Video: A police officer who escaped to Russia denounced the US law enforcement system
2024 Author: Seth Attwood | [email protected]. Last modified: 2023-12-16 15:55
Former American police officer Mark Dugan became an outcast in his homeland when he began to denounce the US law enforcement system.
The FBI arranged a hunt for him, and he was forced to flee - to Russia. Now he lives in our country, does business and travels. Constantinople asked Mark to assess what kind of madness is now happening in the United States, who is behind this and what is the difference between their police and ours.
His name is John Mark Dugan. And his story could become the basis for a new Hollywood blockbuster - if only it had, as usual in this genre, a happy end-style ending, when good triumphs over evil, and American democracy and justice triumph.
But everything turned out differently. Dugan became, in fact, an enemy of the nation, a criminal and an outcast.
He was a cop - deputy sheriff in South Florida. As Dugan himself explains, he went to law enforcement when he got bored with office work: he studied at the police academy and was hired by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, where he served for six years.
But at some point, he decided to go against the system - according to him, everything started spinning when he told the management that there were facts of abuse of authority by the police - beatings of innocents (including, by the way, blacks), fabricated criminal cases, for which illegal arrests were made, and so on.
However, everything turned out exactly the opposite: at first, the police department tried to hide the problem, and when Dugan began to insist on a thorough investigation, he himself came under pressure.
And then the rebellious cop decided to bring them to clean water: he created a site where under the nickname The Bad Wolf ("Bad wolf" or, as he prefers to decipher, "Bad wolf") began to hack the truth-womb, publishing stories that were sent to him current and former police officers from all over the country, about violations of the law - who and how plant drugs, falsifies cases, in general - commits malfeasance.
The project turned out to be a real bomb. But its creator himself was outlawed. And they began to hunt for him.
Escape of the "Bad Wolf" from the States to Russia: Not a Spy Story, but a Thriller
Mark, why do you call yourself "Bad Wolf"?
And how did you explain the very fact of dismissal?
What kind of site have you created? What for? Did you manage to solve any problems with it?
But why did the FBI take on you? After all, you actually performed their function, no?
At what point did you realize that you need to flee the States and hide?
How did it happen? It's a detective story, almost a spy story, isn't it?
"In Siberia, they flooded me with the hottest bathhouse and taught me how to cook chicken."
And why, by the way, did you choose Russia as a country of refuge? Did someone give you a job here? Does anyone help you?
(Mark Dugan organized, by the way, a business in the Ivanovo region: he produces computer tables).

As far as I understand, your income is enough to travel around Russia. Where have you already been, what have you seen?
Democratic Party and Soros are behind the riots in the USA
Tell me, during your life in our country you probably had the opportunity to compare Russian and American police officers. Share your observations - what are the differences?
Dugan believes that the Russian police have much less rights than their counterparts in America. Photo: provided by the TV channel Tsargrad by Mark Dugan.
Nevertheless, now the situation in the States is completely different. Now there are blacks rebelling. And the police, with their "god complex", kneel before the rowdy, criminals who rob and break everything. How is that?
Why, in your opinion, is this happening at all?
Now he travels around Russia in his SUV, on the hood of which is written his nickname, which drove the FBI crazy. Photo: provided by the TV channel Tsargrad by Mark Dugan.
Here's what I can't understand: there are much more whites in the States than blacks. Why do they allow themselves to be bullied like that?
Mark Dugan is worried about what is happening in his homeland. But, he says, now he lives in Russia and connects his future with this country, which gave him shelter and asylum.
“When I get to Sakhalin, the quarantine will end for most of Russia. And then I’ll go back to Moscow, and then I’ll hit the road again, only to the south - I’ll go to Derbent, Makhachkala, Chechnya, Sochi and Crimea. It will be truly epic. travel, he says.
