In this small gas-producing city, where the backbone enterprises are the structures of Gazprom and Novotek, they still steal people, take out shovels into the taiga, shoot at each other on "arrows", keep people in uniform for "wages" etc. Now there, in Nadym, what year? 2019 or still 95?

But this story, reminiscent of a crime series, stands out even against the general background of the criminal Nadym.

1st December last year at 14 o'clock thirty Mammadli Rashad Farhad oglu, and for friends just Rashad, he was happy - he just married his girlfriend in the registry office of Nadym Anya Tyrtyshnoy … Having stopped the car near the Valentina store, the newlyweds discussed the upcoming wedding feast, waiting for their friend. And then there was a knock on the car window.

A certain acquaintance of Rashad by name Ruslan Kapchinskyinvited him to talk in a nearby Toyota Highlander car and the joyful newlywed calmly moved into another car with tinted windows, asking Anya to wait for him for a few minutes. The second person named Ramid Nuriev, who began to choke Rashad and then the car jumped off and at high speed moved away from the store. On the way to the Toyota, a Lexus was attached, in which, as it was found out later, there was one more participant in the abduction. Mayis Mamedov, who, as it turned out later, turned out to be a relative of the victim. As a result, having driven up to the old brick factory, the kidnappers forced Rashad to get out of the car and started beating him, accompanying the blows with remarks that “it's time to say goodbye to this world”.

Rashad was driven around the city for a long time, periodically severely beating him. And soon two more brothers joined the kidnappers Mamedova, Vagib and Yalchinarriving in luxurious Land Cruiser and Mercedes. The most severe collective beating in the 40-degree frost continued - several people kicked him, and a baseball bat was also used. Moreover, the kidnappers have not yet put forward any demands to Rashad, but only recorded the beating on video and talked to someone on the phone, while threatening Rashad with imminent death. The conversation discussed the possibility of finding shovels to bury the victim's body.

Already losing consciousness, Rashad whispered Ruslan Kapchinsky that the abduction was seen by his wife Anya, whom the criminals did not notice, as she was sitting in the back seat, and the windows in the car were tinted. Rashad suggested that she had already informed law enforcement and his friends about the abduction (by the way, it was so) and the kidnappers are already looking for. Perhaps this news for the kidnappers saved Rashad's life at that moment. The abductors tensed and, as follows from the protocols of subsequent interrogations, put Mammadli Rashad in a car and drove him to the city, where they slowed down near SKB-Bank. At this moment, bleeding Rashad came to his senses and managed to unexpectedly jump out of the kidnappers' car.

But the story does not end there, but enters its culminating phase, which grew into a shootout. At the same time, a car with two brothers drove up to Rashad's "SKB-Bank" Akhundovs Garash and Jamilwhich accounted for neither more nor less uncles, brothers Mamedovwho kidnapped the newlywed. Further events unfolded with great speed and … a lot of blood.

The Akhundovs, wishing to find out the reason for the Mamedovs' attack on Rashad, followed the car of one of the brothers - Yalchyna Mamedovawho drove past them. Yalchin flatly refused to stop and talk about what had happened. During the chase, the cars stopped only at the tax office building right under the surveillance cameras. A couple of minutes later, a "support group" came up to Mamedov - two more foreign cars with "reinforcements".

Garash Akhundov, leaving the car, went to Mayis Mamedovto find out the reason for the kidnapping and beating Mammadli Rashada … A few fractions of seconds later, a fight broke out between Akhundov and Mamedov, shots were heard, which, as it later became known, were fired from a traumatic weapon by friends of the Mamedovs. Maiis Mamedov grabbed the shoulders Garash Akhundov, and they began to fight, trying to literally protect each other from the shots that sounded vying. As a result of the firefight, in addition to the killed Akshina Hasanova, one of the Mamedov brothers was also wounded. Miraculously survivor Jamil Akhundov, also received 3 bullet wounds, one of which came to the temporal region of the head.

A few minutes after the shootout, all the participants in the massacre dispersed, taking away the wounded. At the scene of the crime, only the body of the murdered person remained. Akshina Hasanova.

The fact that he did not shoot at anyone and did not have any weapons Garash Akhundov On the very first call of the investigator, he appeared at the Investigation Department for the city of Nadym of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in order to give exhaustive testimony, clearly says that he did not know any guilt for himself - he did not shoot at anyone and, moreover, did not kill. Having his own business, and, accordingly, money, Garash Akhundov could easily disappear not only from Nadym, but also from the country. However, without any seizure groups and riot police, he himself came to the investigator. And then the most amazing thing happened:

Garash Akhundov was detained and sent to a pre-trial detention center on charges of murder and attempted murder. Of course, he did not know and did not know such guilt behind himself, but only wanted to find out the reason for such a severe beating of his other nephew Mammadli Rashada.

Although the chest opens quite simply. As it turned out, the instigators of the showdown, who beat Rashad Mammadli, Mammadov brothersprobably wishing to absolve himself of the blame for the massacre in which their late friend was shot Akshin Hasanov, said that the brothers started the shooting Akhundovs … In particular, the Mammadovs are trying to convince both investigators and the public (through social networks and custom publications) that Garash Akhundov allegedly also shot, and they also “remember” some strange story about a knife he allegedly had. According to the facts of the investigation, no weapons were found with Garash Akhundov, or even signs of wearing them.

So, the accusation against the Akhundov brothers of murder and attempted murder is based only on the testimony of the victims (the Mamedov brothers and their accomplices), who started the conflict and are interested in the businessman Garash Akhundov being in the camps for many years. However, it was precisely the testimony of the Mammadov brothers that "for some reason" was for a long time very attentively listened to by the investigation and local law enforcement agencies, without bothering to conduct actual checks of their words and continuing to keep Garash Akhundov in jail, exerting psychological pressure on him. According to independent experts familiar with the situation in Nadym, the Mammadov brothers and their team, according to some information related to crime, were "protected" by a former regional leader from the local FSB department. And that is precisely why the investigation, probably for so long, was led by the Mamedov brothers in the conflict with their uncles Akhundovs.

But now, after the law enforcement agencies began an active fight against corruption, even in the highest power departments, including the FSB, and a new head was appointed to the Investigation Department for the city of Nadym of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation - a major Edgar Seropyan, known for his adherence to principles, there is a chance that the "case of the Akhundov brothers" will be investigated according to the Law, and not according to the instructions of the victims and their former "roof".

And in this strange, to put it mildly, case, I was surprised by the fact that from December 1 of last year and until now (almost eight months have passed) none of the investigators and prosecutors even bothered to initiate a criminal case against the brothers Mamedovs, Kapchinsky, Nureyev and others who kidnapped, severely beat and threatened with murder (perhaps there was even an attempted murder) of a citizen Mammadli Rashad Farhad oglu (the same Rashad, with whose abduction the whole story began). Despite repeated statements by Rashad himself and his wife Anna Tyrtyshnoy, local law enforcement agencies refuse to initiate, and all the facts in this case are hidden. Is the influence of the Mammadov brothers really so strong in the region? Is it possible that even the new leadership still does not dare to initiate a case on the facts that lie on the surface and, in fact, have already been proven?

Yes, and here is an interesting point that indirectly confirms the illegality of the fact that law enforcement officers do not initiate a criminal case against the persons who kidnapped and inflicted bodily harm, possibly with the intent of murder, citizen Mammadli Rashad Farhad oglu. According to the medical examination, Rashad was found to have a concussion, a fractured ribs, a closed fracture of the nasal bones, a bruise of the left half of the chest, a bruise of the left spinal region, frostbite of the fingers of the hands of 1, 2 degrees, multiple injuries of internal organs.

Advocate A. A. Kovalenko, for almost eight months, he has been trying with all his might to achieve the initiation of a criminal case on the abduction and beating of Mammadli Rashad, but in response he receives only formal replies. Moreover, he does not even have the opportunity to familiarize himself with any materials on this case. There are witnesses to the abduction and beatings, they give testimony, they even write statements demanding to initiate a criminal case. However, things are still there.

It is clear that the accused in the case of kidnapping and inflicting bodily harm on Mammadli Rashad Farhat will be the Mammadov brothers and their comrades, which means that the refusal to initiate a case is caused, perhaps, by the reluctance of the Nadym authorities to go against this family.

And today, the overall criminal picture of Nadym looks very sad - both Akhundov brothers are in jail on charges of premeditated murder (although Jamil, according to the investigation, may have fired for self-defense, but the second, Garash, has nothing to do with the shooting does not have), and their nephews, the “victims” Mammadov brothers and their team, are walking freely, and no one dares to initiate a criminal case against them on the facts of kidnapping and beating of a person. Is the intervention of federal departments, Moscow, the media really necessary in order to resolve the issue of the legality of what is happening in the city of Nadym in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug of Russia?
