There is such a book "Reality Transurfing". In fact, this is not one book, but a whole series of books that combine several concepts into one coherent theory.

In short, Reality Transurfing is a model for observing and controlling the world. Developed by a Russian quantum physicist named Vadim Zeland. These methods are of a mental and metaphysical nature that Zeeland supports by presenting a model of the universe that combines elements of quantum physics with the idea of parallel worlds. Zeland argues that the use of the methods is independent of the acceptance of his theoretical model.

In some countries, the book Transurfing Reality has become a bestseller and an iconic work of esoteric philosophy.

Many Transurfing ideas were known long before Vadim Zeland, nevertheless, this book is simply amazing and helps to look at the world from a completely different angle.

Before reading, it is important to understand that Transurfing is not a panacea for all ills. Clever application of Transurfing can become a really powerful tool for shaping reality and fulfilling desires.

It works. Tested in practice.

This text contains 12 golden rules of Reality Transurfing.

1. Space of variations

According to the concept of reality described in Transurfing, the world has an infinite number of variations and forms of reality.

This means that the world can be perceived as an information structure that contains infinity of materialization variations with their individual scenarios and decorations.

The space of variations can be thought of as a kind of tree with an infinite number of branches and their intertwining, where each branch (the so-called sector) represents a certain possible variation.

Zeland suggests that our mind travels along the lines in the Space of Variations (life lines) as an energetic potential and materializes the change to which it is "tuned".

So, the first rule of Transurfing:

Radiation of mental energy causes the materialization of variations.

This means that the thoughts that we transmit imperceptibly transfer us (our material reality, our destiny) to the lines and sectors of the Space of variations, which literally correspond to our thoughts.

Reality transurfing says that we cannot change the scenario of change, that is, change the sector of the Space of Variations. However, we can choose a different scenario and move on to another option by simply changing the parameters of our transmitter -

We don't have to fight for a happy life, we just have to consciously choose it.

2. Pendulums

According to Transurfing, people who think in the same direction create invisible energy-informational structures that directly affect us in everyday life.

They are called "pendulums" or "egregors".

In fact, a pendulum is a kind of "condensation of thought" - the soul of a thing, idea, doctrine, organization, ideology, or anything that has fans, supporters, followers and fanatics.

There are many different types of pendulums.

Pendulums can be religious, political, family, national, or corporate. The pendulum can appear during some kind of massive public event, for example, a football match. Many material things that we value are starting to have pendulums, like a new iPhone or money.

Once they appear, pendulums can take control of the people who created them. They have no consciousness. Their only purpose in existence is to receive energy from their followers.

The more followers who feed the pendulum with energy, the more powerful the pendulum is. If the number of followers decreases, his vibrations damp and dissipate.

Most pendulums are destructive in nature because they divert energy away from their followers and oppress them. Prominent examples of pendulums are those of war, economic crisis, and criminal gangs.

The pendulum pits its followers against other groups (we are good and they are bad). The pendulum persistently accuses everyone who has not decided to become a follower, and tries to either attract or neutralize / destroy him.

It doesn't matter if you love or hate something, it doesn't matter if you fight for it or against it. In both cases, you swing the pendulum, and it becomes stronger by feeding your energy. The pendulum doesn't care if the energy is negative or positive, both work equally well.

The main task of the pendulum is to connect you. The means are not important, the goal is to keep you busy by thinking about it, by giving your mental energy. The most common method of accessing your energy with a pendulum is to unbalance you. When you lose your balance, you start to "swing" at the frequency of the pendulum, allowing it to gain momentum. The pendulum can control you with fear, inferiority complexes, guilt, and false importance.

For example, when a pendulum grabs your mental energy, your attention loops and you tune in to its resonant frequency - you get angry, irritated, angry and resentful. As you do this, you are giving up your energy at the same time, moving on to change, where there is an excess of things that you are vainly trying to avoid. You begin to feel like things that you fear, despise, or hate are haunting you everywhere.

You cannot fight a pendulum. There are only two ways to get out of the influence of the pendulum: to make it collapse or to extinguish it.

So, the second rule of Transurfing:

To get rid of the pendulum, one must admit that it exists and has the right to do so. You must calm down and lose interest in him, that is, ignore him. Thus, you will deprive him of your mental energy.

When you are calm and indifferent to him, you can conserve your energy and use it to move towards positive life changes. If you start to get annoyed, just give yourself up, get out of the situation and become an observer, not an active participant.

Putting out a pendulum requires some skill. Basically, you should start doing unusual, unpredictable actions that will cause dissonance and disrupt the pendulum scenario.

Of course, not all pendulums are destructive. There are many harmless pendulums such as the pendulum for sports and healthy living. But these energetic structures are beneficial for followers on an individual level and in a group.

3. A wave of luck

Reality transurfing describes a wave of luck as a set of positive lines in the Space of Variations. A cascade of luck will only follow if you gain momentum from your first success.

Destructive pendulums will try to steer you away from the Wave of Fortune, but if you lose importance, you will have freedom of choice.

The third rule of Transurfing:

By accepting and transmitting negative energy, you create your own individual hell. By accepting and transmitting positive energy, you create your own individual paradise.

It is not enough to close your heart from external negative energy. You don't have to be the source of this. Close your mind to bad news and open your mind to good news. You need to carefully look after and nurture the smallest positive changes and successes. These are the harbingers of the Wave of Fortune.

4. Excessive potentials

Excessive potentials are created when you place too much emphasis and value on a particular object or event. Subjective judgment distorts objective reality by giving an object or event exaggerated negative or exaggerated positive attributes.

Excessive potentials are invisible and invisible, but they play an important and often insidious role in people's lives. The forces of balance will come into play, aimed at eliminating excess potentials. They cause huge problems because they act the opposite of the intent that created the potential.

All unnecessary potentials can be described in one word - "importance". Importance is the purest form of over-potential, and the forces of balance create huge problems for the person who creates it.

This knowledge leads to the fourth rule of Reality Transurfing:

To be in balance with the outside world, to be free from pendulums and to freely fulfill your desires - you need to reduce the importance.

By dropping importance, you will immediately enter a state of equilibrium, become empty, and the pendulums will not be able to establish their control, because they simply cannot connect emptiness. You don't have to become an emotionless statue. You just have to change your attitude and stop constantly fighting, keeping in mind that you always have the right to choose.

5. Induced transition

The Transurfing concept implies that each person creates their own thoughts with a separate layer of the world in which they live. An emotional reaction to a negative event triggers a transition to a negative life line, pulling you into the vortex of the pendulum.

Being actively interested in any negative information and emotionally reacting to negative news, a person subconsciously draws "bad things" into his life and at some point turns from an outside observer into a participant in the "nightmare". The most common vortices of destructive pendulums are war, crisis, unemployment, epidemics, panic, natural disasters, and others.

You can prevent yourself from falling into such a whirlwind by applying the fifth rule that Reality Transurfing suggests:

Do not allow negative information to enter your layer of the world, deliberately ignore it, deprive it of attention and do not engage with interest.

There is no need to actively avoid "bad things", much less you should not fight it. You just have to remain indifferent, "empty".

6. The rustling of the morning stars

According to the Transurfing theory, materialization moves in the Space of variations, which leads to what we call life. Depending on our thoughts and actions, certain sectors materialize.

Our soul has access to the entire information field and sees what awaits us in future sectors that have not yet been realized. The soul knows whether this is good or bad for us, and its feelings are perceived by the mind as a vague sensation of spiritual comfort or discomfort (the so-called "rustle of the morning stars"). We call this knowledge Intuition, and it can greatly help us in life.

The sixth golden rule of Transurfing:

One must listen to the state of spiritual discomfort. If you need to convince yourself, then the Soul says no.

When making a choice or making any decision, listen to the quiet inner voice of your Soul. This will help you avoid the negative traits of Variant Space and give you advice on how to make the right choice.

7. The course of variation

Zeland defines two extremes of behavior in life situations: sailing like a weak-willed paper boat and persistently insisting to row against the current.

Moving along the first path, a person, as it were, “begs for alms” about his fate, making requests either to pendulums or to some supernatural forces. In this case, the person frees himself from responsibility and gets stuck in inner importance.

If a person does not like the role of the beggar, he can choose the second way: take on the role of the offended, that is, express dissatisfaction with the world around him and demand something that he has the right to.

He can also take on the role of a Warrior and turn his life into a continuous struggle with pendulums and forces of balance, trying to change the whole world.

From the point of view of Transurfing, all paths seem completely absurd. Reality transurfing offers a completely new way: not to ask, not to demand and not to fight, but just go and take it, that is, express a pure intention, designate a goal and start taking steps to achieve it (action).

Variations usually flow along the path of least resistance. The Space of Variations contains an infinite variety of realities, but it is more likely that the optimal and least energy-consuming variations will be realized.

Therefore, the seventh golden rule of Transurfing concerns the question of how to increase energy efficiency in our daily life and reduce the resistance of the outside world. It can be formulated as follows:

According to the principle of going with the flow, everything should be done in the simplest and easiest way.

When you make a decision, the mind makes a logical choice. However, a mind under the pressure of stress, anxiety, depression or exaggerated importance and constant activity does not always choose the best course of action. This often tends to complicate the solution to the problem. But the right decision always lies on the surface. This is usually the simplest solution.

In confusing and uncertain situations, the best thing to do is to reconcile with the outside world and obey the flow of variation. This is not about becoming a paper ship on the waves, but about not uselessly clapping your hands on the water, while that is enough for smooth and simple movements.

As you glide through the stream of variations, you need to calmly accept possible deviations from the "scenario", but you also need to pay attention to the "signs". Life lines are qualitatively different from each other. The signs warn us because they appear before the next line. Signs make it feel like something is wrong. A state of spiritual discomfort is a clear sign.

8. Intention

Transurfing is like surfing the waves, but the transition from one variation of reality to another. The transition to the desired sector of the Space of Variations is carried out not by desire itself and not by thoughts about the desired, but by a firm attitude - our intention.

Intention is the determination to be in control of oneself and to act.

Intention does not mean thinking whether a goal is achievable or not. Intention implies that the goal is defined, the decision on implementation has been made, so all that remains is to act.

Zeland divides the concept of intent into two types:

Inner intention is the intention to do something ourselves, to influence the world around us, focusing our intention on the process of our movement towards the goal.

External intention is the choice of the line of life in the Space of variation. This is the green light for self-realization of reality change. The focus is on how circumstances are structured so that a goal achieves its goal.

If Inner Intent is the determination to act, then Outward Intent is the determination to own.

External intention arises not as an act of will, but as a consequence of the unity of soul and mind, therefore it is also called Pure intention.

To realize an external intention, you need to clear it of excessive potentials and consciously observe your life, not allowing the pendulums to catch you.

The eighth golden rule of Reality Transurfing can be formulated as follows:

The inner intention (our determination) should be directed towards the unity of soul and mind. Our desires are realized with the help of external intention, that is, the intention to own, our deep faith and concentration on how the goal is realized by itself.

The unity of soul and mind regarding purpose / desire is a sense of clarity without words, knowledge without faith and confidence without hesitation.

9. Slides

One of the key concepts in Transurfing is Slide. A slide is a product of the imagination, a distorted picture of reality. Our vision of ourselves and the world around us is often shaped through slides that exist only in our heads.

Slides appear when you overestimate what others think of you. They appear like a magnifying glass of your imperfections. If the slide is negative and filled with importance, it can take you to the sector of Space of Variations, where negativity will materialize in full force and turn your life into hell. To erase a negative slide, you need to reduce the importance and get rid of complexes.

The ninth golden rule of Transurfing states:

Create a positive slide for yourself, pleasing to your soul and mind. Don't look at the slide as a picture, but live in it, at least virtually. Review the slide frequently and add new details.

Your slide should be yours, not a copycat of someone else's dream. Put everything on the positive slide that will bring you happiness - love, good looks, a successful career, health, abundance, and great relationships with others.

Positive slides help bring the incredible into your comfort zone. Take advantage of the luxury of being worthy of all the best in life. Absorb any information to solidify your dream world.

Sound slides, also known as confirmations, involve repetitions of a set for a specific purpose and serve to self-program success.

While repeating affirmations, it is important to feel and experience what you are saying. A separate statement should be narrow and positive. You need to tweak your transmission settings as if you already have what you want.

10. Visualization

According to Transurfing, focusing on the goal, the end result, expands the comfort zone (the zone that we at least can afford).

Intention is focusing on moving towards a goal.

You are moving not by the goal itself, but by visualizing the process of moving towards the goal.

If the path to the goal is known, it can be broken down into separate stages, and then the goal becomes to focus only on the current stage.

The tenth golden rule can be formulated as follows:

Visualization in Transurfing is a vision of the process of implementing the current stage on the way to the goal.

In other words, you need to direct your thoughts in a certain way: think about the current stage, imagine how it is already happening, enjoy it and be interested in everything connected with it.

Don't worry if you don't yet see how your goal will be realized. Continue to calmly and systematically render the slide. When the goal is completely in your comfort zone (no longer seems impossible), External Intent will show the appropriate solution.

11. Fraile of the soul

Each soul has its own separate "star" sectors (the path of complete self-realization). To get there, you need to stop trying to be like someone else, stop trying to repeat another person's script, and acknowledge the magnificence of your own personality.

You have to be brave to turn your attention to your unique soul. Do not be afraid to destroy the stereotypes of pendulums that shout: "do as I do" and "be like everyone else."

The soul of each person has a unique individual set of attributes that characterize it - this is the Fraile of the soul. It is hidden under the masks of the mind.

When your mind is attuned to the Soul Frail, you are pleased with yourself, you love yourself, you live with pleasure and do what you love. This is your inner light.

This is the secret of charming beauty, charisma and attractiveness of a person - the harmony of soul and mind.

Pendulums try to take us away from this harmony by setting their own standards of prestige and success, because their favorite food is the energy of "discontent, envy, fear and resentment."

Therefore, the eleventh golden rule of Transurfing sounds like this:

The Fraile of the Soul is the Holy Grail within you. In order to tune your mind to the Soul Frail, you need to convince yourself that your soul is, in the first place, worthy of love.

Take care of yourself, pay attention to the slightest movement of your soul. Don't be afraid to ignore the stereotypes of pendulums and allow yourself to have your great personality.

12. Goals and doors

One of the biggest misconceptions imposed by pendulums is that you have to fight for happiness, persist and overcome many obstacles in order to win your place in the sun.

According to Reality Transurfing, happiness exists here and now, on the current path of life, or does not exist at all.

The twelfth golden rule of Transurfing:

Happiness comes when you travel to your destination through your door. Your goal is something that gives you real pleasure, something that evokes a feeling of joy, a sense of the celebration of life. Your door is the path to your goal that makes you feel enchanted and inspired.

There is only one way to find your purpose: drop importance, turn away from the pendulums and start listening to your soul.

When you think about your goal, you should not think about its prestige, inaccessibility and ways to achieve it. Pay attention only to the state of spiritual comfort.

Answer the questions: what does your soul want? What will make your life a holiday?

The achievement of one main goal will lead to the fulfillment of all other desires, and the results will exceed all expectations.

Reality transurfing warns us of the danger of choosing someone else's goal. The goal of another person is always violence against oneself, compulsion, obligation. Someone's purpose can manifest itself in the disguise of fashion and prestige, it can lure with its inaccessibility.

The path to someone else's goal is always a struggle. The transition to someone else's goal always keeps the holiday in a ghostly future. Reaching someone else's goal brings disappointment and emptiness, not happiness.

False goals are imposed on us by the stereotypes of pendulums. It is necessary to break stereotypes and free thoughts from them.

If you want to achieve a goal to prove something to yourself and others, then that is not your goal.

If you have made a decision in your mind, but your soul is uncomfortable, then the goal is not yours.

Mental discomfort is a feeling of burden that is difficult to notice as it drowns in the optimistic thinking of the mind.

So, the basic principles offered by Reality Transurfing:

live at the behest of your soul;

bring soul and mind into harmony;

do not succumb to outside influences that impose the goals of other people;

not to fight with anyone or anything (including yourself);

use what life offers you;

not to be afraid of anything;

choose your path and act consistently - and everything will work out.

Of course, Reality Transurfing does not pretend to be a complete picture of the world. For example, he does not reveal the nature of the soul, the idea of its coming to earth, its further existence after death.

Many concepts in Transurfing are already known to us under different names. For example, excess potentials and forces of balance resemble karmic laws. Slides and intents remind us of the Law of Attraction. However, the existence of Transurfing only confirms the existence of universal truths and laws by which our world operates.
