The "world government", fighting against all people on Earth, has been using more and more deadly and dangerous types of weapons in recent years. Mad warriors have learned to cause hurricanes, droughts, unprecedented heat, floods and tsunamis. They have learned to warm up the upper part of the earth's crust in the right places and destroy the ozone layer, condemning the territory to be burned out by hard cosmic radiation and ultraviolet light.
