An unexpected turn in the life of a famous showman, which brought him to the presidency of Ukraine, became news number one; as a result, not so much social and political activity interests the inhabitants as his personal life, finances and real estate.

In recent months, all the attention of journalists has focused on getting at least some information about the family and private apartments of the new leader of the country faster than anyone else, and sometimes it comes to real "special operations".

The election campaign for the presidency of Ukraine in 2019 stirred up the Network with an incredible number of "investigations" and reports on the financial capabilities of each of the candidates. Particular attention was paid to Vladimir Zelensky, because for the majority it was clear from the very beginning that he would be the main hero of the election race.

According to Novate. Ru, not only his main program and political views worried voters, but to a greater extent his personal life, financial situation and the availability of elite real estate were of interest to ordinary people and simply curious.

Historical fact:Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky (1978-25-01) is a famous Ukrainian showman, producer, screenwriter, actor and just a people's favorite. In May 2019, he took the oath and became the sixth president of Ukraine, having won a convincing victory over Petro Poroshenko with a huge majority of votes.

Naturally, nominating himself for the post of Head of State, Vladimir, like other applicants, filled out an electronic declaration and now, it is no secret to anyone how much money, apartments, houses and cars he has.

M. - Elena), another one was bought by Elena in Crimea back in 2013 (129, 8 sq. m). There are two apartments in Kiev, jointly owned by Sergei and Boris Shefirov (453, 1 sq. M) and a mansion near Kiev in the village of Ivankovichi in the elite village "Maetok" (353, 3 sq. M). For some reason, journalists attribute an apartment in London worth $ 1.5 million, but as it turned out, this rented apartment is not the property of the family.

Naturally, having a list of apartments, the ubiquitous paparazzi went on a "hunt", trying to capture at least the facade of buildings where a famous person lives, because despite the fact that the Zelenskys are public people, they did not show off their homes, and now even more so.

As it turned out, in order to get to the Maєtok (Estate) club village, surrounded by a pine forest and a birch grove, where politicians, businessmen and celebrities of Ukraine live, you need to have a special invitation from the owners. It is simply impossible to quietly enter the territory of the most prestigious village in the country unnoticed, because an object better than military bases is guarded.

Therefore, the most zealous "feather sharks", in order to get the coveted picture, developed a real special operation, where they acted as buyers and, together with the realtor, were able to drive into its territory.

Naturally, no one even tried to enter the mansion, but they still managed to shoot the courtyard and the facade of the house, as well as get a plan of such buildings. Also, thanks to the video about his workouts, which Vladimir posted on his Instagram page, you can see the gym, courtyard and kitchen of a country mansion, worth 250 thousand dollars.

So, the two-story mansion of the Zelenskys couple, in which they have been living for more than 10 years, is surrounded by a hedge of thuja, and in front of the house, under an ordinary canopy, there are elite cars.

But the windows turned out to be not just panoramic, but also stained-glass, so the ubiquitous journalists could not spy on anything.

According to the obtained plan of buildings, the cottage definitely has: several bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge living room, a spacious kitchen combined with a dining area and a gym.

They also found out that the village has all the necessary infrastructure, including a kindergarten and a school, so the children of the Ukrainian elite (until they have grown up or the parents themselves have not decided to show their children to the “world”) do not “shine” much in the open spaces of the capital.

On June 1 of this year, a photo of the whole family appeared on the Web, with a touching inscription: “To better understand children, sometimes you have to become a child yourself. Let's leave our children a country they will be proud of."

Recall that before that Vladimir had not shown his 6-year-old son Kirill to the public, but Alexander's daughter occasionally appeared in a photo with her parents, and on TV screens her performance could be seen in the "Make a Comedian Laugh" program.

On the Web, we managed to find a photo of the interior of one of the Zelenskys' Kiev apartments, pictures of which they had previously exhibited in their microblog on Instagram.

Special attention was paid to the apartment in Crimea, which was acquired by Elena Zelenskaya back in 2013 (this is an important argument for the public people of Ukraine). Such high-profile real estate haunts many "patriots", but according to the owners themselves, after the purchase they did not appear in it. But the journalists went to the beautiful peninsula to see what a truly royal complex looks like, in which all the "cream" of the Ukrainian elite have luxury housing.

They managed to find out that the Zelenskys purchased a luxurious penthouse in the Imperator residential complex, which is located on the territory of the Livadia Palace, in Big Yalta. Not only did the construction of the elite complex evoke a wide response, because it was built on the territory of a cultural and historical monument, and even in a conservation area, but now individual apartments are of unprecedented interest.

Informative: Penthouse is a multi-room apartment on the upper floors of the building, overlooking a flat roof and having its own outdoor terrace.

As it turned out, the approaches to it are not guarded as a military facility, and now the modern palace of oligarchs and celebrities with pompous columns and lions at the front entrance can be seen by everyone.

Since this elite object has become a top destination among tourists, the guides tell a little about it too. So, for example, journalists learned that all luxury real estate was registered at the same address with the historical monument of architecture Livadia Palace, where Nicholas II himself rested, and the landmark Yalta conference of the victorious countries, headed by Stalin, Churchill and Roosevelt, was held.

Naturally, the complex is equipped with the latest security system with sensors and numerous cameras, it also has its own closed area with parking and a beach, to which a path leads through a protected park. As it turned out, there are heated pools with blue water on its roof, there is also a spa salon and even … a solarium.

Although Volodymyr Zelensky did not indicate a villa in Italy, there is one and it goes according to documents as the property of the company San Tommaso S. R. L, of which he is the owner.

As usual, the journalists tracked down this property, taking several pictures of a wonderful villa on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea. A two-storey mansion, immersed in greenery, located just 600 meters from the coast. Its exterior does not resemble the usual Mediterranean style, it has no turrets and pompous arches, it is distinguished by noble restraint of forms and no frills in design.

Due to the fact that now all candidates are filling out an electronic declaration, the people know about the state of their leader, which cannot be said about the past leaders.
