I was going to write the next article on a completely different topic, but after learning the information that will be discussed further, I decided to write about it first. I want to warn you and protect you and your children from danger.

Those who read my articles, I think, have already noticed that, when selecting material, I try to find facts confirming or refuting questions in the topic I am considering. Because simply "pouring water" and misleading - I consider it irresponsible.

What I will write about today is verified more easily than ever in a minute. And the most important thing is that you can find it yourself on the network on official resources.

It will be about the United Confectioners holding, which is part of the Guta Group. There is reliable information that their factories do not have typical licenses for the production of sweets, namely licenses for:

  1. Activities in the field of using causative agents of infectious diseases in humans and animals (unless the specified activity is carried out for medical purposes) and genetically engineered organisms of III and IV degrees of potential hazardcarried out in closed systems.
  2. Medical activity (with the exception of the specified activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations that are part of the private health care system on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center).
  3. Medical activities of organizations of municipal and private health systems, providing performance of work (services) for the provision of high-tech activities carried out by medical organizations part of the private health care system, on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center.

The question arises - how can all this be related to the production of sweets? That's right - in theory, nothing.

In the article I will consider each participant of the United Confectioners holding for the presence of such licenses and consider what requirements must be met by the one who is licensed according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.

To understand the scale of production of the above holding, I will tell you a little about it, taking information from their official website.

United Confectioners Holding is the largest confectionery enterprise in Eastern Europe, uniting 19 Russian factories, including the largest Moscow enterprises Krasny Oktyabr, Confectionery Concern Babaevsky, ROT FRONT. According to the results of the international rating "Global Top-100" "United Confectioners" is 19 positions in terms of sales among the world's largest manufacturers.

The enterprises produce all types of confectionery: chocolate, boxed sweets, bulk sweets, caramel, toffee, marshmallows, waffles, cakes, marmalade and oriental sweets.

The Holding's confectionery factories own the most famous Russian trademarks such as: Alenka®, Babaevsky®, Vdohnovenie®, Mishka kosolapy®, Krasnaya Ranikovka®, Korovka®, Tula Gingerbread® and many others. Products under these brands are loved in Russia and popular abroad. The products are sold through a well-developed distribution network throughout Russia and our own retail network "Alenka" (more than 80 branded stores), as well as export deliveries to 48 countries. Among the regular consumers of the Holding's products are the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Kremlevsky” Food Factory, the Government of Russia, the Moscow Mayor's Office and the Moscow Patriarchate."

The audience for the consumption of the holding's products is colossal. And its main consumer is children.

Here is a list of factories included in the United Confectioners holding:

Image
Image

I will consider ten factories out of fourteen, since four have no licenses found. No licenses found for:

- JSC "Yuzhuralkonditer" (Chelyabinsk);

- JSC "Yoshkar-Ola Confectionery Factory" (Republic of Mari El);

- CJSC Confectionery Factory named after K. Samoilova (St. Petersburg);

- JSC "Factory" Russian Chocolate "(It is in the process of reorganization in the form of joining other legal entities).

Whether the lack of a license to operate in the field of the use of pathogens of human and animal infectious diseases and GMOs is a guarantee that the factory is bona fide is not clear.

OJSC "Confectionery Concern Babaevsky"

It all started with the fact that I found information about strange licenses from OJSC "Confectionery Concern Babaevsky". I checked it myself and the information was confirmed - there is a license for:

Activity in the field of use causative agents of infectious diseases in humans and animals(unless the specified activity is carried out for medical purposes) and genetically engineered organisms of III and IV degrees of potential hazardcarried out in closed systems”.

Since of all the factories of sweets "United Confectioners" is the first factory that came across to me, I examined it in more detail and studied what rules, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the one to whom such a license is issued must comply. The rest of the factories will be considered by analogy and briefly.

So, the concern has two licenses for the above activities: 77.01.13.001. L.000062.03.10 and 77.01.13.001. L.000062.03.10, in which the above information is indicated. Below is an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities:

Image

Let me remind you that a license is not just a formality - it is permission to carry out a specific type of activitywhich issued by a special licensing authority. In our case, such a body is: "The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare" and "Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the City of Moscow".

Further, as I promised you, I will explain a little about what rules according to government decree, must correspond to the one to whom such a license is issued (in our case, a sweets factory).

Freely available Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 N 317 (with additions of March 6, 2015) "On licensing activities in the field of using causative agents of infectious diseases in humans and animals (except for the case if the specified activity is carried out for medical purposes) and genetically modified organisms of III and IV degrees of potential hazard, carried out in closed systems ". It describes in detail everything related to the licensing of the above activities.

To begin with, I bring to your attention an amusing supplement to this resolution: “ List of works to be performed (services provided), constituting activities in the field of using causative agents of infectious diseases in humans and animals (unless the specified activity is carried out for medical purposes) and genetically modified organisms of III and IV degrees of potential hazard, carried out in closed systems .

That is, if an organization has the above license, then the type of activity and its work correspond to this list. It obviously doesn't smell like chocolates here:

Image
Image

Friends, point 1 - experimental, diagnostic research, production work, storage of microorganisms, their production, museum stamps and material infected or suspected of being infected with I-IV pathogenicity groups … What does it have to do with chocolate, cookies, sweets, marshmallows, etc.?

Clause 7 - genetic manipulation at the molecular, cellular levels for gene diagnostics and gene therapy applied to a person. What does this have to do with a candy factory?

Item 9 - utilization of waste from genetic engineering activities? What does sweets have to do with it?

Read carefully all the points on this list. Haven't guessed what is most likely actually happening? Do you admit the thought that experiments are carried out on people through harmless sweets? I ate and got sick.

I would also like to ask you: "Do you still believe that conscientious food manufacturers take care of your health?"

Further, I want to explain to you how much this license does not fit with the activities of a factory for the production of sweets.

According to Federal Law of 05.07.1996 N 86-FZ (as amended on 03.07.2016) "On state regulation in the field of genetic engineering":

“A genetically engineered organism is an organism or several organisms, any non-cellular, unicellular or multicellular formation capable of reproducing or transmitting hereditary genetic material, different from natural organisms, obtained using genetic engineering methods and containing genetically engineered material, in including genes, their fragments or combinations of genes."

The hazard classes of genetically modified organisms specified in the license are stated in the same place in article 7(in the factory's license there are III and IV risk levels):

- IIIthe level of risk is appropriate for work that presents a moderate hazard to human health, and comparable with the danger when working with microorganisms potentially capable of transmitting infection;

- IVthe level of risk corresponds to the work that pose a danger to human health, and is comparable to the danger when working with pathogens of especially dangerous infections.

Interesting, isn't it?

I also want to note one of the requirements for an applicant for a license to carry out licensed activities in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 N 317:

- the presence in the state of the licensee of specialists with higher education or secondary vocational education and additional vocational education under advanced training programs in the amount of at least 72 hours in the specialty "bacteriology", "virology", "parasitology" or "microbiology", meeting the requirements and nature of the work performed.

Let's put aside conspiracy theories, conspiracy theories, speculation, etc. Before you now are the naked facts:

  1. there is a factory producing sweets;
  2. she has a license to conduct a certain type of activity;
  3. this can be checked, since there is reliable information from the extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about the type of activity under the license;
  4. in detail what the holder of such a license should do is described in the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation and is controlled by the Federal Law.

The algorithm is extremely simple and everything can be checked.

Below I have written to you the data for self-verification of the information I provided - OGRN and TIN of OJSC "Confectionery Concern Babaevsky".

Just copy and enter in the search box.

Question: why does the concern, the main and additional type of activity do not relate to experiments with GMOs and infections (screenshot below), to have licenses for the use of pathogens of human and animal infectious diseases (except for the case if the specified activity is carried out for medical purposes) and genetically engineered organisms of III and IV degrees of potential hazard, carried out in closed systems?

Image
Image

The main activity in itself does not raise questions. Additional activities relate to: production, trade in other food products (not elsewhere classified), testing and research. Let us assume that the above licenses for the use of pathogens of human and animal infectious diseases and GMOs are related to testing and research. Again, then the question arises - why is this a factory that produces sweets and is part of the holding, whose mission, according to their website, is as follows:

“We want our products to bring joy to every home, and more happiness!”

Their task is to produce sweets and delight us. Their task is not to study diseases, illnesses. Then why do they need these licenses?

Also interested in OKPD 2 10.89: "Other food products, not included in other groups." I decided to see what it is:

Image
Image

And again, not a word about choladki - soups, eggs, yeast, juices from meat, fish and aquatic invertebrates.

In my opinion, this whole situation with licenses is the case when “ If you want to hide it, put it in the most conspicuous place. " I repeat, this information is published in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of OJSC "Confectionery Concern Babaevsky" - much more "prominent place".

Further, I have compiled for you a visual material on the products of this concern:

Image
Image

Having studied the material on this factory, I decided to check the licenses of the other factories of the holding. And there, friends, a similar situation.

Next, I will give you the following information for each factory:

1) its short description from the official website;

2) availability of a license;

3) its assortment (for those who read the article from the phone - it will be more convenient to follow the link on the word "assortment", since the image in the article will be small);

4) OGRN and TIN.

You, if you wish, can independently check all the information on the network.

JSC "Red October"

OJSC "Red October" - the oldest enterprise in the country's confectionery industry, which is one of the largest and most famous Moscow confectionery manufacturers in Russia.

I think everyone is familiar with the products of this factory.

Availability of licenses:

As for this factory, in addition to a license with activities for GMOs and infectious diseases of humans and animals, another one, no less amusing, has appeared:

« medical activity(with the exception of the specified activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations that are part of the private health care system on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center).

At the expense of her, I have a double perception - either there is something also "not chocolate", or this license concerns the medical examination of employees in production. Because, having looked at the appendix to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 N 291 "On licensing medical activities (with the exception of the specified activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations that are part of the private health care system, on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center"), I understood that the list of the list of works (services) that make up medical activity affects each branch of medicine. What is the truth in this situation is known only at the factory itself.

Then I decided to check the address of the place of validity of the license - Ryazan Tea-packing Factory LLC is located in Ryazan, and Confectionery Concern Babaevsky OJSC and Krasny Oktyabr OJSC are located in Moscow.

You can independently reflect on what kind of tea and what chocolates are produced by an enterprise with the presence of such licenses.

Conclusion

Friends, I, of course, leave 1% to the fact that I may be mistaken and it is not true that the factory where sweets are produced uses products of activity from the field of using pathogens of human and animal infectious diseases, as well as GMOs.

And maybe there is some other and reasonable explanation of why such licenses are used at the enterprise with sweets, but today there are much more facts that most likely they are just poisoning us and experimenting on us.

If everything is, indeed, as we see under the licenses, then it turns out that we are fed like laboratory mice for experiments - sugar with a special preparation.

In all this, it touches me to the depths of my soul that sweets are still consumed mainly by children. Any holiday for a kid is accompanied by sweets - be it a birthday or a new year.

There will certainly be those who, after reading the article, will say that I have paranoia. They say I'm looking for a catch everywhere. But, unfortunately, it's just that the modern world is not as safe for us as many might think.

Remember that our world, this through the looking glass, and that which is sometimes presented to us as blessings, often carries a plan with exactly the opposite.

All the best, friends.

P. S

At the beginning of the article, I pointed out that the United Confectioners holding belongs to the Guta Group. This group has several areas of activity:

- "United Confectioners";

- "Guta-bank";

- "Guta Clinic";

- "Guta-Development";

- Agro-industrial complex.

Founder of the Guta Group (which includes the United Confectioners holding) - Gushchin Yuri Nikolaevich.

The network writes:

The Guta Group has been the target of investigative journalism over the past seven years. However, this did not help the investigating authorities to send the notorious swindler to jail.

Yuri Gushchin, the founder of the group, was prosecuted four times. By 1990, of his 45 years, Yuri Gushchin spent 22 years in prisons and camps.

On March 24, 1962, he was sentenced by the People's Court of the Zheleznodorozhny District of the city of Novosibirsk under Article 15-89, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (theft of state or public property, committed by theft with penetration into a building or other storage facility) to three years in prison. Was released early.

On January 12, 1964, he was convicted by the Novosibirsk Regional Court under Article 144 of Part 3 of the RSFSR Criminal Code (theft with penetration into a home) to three years in prison.

On December 9, 1976, Yuri Gushchin was convicted by the People's Court of the Frunzensky District of Moscow under Article 147 of Part 3 (fraud that caused significant damage to the victim, or committed by a particularly dangerous recidivist) and under Article 218 of Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (wearing, making or selling daggers, Finnish knives or other edged weapons without a permit) to eight years in prison”.

Not a very good addition to not very good licenses. Is not it?
