Video: Two Wars

For warm-up, a small lyrical digression. I would like to note that it is vitally important for the average person to learn to distinguish between media war (media, Internet, and it does not matter from which side) and real war, i.e. the one that actually takes place. The problem is more complicated than it seems, since every man in the street is also comfortable in his own reality, which makes an adequate perception of the situation somewhat difficult, to put it mildly.
In the first war, we (we are the "Russian world", patriots of all stripes and colors of the rainbow, militias, volunteers and sympathizers), despite temporary difficulties, everything seems to be going well and the prospects are good. Problems with the second war. And her main difficulty is that she stubbornly does not want not to coincide with the first, and even sometimes to intersect with her at least in something.
Let's start with the head. Power. Official representatives of Plotnitsky in the field. That is still a form of life … A purely nominal, formal education. It does not solve anything without a call "to the top", and the desire to call is often apparently absent. This is the main difficulty that interferes with resolving issues on the ground quickly, but you can try. If you look at the subject as a person in the first place. Excerpts from conversations by which one can judge the logic of their thinking, assess their professional competence, etc. I will not publish, we still have to go there … but what does not interfere, and in principle, open to dialogue is already good.
In general, the “vertical of power” in the LPR is concerned only with personal well-being, which in wartime conditions is logical and even normal to reasonable limits, of course. Put yourself in their place. But unlike colleagues from the Russian Federation, the authorities live here only for one day, not bothering with any garbage such as "the needs of the people" and "what will happen tomorrow." These abstract categories do not arouse the slightest interest among officials. Like where we are and where tomorrow …
People. If we say that they are left to their own devices, then it still sounds somehow optimistic or something. Nobody needs them. In general, not to anyone, alive … The city-forming enterprise has switched to the mode of operation 2 days a week. The rest are practically standing. No money. Absolutely not. Alchevsk almost did not suffer from the shelling, and people from the destroyed Stakhanov, Chernukhino and other settlements gathered there. But there is no work either. Everyone is left to their own devices, and this is not a metaphor. Concrete arbitrariness, fate does not stand on ceremony.
Help. The humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation does not reach the city even on a leftover principle. Not to mention the suburbs. Volunteer, having reached Luhansk, is also there safely and remains. The city's infrastructure is working, people are dressed normally, even well for the conditions in which they find themselves. But the food situation is desperate. Confused that there are products in stores and markets. In the winter, deaths from starvation were recorded in official documents as from flu, from heart failure, etc. The old people and the poor got the hell out of it.
Why? In my opinion, everything is quite simple. This is not at all a banal conflict of interests of clans, groupings, interest groups and hedgehogs with them. It does not matter who is appointed by whom, who is behind whom, or who is protecting whom. And the tale about the "Kremlin Towers" is a primitive cover. All this is "Doshirak" for the ears of the layman. All this is secondary. The reason is one level higher, and it is on the surface. This is the incompatibility of two mutually exclusive approaches to the concept of the essence of power. On the one hand, we have an official vertical structure “chosen by the people”, with all the attributes and personal belongings, sitting with an intelligent face, which, in principle, is like everywhere else in the world. On the other hand, we have Mozgovoy (based in Alchevsk), as far as I know, the last significant representative in the territory of Donbass who shares (in whole or in part) the idea of Democracy, i.e. people's self-government in a specific territory - Novorossia. The idea, in fact, with which it all began. It was for her, driven by the remnants of genetic memory, that the first militias and volunteers grabbed hold of and rose to build a new (long forgotten old) Russian world. It is she who inspires the people of Donbass to fight and live in spite of. It is supported by people beginning to get out of the hassle in Russia and in other countries. And it is she who is mortally dangerous for the existing world order.
But a prisoner is not supposed to have a gun. Things like that are numb. Technologies have been worked out and time-tested for a long time. The interception of power was carried out casually and without fuss. An ordinary man in the street did not even notice anything. The word "Novorossiya" on the air was supplanted by the clumsy LPR and DPR, plus a couple of smooth systemic events, plus the acceleration and (or) pitched ideological ones, neutralizing the violent ones. In general, a basic set of options. We agreed with someone, someone got a bullet in the back of the head, someone “bumblebee” in the hood, the rest were dumped in the Russian Federation. On incomprehensible tours and meetings, representatives of the parliament of Novorossiya dispersed and gradually disappeared from sight. EVERYONE understood EVERYTHING at once. Silence and grace reigned again. However, as one of the founders recently correctly noted, if an idea is alive in the minds of people, then sooner or later it will be realized. Only the question of when and what its price will be remains open.
The official power in the LPR "sits on fire," wartime conditions are the only justification for its existence. It won't last a day without war. Consequently, war is her mother. Well, it is very necessary, just vital. In the hands of all the resources, mechanisms for the distribution and control of these, legal armed support to the heap … with the dissatisfied ordinary people how to act - the question is generally rhetorical ….
Not an easy one? Actually, it's not a problem either. Here Mozgovoy, for example (as an option), can be deprived of the "Voentorg", financial, humanitarian and, in general, any support. But he also has to deal with issues of assistance to the population. It is his fighters who share the ration with the locals. In the systemic language, this is figuratively called to give the opportunity to "screw up yourself", discrediting the above idea at the root, at least. And the maximum is to develop the people to her rejection and rejection to colic in the stomach. And as Academician Pavlov proved, hunger can also achieve less reflection. Only he trained on dogs. The LPR went further … So there were people in Alchevsk and the environs in what they found themselves in.
The authorities on both sides of the front and beyond are in need of war. Fact. The reasons are the same, because the system is one. The goal of the war is to reduce the population in a given territory. What for? This is a different question. But note, this goal is successfully solved in any scenario and development of events. There is no shortage of ways to achieve this goal. In the media war, of course, they don't talk about this. There is another reality, damn matrix …
As the hero of one cult film said, "The question is not who betrayed us, but what to do, since it happened?" The seizure of power in Novorossiya became possible because the initiators of democracy simply lacked knowledge about the idea itself and the principles of its functioning. And about the theory of management, it seems that no one has heard anything at all. But this is not their fault. People have risen at the call of their hearts, and for this alone they deserve infinite respect.
You don't need to reinvent the bicycle. Under existing conditions, it is necessary to agitate and propagate the idea of Democracy as the only alternative to modern democracy in the world. To carry the idea to the masses and learn, learn and learn. The method has already been rolled out very successfully, it is foolish not to use the experience of grandfathers. And now there is someone to learn from, there would be a desire. They do not hide, because they are aware of the rules.
I will not tire with technology, but as a first step, it is necessary to create Territorial Communities (according to Ukrainian legislation), local self-government bodies at the level of an entrance, house, quarter, district (according to Russian legislation). Any encouragement and support of the initiative "from below". Destruction of the illusion in the minds of people that they do not decide anything and their opinion does not mean anything. It is necessary to convey to people that it is they who are capable and must decide their fate, and only they themselves. Not a god, not a king and not a hero … as the classic said. This is in a nutshell.
And don't underestimate the support from the bottom. Vaughn, the "Darkest" thanks to such, creates for others whatever he pleases, and no one can do anything to him for it. At this level, completely different mechanisms, processes and rules are included. For a person or a group of like-minded people who have this support, nothing is impossible. And our opponents with "sworn friends" are well aware of this.
For this I say goodbye. I was going to tell the situation in Alchevsk … but something rolled over, I allowed myself a little more, do not blame me if that.

These two tragedies are related by the "common denominator" - the extremely dismissive attitude of employers towards working people
These events are already in the past, they have already been discussed in different ways in the Russian and foreign media. However, in my opinion, there is a reason to talk about the extremely dismissive attitude of employers towards working people, whom the "new Russians" often use not as slaves, but as consumables
How did the Chinese invent gunpowder without having two of the three ingredients?
Probably every inhabitant of the Earth knows from school that gunpowder was invented by the Chinese. At least this is what children were taught in the USSR, and even now this is what they are taught in Russia. But is it really so?
Russian girl lived for two years in an old castle
During the Middle Ages, castles were usually fortified buildings designed to defend against enemy attacks. Today we are used to seeing them as museums. It is interesting to visit them, imagining how people lived in them many centuries ago, but even now there are people who own real castles and live in them or rent them out to others

For whom was the UAZ-469 with two rudders produced in the USSR?
There are many strange modifications of quite ordinary cars in the world. One of the brightest examples of such a machine can be considered the UAZ-469, which was produced in the Soviet Union, including with two rudders. The question immediately arises: why was such an unusual car needed at all?
