In July 2017, my family and I moved from the Bashkir city of Sterlitamak (there was nothing to breathe in due to the chemical industry) to a new place of residence (as it seemed to us) in Feodosia, Crimea. Five days was enough for us to explore the city and its surroundings and understand: Crimea is not for us.
Then we returned to the already familiar Anapa, purchased a land plot (10 acres), waited a month and a half until the heat subsided and on September 1, we started construction. We decided to leave the project of the house the same, according to which we built the house in Sterlitamak, only adding a terrace to it, and instead of a bathing pond we make a pool.

The construction took us three and a half months. For the exterior, we hired a team of Uzbeks, for the interior, an Armenian. For welding and deepening the ground loop, assembling the electrical panel, switching junction boxes and connecting the house to the power supply system - an electrician. For the manufacture of paths and blind areas from printed concrete - a team of concrete workers. A well was drilled, suspended ceilings and windows were also installed by invited specialists. The rest of the work was done together with his wife.

Kovdor - the capital of Hyperborea begins to build in Russia
In the coming years, another attraction may appear in the north of Russia - much more exotic than the residence of Father Frost in Veliky Ustyug. In the Kovdor district of the Murmansk region - in a bear's corner, as the residents themselves admit, - they took up the project "Kovdor - the capital of Hyperborea". The goal is to establish tourism in order to stop walking with an outstretched hand for money for the development of the area
Humanity is ready to build a lunar base or in pursuit of light and space
On the obelisk over the grave of our great compatriot K.E. Tsiolkovsky cites his textbook words: "Humanity will not remain forever on Earth, but, in pursuit of light and space, at first it timidly penetrates beyond the atmosphere, and then conquers the entire solar space."
How to build a house
Sooner or later, every (well, almost) person has a strong desire to live in their own home. Especially when you are over 40 and your pace of life begins to decline and you suddenly begin to annoy the entrance of your apartment building that smells of cat and human urine, the intimate life of neighbors behind a thin concrete wall and housing and communal services receipts, in which the management company writes whatever it wants.
