“The question of whether a given nation is flourishing or dying of hunger interests me only insofar as we need the representatives of this nation as slaves for our culture; otherwise, their fate is of no interest to me,”- with this brutal phrase, Hitler very clearly characterized the whole essence of the fascist regime, which, in addition to hatred of humanity, demonstratively humiliated Russian culture.

“The question of whether a given nation is flourishing or dying of hunger interests me only insofar as we need the representatives of this nation as slaves for our culture; otherwise, their fate is of no interest to me,”- with this brutal phrase Hitler very clearly characterized the whole essence of the fascist regime, which, in addition to hatred of humanity, demonstratively humiliated Russian culture.

Our great warriors were able to overcome fascism, knowing that Russian culture is one of those values for which they are ready to fight in the hardest battles.

At different times, all the craziest and bloodiest dictators agreed that the destruction of any nation begins with the destruction of its morality and cultural identity. But if someone succeeded in physically destroying the historical values of Russia, then no one was able to turn the Russian people away from them.

It is scary to observe that even now, when the external peace between countries is observed, the cultural struggle against Russia is being pathologically active. They often try to confuse us by presenting the false as true, destructive as constructive, and ugly as progressive. And millions of people have already become victims of this cultural war.

Today I have prepared for you a selection of archival photographs of Russian palaces and estates destroyed during the Great Patriotic War. With this material, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the processes that are taking place around Russia now are somewhat similar to the horror that took place in the terrible war years. They are just as inhuman and cynical. And if we have enough courage to love our Motherland and its treasures, fight for them, and defend their interests in the same way as our ancestors did, then our culture will survive all storms and reach our great-grandchildren in a spotless form, in spite of everything! Low bow to all Heroes, thanks to whose feat we can be a part of the Great Russian History!
