If you block the path of running water, then it will begin to look for a new channel for itself. People say about this: "water will find a hole."

The blocked course of the river can find itself a new channel, or break into many branches, or rise to the level of the dam (which is used in the construction of hydroelectric power plants). It is important to understand this: water, in principle, can go up if you force it. But it will not go up by itself. Initially, it has the property of running down.

And therefore, the river left to itself makes a channel "from top to bottom" and chooses the most convenient places for itself - which means - the lowest …

Human civilization for about 5 thousand years of observable history for us (we cannot vouch for more) was built around one very important for it, fundamental principle. In it there was a concept ABOUT WILD NATURE about murder and theft as a crime, and not just an everyday act.

In the commandments of the Bible it sounded like "Thou shalt not kill, do not steal!", And in the commandment of Hippocrates - as "Do no harm!" That is, a line was drawn mentally, the line before which a person is not yet a criminal, but having stepped over (overstepping) the line, he becomes a criminal.

They will say: author, why are you chewing this gum? And so it is clear that a cultured person considers the murder of innocent people a crime. And only a savage does not consider the murder of innocents a crime. And you, the author, have bothered us with your common truths …

I myself, guys, are already tired of these common truths!

But only about the fact that "everything is clear anyway" - do not get excited.

Few people understand very little …

Psychological workshop: they gave you a knife and offered to kill a stranger. They promised that they would not be punished for this, and they would give money. Lot. Perhaps there will be enough for an apartment …

Not so simple. Civilization for 5 thousand years built communities in which (at least within them) murder and theft were criminalized, declared a crime with a taboo imposed on them.

But those same 5 thousand years, not aliens, but people themselves, destroyed such communities, realizing, scientifically speaking - RECURRENT DECRIMINALIZATION OF MURDER.

The history of mankind is not only attempts to prohibit murder, but also depressingly frequent relapses of savagery, which does not consider murder as a condemned and punishable act

And I am trying to convey to you, friends, the main thing: the prohibition on murder is a civilization. And the relapse of decriminalization is savagery, the return of savagery, the destruction of civilized relations.

I don’t know if there will be anyone willing to argue with this, it seems to me that it’s quite obvious: what of those requiring collective efforts can build a society in which murder is no longer considered a crime and is no longer condemned ?! What a construction site can be in such conditions - the builders will scatter in fear that they will be taken and killed just like that, for no reason, no reason …

As if in an anecdote: "Deputy Moses presented the bill" Thou shalt not kill! " and the deputy Hippocrates - "Do no harm!" The deputy corps is working on amendments …"

Capitalism is fraught and pregnant with fascism from its foundations and in essence. Fascism is not some kind of perverted and extraneous disease for capitalism, it is an inevitable stage of its transformation, dictated by all the logic and all the pathos of its "values"

And only by artificially stopping the growth of the capitalist organism, it is possible to forcibly keep capitalism in its children's swaddling clothes …

The USSR did not understand the essence of fascism (otherwise they would not play with Darwinism) - just as they did not understand the essence of socialism. The CPSU sought to stake out a monopoly for its version of socialism, to knock out a patent for itself from humanity, in which all other versions of socialism would be declared falsification and forgery.

But in life, in real life, both fascism and socialism are not at all what the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, which had confused itself and other people, said about them.

Socialism is the extension of law. What is regulated by law is socialism. And beyond that, everything that is at the mercy of arbitrariness is pre-socialist structures of a zoological nature and origin. A person who receives a salary lives under socialism (even in the XII century).

A person who lives on an indefinite profit, which no one guarantees him in any amount - lives before socialism and outside of socialism.

Any ordered relationship is socialist. Out of order (planned obligations) - arbitrariness, i.e. the zoological shaggy gray-haired and natural antiquity in its biology extends …

Capitalism hates the law. Especially if you take capitalism in its pure form, laboratory.

Because historical capitalism existed, after all, in a complex mixture of religious patericists, church missionaries and missions, administrative arbitrariness of monarchs, among all sorts of "colorful fetters of feudalism", among the selfless sacrifice of enlighteners, philosophers, scientists - not bargaining with humanity, but GIVING him their discoveries …

But all this is the scum of history, and capitalism hates the law. Let's practice the logic:

The goal of the capitalist is unlimited income (limited income will be a type of salary, salary)

Income, profit, revenue, money is a product of actions. In order to receive income, you need to perform some actions, right?

Unlimited income can only be the product of unlimited actions. Any limitation of actions will be a limitation of income as a result

Conclusion: it is impossible for a person to combine the law and unlimited income. Or fixed rations, or the kingdom of lawlessness

Thus, all the buffoonery and all the antics of capitalism about "building a legal society" are nothing more than the thief's shouts "Stop the thief!" in order to divert attention from yourself.

Saltykov-Shchedrin ridiculed the legal attempts of the Razuvaevs and Kolupaevs back in the middle of the 19th century [2]. And a great friend of our newspaper, R. F. Kadyrov, in the 90s personally DECREASED his salary, which he, as the head of the CHIF, was appointed by a presidential decree: as a civilized person, he considered this salary excessive …

Capitalism's hatred of the law is expressed in the decriminalization of murder, and when capitalism openly goes over to this, this is called fascism

When for the murder of innocent people are given not prison sentences, but orders, it means that the stage of fascism begins, the final station of the historical movement of bourgeois secularization [3] and emancipation [4]

Until capitalism has overcome in itself all sorts of "prejudices" of a religious and humanistic sense, it is not exactly fascism. He is proto-fascism. And how he overcame - hurry to see, the spectacle is not for the faint of heart …

Now another question: why does capitalism need to decriminalize murder?

Is he some kind of sadist, possessed by demons, or does he lack sharp impressions ?! Partly, of course, and all this … But let's return in thought to the beginning of the article, to the discussion of the movement of water. Water can be forced by an act of will to go up, but by itself it always strives only down …

The fact is that murder is a universal, simplest and shortest, most convenient and fastest way to solve material, economic and everyday problems

A person begins to look for some other ways to solve problems only when the simplest is closed to him. A person begins to solve issues in indirect, non-obvious, long and difficult ways - that is, to solve his everyday problem, he is forced to go around, give a "round" - despite the fact that there is a short road … And in this situation, only for civilized people, "seven miles is not hook"…

Let's say a person needs housing. You can, of course, start building a house. But starting doesn't mean ending. This process is long, difficult, tedious and expensive. You need building materials - what if they are not there? It takes time, sometimes long years - what if it's winter? Why does a man build a house, and does not act like a fox with a hare in a fairy tale about an ice and bast hut?

Yes, only because civilization has hammered into a person's head since childhood that it is impossible to solve everyday problems by killing another person! That is, you can't just come to Professor Preobrazhensky, kill him with an ax, and settle in his seven-room apartment with servants Daria and Zina …

And if it was possible? Why is it painful to build their own houses, when there are already houses in the world, and there only to kill the tenants is a matter of seconds!

And now there is such a mug among people on a regular basis, such a khaivan who pokes his face out of the window of modernity and begins to yell:

-Why do we go on foot when we have a car ?! Why do we huddle in a closet when, over there, we have chambers?

What are Murlo and Khaivan talking about? What does he want to "optimize"? He proposes to radically shorten the path to material wealth. And for this "just" to decriminalize murder …

The multimillion-dollar victims of Yeltsin's privatization have the opposite side of the appearance of millionaires and billionaires. The murder of millions has been converted into oligarchic capital in Russia and Ukraine.

But then the paths of the post-Soviet countries were divided: some, like Russia, got scared and began to slow down. Others - like Ukraine - decided to go all the way in the chosen tactics of "success in life" and "realizing a personal chance at any cost." And nowadays they have come to a completely ordinary, completely standard, completely open fascism …

At the heart of all fascism, from Cromwellian, medieval, to modern Ukrainian, lies precisely this phenomenon: the decriminalization of murder. Forms of fascism are equally terrifying in their tolerance for murder. But they and they are attractive to the cattle by the shortness of the path to the desired benefits …

Cromwell corrupted the English people's militia, sending him to plunder Ireland. In a literal sense, he gave the poor the opportunity to find land and slaves, and through that stop being beggars. The monstrous robbery of the revolutionary army in Ireland is very reminiscent of the Nazi invasion in both methods and goals.

All cases, starting with Ireland (and, of course, before it) are absolutely the same type. There is a material problem: the desire to grow wealth. The shortest path to this is to kill a wealthy neighbor and take possession of his property.

There is an option when a neighbor strangles and starves a neighbor. This is the classic Libertian market - "war of all against all".

There is an option when the subordinate is the boss. This is early Bolshevism-Trotskyism, the invasion of landowners' estates by kulaks on several carts - to take the "piano" to their hut.

And there is an option when the people are killing another people. With the same purpose as in the previous examples, but, as A. Makarevich sang, "people who while away their lives in struggle understand that it is easier with a herd."

But the mechanism is the same: the thirst for unlimited profit, get rich quick, the tool for which is the murder of an obstacle

In a civilized society, ONLY circumstances and forces of nature act as an obstacle. In a spiritually wild society, they do not distinguish between an obstacle-circumstance and an obstacle-man: “you are to blame for the fact that I want to eat”.

For the market bandits, the massacres in Donbass are just a continuation of the business they started in privatization since the beginning of the 90s

I think that even the most naive person is not able to believe in the disinterestedness of the oligarch P. Poroshenko or the swindler Y. Tymoshenko (who has everything fake - her surname, hair, and eye color).

But in Russia, too, many people understand the massacres as ensuring the former carefree life, a feast on the bones. By no means poor and not poverty-stricken G. A. Yavlinsky, a permanent presidential candidate since the Yeltsin era (imagine how much it costs financially!) On February 5, 2017, cynically stated:

“… the Kremlin officially hopes that the so-called“militias”in Donbass have enough weapons and ammunition … For three years now, the almost open transfer of Russian weapons to military formations in Donbass, the dispatch of military personnel to the southeast of Ukraine, as well as propaganda support in the Russian media … - all this is infinitely dangerous and strategically pointless …

[3] Secularization - in sociology, the process of reducing the role of religion in the consciousness of people and the life of society; transition from a society governed by religious norms and organizations.

[4] Emancipation is the rejection of various kinds of dependencies, including from parents, the termination of restrictions, the acquisition of rights without obligations. This word itself comes from the Latin verb emancipare - to free a child from paternal authority.

[6] Direct quote from Charles Darwin: “… we build shelters for imbeciles, cripples and the sick, we have introduced laws for the poor, our doctors are trying their best to save everyone's life to the last second … Thus, the weak members of society continue to produce their own kind. Anyone with anything to do with animal breeding will attest that it is detrimental to the human race.».

Furious Westerner Yulia Latynina sets out her reading of the radical contemporary Darwinist Dawkins: “… we only hear that universal suffrage, the welfare state and the protection of human rights are the crown of development … Alas, this is not only not so, it is biologically not so ».

[7] V. Polevanov says: " When I came to the State Property Committee and tried to change the privatization strategy, Chubais told me in plain text: "Why are you worried about these people? Well, thirty million will die out. They did not fit into the market. Don't think about it. New ones will grow up.".

Yuri Luzhkov and Gavriil Popov recall E. Gaidar: " It was February 1992 … Gaidar was informed that in Zelenograd our medicine recorded 36 deaths due to hunger. To this Gaidar answered simply: radical transformations are underway, money is difficult, and the death of people who are unable to resist these transformations is a natural thing. ".
