The evolution of life on Earth - an objective process or an illusion? Could the first man have appeared 400 million years ago?

Ivan Antonovich Efremov is known to us as a science fiction writer and few people know about his geological and paleontological work. Studying the processes of sedimentation, Efremov swung at the traditional geological concept and Darwin's theory. Paleontologist Alexander Belov talks about the original version of the origin of life on Earth, proposed by a brilliant writer and scientist. How did Efremov refute Darwin's theory? Why does the classical theory of evolution believe that the first fish appeared 400 million years ago, and the humanoid creature was only 2 million years old? Who were the ancestors of man: monkeys or aliens? Could monkeys and humans have existed at the same time as cross-finned fish or dinosaurs? What evidence of human antiquity can paleontology provide? Why are sediments and fossils well preserved only in the aquatic environment? How does the illusion of evolution arise? Why did not scientists find on the continents and, most likely, will not find the remains of an ancient man? Because of what the scientific works of Efremov have never been republished, and the paleontologist's work is not continued even by his students? Will there be found evidence of human existence in the earliest geological periods?

Belov Alexander:Tomorrow is the birthday of Ivan Antonovich Efremov, our famous writer and science fiction writer, most people know him this way. But, in fact, he is a major geologist and paleontologist, few people know about this, he devoted 30 years of his activity to this very event, to this very research … In general, the work of Ivan Antonovich Efremov rests on several such important moments. As a matter of fact, there are different versions of how Efremov came to literary creativity, but, in fact, after conducting some research, he came to the conclusion that his literary work is a continuation of his very scientific activity. These are his books, which you absolutely all know, "On the Edge of the Oycumene", "The Andromeda Nebula", "Razor's Edge", "Hour of the Bull" was banned in Soviet times by Andropov, there was a special meeting on this by the Central Committee of the CPSU. In general, why did Ivan Antonovich Efremov switch to such his literary work? This is his work, which has never been republished after its publication, this is called the work "Taphonomy and the Geological Chronicle", works of the Paleontological Institute, 1950, "Burial of Terrestrial Faunas in the Paleozoic." This work, I believe, is very fundamental in that it shows to what heights Efremov as a scientist rose. This is he in Mongolia on an expedition. It is important for us to understand that Efremov created a new science of taphonomy. "Tafa", taphonomy, "tafa" is the grave, "nomiya" is the law, the law of burial, that is, roughly speaking, the law of the grave, the geological record. Why did he put the question this way? In this work, Efremov points out that many paleontologists and geologists do not at all understand the historical depth of time, the scale of time. And in order to dispel some ambiguity about this depth of time, Efremov wrote his book. Still, in general, on what it is based. Sedimentation is mainly considered, which are sedimentary processes, in geology it is denudation - demolition, removal of products, transportation through waterways, for example, along rivers.

And the deposition, the accumulation of this displaced material. So what are we talking about? When we have the opportunity to see a fossil, what is a fossil? A fossil is a corpse, an animal corpse, a human corpse or the corpse of another living creature, which fell into certain places of sedimentation and over time remained without oxygen, and in this state, these minerals and fossils accumulated through microtubules. But this process, it is long, it takes about two million years. And in fact, Efremov, not ambiguously in his work, came up with a very interesting version of the origin of man and the origin of animals. It is different, this version, from the existing paradigm of Darwinism, and, in particular, the follower of Darwin Haeckel, Ernest Haeckel, who believed that they were ancient, this is the paleontological tree of the animal world, here we see all labyrinthodonts or shark-like fish, amphibians, twig goes, connects reptiles, and mammals, here a man sits on this top of the tree. This is Haeckel's paleontological tree. According to Efremov, this very tree coincides in an amazing way with sedimentation. Efremov created such a science called "litoleimonomy", but I understand that it may be so difficult for you right off the bat, but "lito" is a stone, sediment, "nomiya" is a law, a law of conservation of stone sediments, roughly speaking. And as a result of this interesting feature of the burial, it turns out like this, in this book he very carefully writes about it, but still there are words there, so it is said, "the illusion of evolution." That is, in fact, we have, as regards evolution, evidence, the formulated law "The method of triple parallelism", the author is the same, Ernest Haeckel, Darwin's associate, paleontological evidence, that is, the very fossils that we are talking about, they are the first evidence of the existence of fish, then amphibians, later times, reptiles and mammals and humans. Embryonic similarity of organisms, I will not talk about these two points, this could be discussed if there was time.

And so paleontological evidence at one time forced Lyell, Charles Lyell, Darwin's associate, his teacher, geologist, who wrote the book "Fundamentals of Geology", to formulate that revolutionary geological concept, more or less, which is presented today. This is the principle of actualism, that is, what was today was in different periods of time. Here is this scale, the so-called scale of the cross-finned fish, labyrintodonts and types, different animals that were already reptilian, amphibial traits, already early mammals, monkeys, and humans. Such a pyramid is being built, and each of these animals has its own age in a petrified state. It turns out that ancient fish appeared 400 million years ago, amphibians 365, and so on, and so on, right up to our time. Man is a young creature, he appeared 2 million years old. And in his work, Efremov swung at this structure for constructing a geological chronicle, which was confessed by many scientists after Darwin, supporters of evolutionism. Efremov brought to the pages of his book the rules for crushing the destruction of a master craftsman. He writes that sediments are preserved, petrified corpses are preserved only in the aquatic environment and only for a very long time in the lowlands of the mainland, in lagoons: in developed littoral zones, river deltas, swamps, lakes. And the higher we ascend to the mainland, the worse the remains of man are preserved. And this surprisingly coincides with the evolutionary ladder of evolution, fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals. Roughly speaking, the higher the mainland, the more developed the creature. And Efremov, for the first time after his teacher, academician Sushkin, drew attention to the zonal, this landscape, existence of different types of animals. Man, according to Sushkin, he lived in the foothill zone, and it was here that he evolved. It turns out that in the foothill zone where a person lived, perhaps even in ancient times, it is not possible for a person to survive as a corpse for almost a long time. Why? All the fossilized remains of a person, you can list them on your fingers, these are mainly subfossils, such semi-fossils or even not fossils at all, just skulls that are buried in caves, in some asphalt puddles, in some swamps, sediments of lakes, rivers and etc. But Efremov says, look, over time, these remnants, human remains may not be preserved, they can be destroyed due to the fact that a person lived on the mainland, of course, he did not live in the ocean or at the level of seas and some underwater deltas. It is clear that its remains are preserved here, but other processes, destruction processes take place here, when erosion and destruction of fossilized remains occur. And these remnants, the very process of destruction of fossilized remains, it corresponds to the imaginary ladder of evolution, it seems to me that this is still an imaginary ladder of evolution.

Here I would like to say the following. Efremov in his book gives such a scheme, it is very interesting, but for specialists, perhaps, it is not clear, nevertheless, he shows that these sedimentation zones, removals from the mainland zones, they preserve fossils for us, for example, fish, dinosaurs, ancient Paleozoic, early Paleozoic, time of the ancient period, Mesozoic, middle era, middle life, this is the Cenozoic. And depending on the preservation of these remnants, from sedimentation, these animals are obtained, which we observe in a petrified state, fish, dinosaurs and so on. The closer we go to modernity, the more developed beings are. And a certain illusion arises, it depends precisely on sedimentation, the preservation of sedimentary rocks.

Efremov introduced the concept, he draws such very interesting ones here, a chronicle that has fallen out, this petrified, it is a denuded chronicle. This is the Early Paleozoic, Late Paleozoic, Mesozoic, when dinosaurs lived, and the Cenozoic. And he shows that very little is preserved from the ancient periods, very little, mostly aquatic, semi-aquatic forms, these are fish, sex-like, various carapace fishes of the Paleonian, these are cross-finned fishes and others, different. From the late Paleozoic, much more of the volume of fossils is preserved, here we already meet amphibians and lizards, and so on, and the like, and animal lizardmen. Next come mammals, the first dinosaurs appear in the Mesozoic. And in the Cenozoic, we have a huge layer of buried remains, but they are covered by seas, oceans, so we cannot open them, that is, they will open up after significant periods of time, numbering hundreds or tens of millions of years. The reserves of the geological record show that that very stepwise evolution, from fish to humans, it depends directly on the preservation of the remains. It is, if you will, a kind of escalator that counts down from the present to the past. Roughly speaking, where Efremov comes to, he says that scientists are mistaken, scientists are mistaken, many Darwin's supporters are mistaken. Of course, he writes it very carefully, toast in honor of Darwin and Haeckel, in honor of the principle of actualism he says.

This is South America, it is here that ancient remains are preserved, and it is here that fish fossils and so on, miscellaneous were found. And here on the Amazon River it is preserved to a greater extent, closer to us in time, that is, it is a timeline. This is a landscape and a timeline at the same time. It turns out an interesting system, according to Efremov, the mainland, this so-called ladder of evolution, fossils in antiquity, in modern periods, and the area of demolition, that is, we have this step-by-step evolution from fish to man, only thanks to the area of demolition and destruction of sedimentary parod, only. If it were not for this, if it was forever impressed, then there would be no evolution, and no Darwin and his teacher Lyell would be able to tell us these tales of evolution. This is a very important thing, because a lot depends on the understanding of the processes, whether people lived at all in long times, in the Paleozoic, this is a different diagram, or rather, it shows the same, in principle, a reverse count of time. We have here a complete set from humans to benthic organisms. If we plunge into antiquity, erosion is already eroding, that is, the countdown is going on, in the Mesozoic, a part of it already leaves, monkeys leave like tree dwellers. In the early Paleozoic, we no longer see many mammalian animals. And if it is antiquity, then sedimentary rocks with printed fossils remain, literally fish, bottom organisms, this is the Cambrian, 570 million years old, somewhere the beginning of the Cambrian. In fact, depending on this, our idea is formed.

Here are the rules of the geologist and paleontologist Efremov. I will briefly go over it, I formulated it myself, I must tell you on the basis of, of course, his book, I simply presented it in a popular way. Sedimentary rocks accumulate unevenly, the higher to the mainland, the worse, the more fragmented, the lower to sea level, the fuller and better. That is why this illusion of evolution arises. They survive better under water, which is why we find ancient fish, Paleonian, cross-finned, different, breathing and others. Therefore, bottom fish, amphibians, aquatic reptiles, their materials buried at the bottom remain for a long time. And here the sedimentary layer is erased from the mainland, that is, from the ancient periods, practically nothing remained from the Paleozoic. But in the early Paleozoic, we have practically no continental sedimentary rocks. This does not mean that there was no continent, there was a continent, sedimentary rocks were, they just all underwent destruction.

And what is the conclusion? The fossilized remains of land animals and humans are rapidly destroyed as a result of erosion and erosion along with this rock. That is, a petrified corpse is, roughly speaking, a stone, and it obeys all the laws of the destruction of stones. The absence of fossilized remains of higher animals and humans in sedimentary strata of the most ancient periods, up to the early Cambrian, cannot be evidence of the real absence of higher animals and humans in ancient periods on our planet. Here is such an amazing conclusion made by Efremov. And I suspect that, in fact, he could not, of course, cash out this conclusion in some more or less scientific form, or rather, in a scientific one, he stated it in "Taphonomy", but he could not popularly. He tried to expound this in his books "The Andromeda Nebula" and "Hour of the Bull", for example, where he shows that aliens arrive many times on different planets and populate them from the outside. But this is so, I am somewhat, of course, generalizing, exaggerating.

Where is Efremov right? He draws our attention in the book to various exotic forms that are found in very ancient strata, they do not fall into their strata of sedimentary accumulations, this is a beautiful tailless tyradon, which is 260 million years old. Or the Paleozoic monkeys, which are 260-245 million, are found in Kotelnich, the so-called near Vyatka. These monkeys are beautiful, they had a prehensile tail, they made such a face, of course, bad, tenacious legs were, in general, lemurs of the Paleozoic, which few people know about and who lived for 240 million years.

If you dig further, say, in Kotelnich, you can probably find a Paleozoic man or a man before the Cambrian. We will not find it until the Cambrian, because all these remnants, they have been torn off by erosion. Such an illusion arises, Darwin's theory of evolution is a stepwise, long, painful evolution, 590-570 million years to 2 million and the modernity of man, from fish to man. And I already give my version of Efremov that the ancestors of people are aliens, they all the time inhabited, populated and populated the terrestrial Ecumene, monkeys, and reptiles, and amphibians, and mammals all the time lived on Earth, as Efremov showed well. Unfortunately, Efremov's fate is not enviable, you know that according to some versions he was killed, and according to other versions he is an English spy, generally a terrible thing, who has already killed his relatives, three sisters and his wife. In general, the case has not been closed so far, the relatives are still in shock, scared, no one from paleontologists is engaged in its work, I am in charge of this department, even those who are considered its students. This is the fate, this person will be fulfilled tomorrow, he is 1908, you have to calculate how old he is, more than a hundred years old, 107 years old, on April 22. Here is my message. Thank you.
