted by changing the color of its aura from bluish-green to bright red. This is how the tree expressed its pain:

The most interesting thing is that when other participants in this experiment approached the tree, it did not react to them in any way, but as soon as N. V. Levashov approached the plant again, the tree immediately changed the color of its aura to red. Further more. Whichever tree he approached, they all immediately changed the color of their aura, although he did harm only to one particular tree!

So what happens: the "unreasonable" trees accurately calculated a specific person from many others, while instantly exchanged information among themselves, that he could be dangerous for them. While other people staying next to him, these plants were not afraid and did not change the color of their aura if they approached them.

This little experiment proved that in plantslike other living organisms, they also have a soul, there is a nervous system, there are feelings, there is consciousness … The fact that we, people, do not want to admit this, only our problem is with you, the world does not change from this in any way. It still remains as it is, and we just need to learn to live in harmony with it, without destroying what nature has created, since every creation of it has its own meaning of existence, just like you and me.

The nervous system of plants

Scientists from Nizhny Novgorod have experimentally discovered a semblance of a nervous system in plants.

“Plants are very different from animal organisms, but this does not mean that they are not able to have consciousness. It's just that their "nervous system" is completely different from that of animal organisms. But, nevertheless, they have their "nerves" and react, through them, to what is happening around them and with them. Plants are afraid of death just like any other living creature. They feel everything: when they are cut down, cut or break branches, when they even tear or eat their leaves, flowers, etc.”.

Language of plants

Two interesting facts that somewhat change the attitude towards plants as insensitive biomass. And if everyone can see the tear of an animal that is being led to slaughter, then the "cry" of a plant is perceived by many more like a fairy-tale image. How close is this "fairy tale" to reality?
