Miracle haters argue that only illiterate people claim to see man-made UFOs at close range. Drug addicts, charlatans, psychos, losers, young girls, old grandmothers, well, at most, drunk tractor drivers. And serious people have never witnessed something abnormal, perhaps, they retell the story of an illiterate moron.

There are many testimonies of educated serious people, but their testimonies are written in the books and websites of ufologists, which gives reason for the miracle-haters to say that "paper will endure everything", that it was written by a ufologist-writer, putting his fantasies in the mouths of famous respected people in order to make money on someone else's glory, but in fact a famous scientist or cosmonaut allegedly did not say this to him.

I have collected video footage of direct public statements from high-ranking famous respected people about their personal experiences with plates and aliens, so that they do not say that they did not say that, or journalists that, allegedly, distorted what they said. I posted these video clips in a separate study.

There, basically, are collected statements of Russian and Soviet cosmonauts, pilots and high-ranking military personnel.

And now I want to talk in detail about the statement made by Gordon Cooper, a member of the first squad of American astronauts. He claims that when he was at a military base in 1957, a flying saucer landed there, stood on 3 supports, stood and flew away. The main thing is that she was filmed at close range, and he himself had time to watch this film before sending it to his superiors.

His statement in the Russian-speaking world was known only from written sources, and "everything can be written." And, also, a fragment of his video statement with a Russian translation appeared on a TV channel with a dubious reputation RenTV. In this fragment, Cooper's speech in American is almost inaudible, and the Russian translation is dubbed by the announcer, and, therefore, there is no reason to believe the translation.

Therefore, skeptics were sure that such a serious person as Gordon Cooper did not say that. We were sure that he said this, on many indirect grounds.

And now, quite recently, an hour and a half video of Gordon Cooper's meeting in St. Petersburg with Russian ufologists in the distant 1995 appeared on the little-known, little-visited YouTube channel of Sergei Kuzionov. The conversation was conducted through a Russian-speaking translator, the speech of all participants is clearly audible on the recording.

Interestingly, at the 8th minute, he said that 2 weeks before the interview, he was informed that copies of the video had been declassified, but he had not yet seen them. How it ended is not clear. Maybe there is already this entry on the net. Who knows, please let us know
