According to the presidential decree, the years 2018-2027 have been declared the Decade of Childhood in Russia. In order to improve the state policy in the field of child protection, a corresponding project has been developed.

Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets said that the Decade of Childhood will become "a huge responsibility for all of us." According to her, the priority will be to provide day care for children, as well as issues of support for mothers and children, and demography.

It should be noted that the decade of childhood is a continuation of the policy to improve the situation of children in the Russian Federation, which was launched in the National Strategy of Action for Children for 2012-2017.

Over the past 5 years, Russia has adopted, on the basis of the National Strategy, 16 juvenile laws with a clear anti-family orientation. Among them, in particular, the notorious "spanking law" - which was canceled by the Duma after massive indignation of parents. The results of the National Strategy can be found here

Juvenile justice operates in such Western countries as Germany, France, England, Italy, America, etc. Western-style juvenile justice is being introduced in Russia.

Basic settings of the juvenile system:

1. Children's rights are higher than those of parents.

2. Family is a dangerous place for a child.

3. Responsible (positive) parenting (in more detail in the article)

4. Education without violence.

5. Violence is an educational impact on a child !!!

6. Inadequate criteria for family problems / socially dangerous situation / difficult life situation of the family.

The introduction of juvenile justice in our country is actively supported by such organizations as the Fund for Supporting Children in Difficult Life Situations, the National Fund for the Protection of Children from Cruelty, and the St. Petersburg Institute for Early Intervention.

These organizations work closely with each other and are associated with USAID - the American Agency for International Development, which promotes US interests in other countries of the world. Among the partners of the National Fund for the Protection of Children from Cruelty, the following are officially named: UNICEF (whose work the Russian authorities asked to terminate back in 2013); American Professional Alliance Against Child Abuse (APSAC); Institute of Social Services (IHS), Ohio, USA.

Thus, the National Fund for the Protection of Children from Abuse and the Fund for Supporting Children in Difficult Life Situations actively use the words "emotional abuse", "psychological abuse", "moral abuse", "basic needs of a child," but when you delve into what specifically, we are talking, it turns out: violence is understood as any educational impact. So upbringing turns out - this is violence.

Emotional abuse includes: episodic raising of the voice; ignoring the child and denying intimacy for the purpose of punishment. Physical abuse: occasional hand spanking, belt threat. Neglect of the needs of the child: sporadic cases of negligence in clothing. By the way, everything described above allows us to classify the family as a “problem family” (early stage of the crisis). And accordingly, a child in such a family needs state protection! At this stage, the family may be assigned a home helper. Who will come home and check how the parents are fulfilling their responsibilities. And parents may be assigned a psychologist or psychotherapist, whom they will be required to attend. And such assistance will be voluntary and compulsory.

On the website of the National Fund for the Protection of Children from Abuse, there is a lot of talk about organizing the identification of families at an early stage of the crisis.

If earlier the main reason for intervention in the family and the removal of a child was a threat to the child's life, now it can be a low level of parental competence (?), A difficult life situation in the family (loss of work, divorce, family conflict), family traditions that allow punishment child, for disobedience, etc. In a word, absolutely any family can fall under the seizure of a child.

The National Fund for the Protection of Children from Cruelty prescribes an algorithm for interaction between social protection and health services, with kindergartens and schools (all this is called interdepartmental interaction) (Service "Information and methodological support of activities to identify children in need of state protection" Book 4 / under the editorship of M. O. Egorova.).

How interdepartmental interaction is carried out can be judged by the example of how in the Arkhangelsk region the polyclinic set the guardianship authorities against a prosperous family that attended paid clinics (here -KOTORAYA-).

Juvenile justice is based on the principle that a child has the same rights as an adult. And nothing is said about his duties. The child has the right to independently apply to the authorities for the protection of their rights. This includes complaints about parents to the police or the court, which are obliged to immediately check how the parents are fulfilling their responsibilities.

And most importantly, the child is immediately taken away from the "inappropriate" parents and sent to an orphanage or foster parents until the facts are checked.

A special database of children must be organized. Schoolchildren and toddlers in kindergartens are required to keep special diaries assessing their parents' behavior. The diaries are checked by the social supervision authorities.

One of the most important tenets of juvenile technologies is the sexual education of children. Instead of the concept of "gender", the concept of "gender" is introduced. A similar bill "On Gender Equality" was registered in our State Duma. The Decade of Childhood project prescribes the need for early sexuality education for children, starting from preschool age.

In April 2013, Russia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse. This convention has an article 6 called "Education for children". This Convention obliges us to introduce sexuality education programs into the education system. The new and most important goal of child sex education is "the development of a positive and responsible attitude towards sexuality." Children "need to be aware of its risks and benefits." Therefore, preschoolers and younger students need to be taught about sexual pleasure, gender identity, and different types of love in class.

For some reason, no one is outraged that early sexual education hides the corruption of minors and their introduction to the beginning of early sexual life.

Another important point of the Decade of Childhood project is the concept of early intervention. The St. Petersburg Institute for Early Intervention is committed to providing early assistance to children and families. It is noteworthy that initially the concept of early assistance was designed for families with disabled children, but later the developers decided to go beyond this. In the Decade of Childhood project, this is paragraph 83. In more detail about what early intervention is, which families fall under it, etc. here.

Thus, juvenile justice is directly related to the destruction of the traditional blood family.

The question arises: who is the family hindering? The answer is obvious: the family gets in the way where they want to take a person under total control, destroying his personality.

The American psychologist and psychiatrist Bruno Bettelheim, from the experience of working at his own school, found that for the normal development of a child's personality, he needs the attention of an adult, directed to him, filled with love. The child uses the personality of a close adult as a kind of framework for building his own personality. But this is precisely the kind of personal communication that the child has in his family. In the family, the child adopts the culture of relationships, the foundations of building his own life.
