Agents of "digital change", introducing new technologies not only into production, but also directly into society, continue to reach out to Russian children. The market for all kinds of neuroimplants, stimulants, "enhancers" of memory, cognitive and motor skills of a person is just beginning to form, and GOST standards have already been approved for it, as Katyusha recently talked about.

Those who dream of establishing manual control over each person through human-computer interfaces do not hesitate to declare huge profits for techno-corporations, as well as the progress and inevitability of connecting all citizens to a single neural network. But the population somehow forgot to ask - do we want to become controlled cyborgs, whose brains "float" in augmented reality?

In continuation of our story about the upcoming connection of neurointerfaces to the brains of schoolchildren as part of the "innovative" experiment "Neuronet" (a project of the National Technology Initiative - a program launched by globalists from ASI and the "Russian Venture Company" in pursuance of the message of President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly on December 4, 2014.), as well as extensive material on the roadmap of the federal project "Digital Technologies" (priority in it is given to the subproject "Neurotechnologies and Artificial Intelligence"), we propose to study the collective monograph entitled "New Quality of Socio-Economic Progress" issued by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2019.

The two main authors on the editorial board are economists with doctoral degrees: M. L. Alpidovskaya. (Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economic Theory of the Financial University) and Tskhadadze N. V. (Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economic Theory of the Financial University). And the first in the list of reviewers is a certain Jacques L. - Ph. D., director of the Karlovy Vary Institute for Development; member of the international organization INSOL Europe (Prague, Czech Republic). It is interesting that the INSOL Europe community unites lawyers and crisis managers, specialists in bankruptcy and “reanimation” of enterprises - and it certainly has no direct relation to IT, biotechnology, medicine, etc. Below is the text of the article from the monograph - "Industry 4.0: Neurointerface and its implementation areas" (pp. 107-112) with abbreviations and short comments from our editorial staff.

“The study of the (electrical) rhythms of the brain opened up new areas of knowledge for scientists and posed an important question: can a person only use the power of thought to control an object? One of the most striking and significant experiments that made it possible to accurately answer this question was the experiment conducted by Yale University physiologist Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado in 1963. He invented a special device, which he implanted into the brain of a bull, and then controlled it through a special sensor. The next important milestone in the development of neurophysiology was the implantation of the first neurointerface into the brain of a living person (!). It happened in 1998 under the direction of the neurologist Philip Kennedy.

In connection with these and many other discoveries in this area, one of the most relevant research in the field of neurophysiology is the development of brain-computer interfaces (BCI - painComputer-Interface), which not only allow a person to control devices from the outside using certain patterns of activity the brain, mainly helping paralyzed people to cope with everyday tasks, but is also able to create new channels for people to communicate and better understand the potential of the human brain."

It is quite obvious that "control of devices from the outside" by the power of thought alone is only one, more or less attractive, side of the coin. The connection between the human brain and the computer is two-way, and the functions and reactions of the brain to various stimuli have not yet been studied in detail. But some algorithms are already clear: to stimulate the brain, AI sends signals directly to it, stimulating or, conversely, inhibiting the activity of certain zones. The short and long term consequences for the physical and mental health of an individual as a result of such manipulations are unpredictable. And even in the case of a simple one-way communication, when the brain is constantly working not in its “stationary” mode and constantly experiencing interference from the “outside”, anxiety arises for its safety and stability of the subject's psyche.

“The use of neurointerfaces opens up not only new sides in medicine and in the process of rehabilitation of patients, but also in career guidance. So, many psychologists are developing various tests for children and adolescents in order to determine the child's abilities for a particular profession. However, many such polls still do not fully determine the potential of the individual. Therefore, now there is a practice of introducing neural interfaces into the process of passing vocational guidance (!). The biggest advantage of this method is that the device allows you to read brain signals (!) When a child solves a particular problem. So, by comparing the data obtained, one can see that the level of concentration and mental activity differs significantly depending on the hobbies and abilities of the child, i.e. the greatest interest is noticeable with a high level of concentration and mental activity."

No one doubted that the child always focuses more on what is interesting to him - no mega-nano-hyper-research and technology are needed to understand this. But with vocational guidance, everything is much more interesting - today in the elementary grades of school, children are compulsively offered to pass various tests to determine their future profession. This is part of the concept of “personal educational trajectories”, which should replace traditional assessments and exams, for which “our” liberal-globalist officials like German Gref, Isaak Kalina, Dmitry Peskov and others have long advocated. Transhumanists from ASI and NTI are also actively introducing ideas the choice of a profession almost from the cradle, and it is imposed as a fact that such a choice can be made by artificial intelligence (neural networks) for a person and in general without the participation of the latter (!). So there is every reason to fear that the "reading of brain signals" of our children in schools within the framework of the "innovations" of NES / MES / DSP will soon be put on stream on a voluntary-compulsory basis.

“Of course, despite the opportunities that the use of neurointerfaces in everyday life can give us, it is necessary to remember about the ambiguous aspects of their application. The main problem in this area is the large gap between the progress in the field of scientific knowledge and the lack of moral progress (!). We are talking about a completely new era, where a person follows the path of symbiotic existence using neuroprostheses, chips implanted into the human brain, increasing the natural potential of a person and expanding his capabilities.

So, as such a controversial project, one can single out the Neurolink company of the world famous billionaire Elon Musk. Already now, you can easily find a list of specialists that the company needs. The idea is to implant tiny chips (!) Into the human brain that can improve their cognitive abilities, and this will not only increase human potential, but also communicate telepathically. Consequently, in the absence of any legislation in this area at the moment, a person may be subject to manipulation from the outside (!!!), which raises an important issue of personal safety."

Well, of course, a new era, the fusion of a man with a machine, implantation of chips - we have heard all this more than once on different sites. But here the lobbyists of the idea themselves admit - "a person can be subject to manipulation from the outside", "there is no moral progress", the aspects of using neurointerfaces are MIXED. De facto, they admit that a completely anti-ethical and inhuman system of managing people is being built, and at the same time - a paradox (!) - they offer us a joyful step into a new era.

“According to research of the neurointerface market Allied Market Recearch, by 2020 this technology will collect more than $ 1.46 billion. This is largely due to promising forecasts in the BCI market. The rise in brain disorders that affect the movement of body parts, increased government funding in developed countries for scientific research, and the increased use of computer brain interface technologies by gaming enterprises are the main factors that are driving the growth of the computer brain interface technology market. However, a shortage of professionals with experience with brain computer interface systems, cybersecurity concerns, and ethical considerations is negatively affecting the growth of this market. Nevertheless, experts predict that these problems will ultimately be solved along with the further commercialization of the technology."

Naturally, the main thing for developers and marketers of new technologies is commercialization. With this approach, the issues of safety and bioethics can always be successfully pushed as far away as possible - it is quite skillful to lobby what should and who should, because a lot of money will be spinning in this segment. And here is the final conclusion of the singers of new technologies from the Financial University:

“Thus, summing up the above, we can conclude that one of the most important breakthroughs in the field of studying the work of brain activity is the creation of BCI technology - pain-Computer-Interface. This device and technique open up great opportunities in various fields of knowledge, be it medicine or business. Thanks to neurointerfaces, borders are already blurring in the communication of people with various health problems, the pace of rehabilitation of patients after a stroke is accelerating, the accuracy of determining a person's abilities is increasing, and much more. Despite the ambiguity of the moral aspect of the process of implanting special chips into the human brain (!!!), the field of neurointerface development has enormous potential for us and for the future generation."

Well, since it “has a huge potential,” it means that this area will be developed and implemented with leaps and bounds, which is happening today. It is time for all of us to realize that we are not talking about utopian theorizing of scientific professors or far from reality projects. The same topic of chipping children - allegedly for the sake of increasing their mental abilities - is already openly raised at international educational forums overseen by the Ministry of Education. So, in April last year at the international forum "Eurasian Educational Dialogue" in Yaroslavl, which opened with a welcoming speech of the ex-Minister of Education Olga Vasilyeva, a real shock was made by the presentation of the member of the Presidium of the European Association of Non-Formal Education Organization (Netherlands) Rene Clarice entitled "The Shocking Future of Additional education ". Clarice voiced an "innovative" proposal from a group of researchers from Stanford University (the American forge of globalist technocrats, closely associated with the FBI and NSA): any child, teenager, adult can be microchipped and thus raise the IQ of the "biological object" to base 100. And after 5 -10 years it will be possible to purchase and implant a more "advanced" chip with an IQ 200, and "only" for 200 euros.

And even earlier, in January 2019, Katyusha analyzed in detail the news of the federal level: the vice-rector of Tomsk State University Konstantin Belyakov and nine more anonymous volunteers are implanting electronic chips under their skin as part of an “innovative experiment”. The project was initiated by Sberbank, which is a long-term "strategic partner" of the Tomsk university. Surprisingly, the TSU project features all the same, painfully familiar faces and structures as at the Yaroslavl forum: associate of Yegor Gaidar, deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Sberbank, ex-professor at the Higher School of Economics and concurrently lecturer at Stanford University, Vladimir Mau.

As you can see, none of the projects of the globalizers have been forgotten or abandoned - they continue to consistently destroy human nature and "transform" all spheres of society. And their immediate goal - neither more nor less - consciousness, subconsciousness and brains of our children. Therefore, the parental community today is obliged to consolidate, inform each other and resist the lobbyists of "neurotechnologies" by all available legal means.
