Here I am deliberately forced to return to the old demonic style of storytelling, since I did not find another way to describe the collective portrait of the classical voter. Nevertheless, I will immediately make a reservation that at that age I myself was a much more sad picture.

So, here we have a 20-year-old voter … or rather, he considers himself to be such: a full-fledged successful young man who has the right to vote and believes that he has some other rights, because he is a citizen of the Russian Federation. He has his own opinion, a fully developed position in life, and his knowledge of all political issues is so deep that if he becomes president, then tomorrow all the problems that he sees and which he puts in the claims of the current government will be resolved …

Seriously?

By the nature of my activity, I had to often and a lot communicate with this age category. Of course, it is fair to immediately begin to object, without having read the article, that the appeal to age is a logical error, a prejudice, and in general, how long has the author got out of the diaper himself? Fair. I accept your objection, so now it doesn't matter if the guy is 20 or 120, it doesn't matter, the level of understanding of management processes will almost always be the same.

So, many people believe that they have some rights, that the state owes them something in excess of what they already have, and if there are any problems in the country, then these problems should be eliminated by the state according to the principle: “so let them first do this and that to me, and then I will think whether to pay me taxes in “this country” or not, to do something good for “them” or not”. Young young talents need everything at once, so that everything is done for them, and they could come and use what belongs to them by right, and then, after thinking, they will decide for themselves whether to make the state happy with their support or not. Of course, many of them are eager to work, develop and move forward into the future … but only they first need to be told SPECIFICALLY what to do, describe a clear algorithm strictly in terms of actions, because a phrase like “engage in the development of creative potential” after a joyful “yes, ok, I will! " turns into a waste of time for fun and entertainment, and then, already next week, it turns into the same question: "What should I do?"

I beg your pardon … I'm not talking about young talents, I completely forgot that this applies to any age.

Okay, let's stop making fun of young people, let's not judge people for the same things that we did ourselves quite recently, and maybe we continue to do now. Or, as one of the little-known politicians puts it: "Before, everyone was pissing in their pants." Of course, he says this in the context of the fact that many people in the course of personal development go through a sequence of almost the same mistakes and stupidities, for whatever reason it would be wrong for any of them to gloat over those who are still a couple of steps behind about them. in this very personal development.

A similar description of young people and girls was spinning in my head for a long time, long before the moment when I realized that there is no "black" method of upbringing, although earlier I mistakenly considered it one of the most powerful tools of upbringing in my arsenal. Quite recently, I finally came to the conclusion that I am the same stupid philistine with whom I described the young man in a couple of paragraphs above. Therefore, I do not consider myself entitled to condemn such slobs. However, what has been said does not mean that I am able to interact with them. All of them are affected only by gross methods of manipulation and extremely negative feedback, and they obey only a stronger demon, worshiping him. Now I don't even know what to do now, when once again such a person asks me for help, and then forces him to set his brains by force, and until you demonstrate demonic behavior to him, he will openly harm. After such a "correction", my interaction with a person almost always ends, but the positive thing is that this person will definitely grow up, albeit much later than if he had accepted benevolent arguments.

I can no longer deal with this and similar form of parenting, but I know those who know a great alternative solution. In the second part of the article, you will meet these guys. They are professionals in their field and their methods are impeccable, always accurate and error-free, 100% effective and give a lifetime guarantee. There is, however, one significant drawback … but more on that later.

Let's first dream about how it would be possible to manage such ordinary people like us and "already adult" youngsters, for whom, as they believe, "the time of teachers has already passed."

We consider ourselves free, having our own opinion on a whole range of issues, deserving some respect and good attitude from the state (or a higher level of government), worthy of a certain desired quality of life and many other benefits. True, no one over the past 33 years has been able to explain to me what such great achievements we deserve, although hundreds of people tried to do it, straining themselves and squeezing out of themselves different - original and not so - cliches in the spirit of terry I-centrism. As a result, the discussion always ended with an argument like: “But I’m still a citizen of the Russian Federation, I HAVE the RIGHT to this and to that” … well, you have the right, well, you have the right, what is the problem? It has you and all those whose logic of social behavior does not go beyond this argument and others like it.

In short: how to manage people who think a lot about themselves, but at the same time do not owe anything to anyone, but stand on the position: “Let me be done well at first, and then I will decide how to answer, and if they do badly, I do I’ll get out of “this country””? True, no one could explain to me where they will go, but oh well, let them realize from their own experience that the ball is small, and the arms of global governance are long. In other words: these shackles do not like, here are others, choose which is better, which is worse for you. Try it on, check it YOURSELF, it's YOUR choice.

As usual, the answer to the question is already contained in the question itself. Just as a child is allowed to play in a sandbox, giving complete freedom within the framework of certain rules, but not letting go outside of it, we will give our free and independent hero complete freedom, limited only by his own consciousness, so that he thinks that he is in control of the process. A child can turn a toy steering wheel in a car, turning it in the right direction depending on the circumstances, but someone else is driving the car.

Remember how in the joke about the famous physiologist I. P. Pavlov? -

There are two dogs in the cage, tied; the newcomer asks her friend: “What is the conditioned reflex that these idiots with glasses are constantly talking about?”; she replies: "Look, as soon as that light comes on, they will immediately bring us something to eat."

Now closer to the topic. Imagine that the elections were very fair. That is, there would be no manipulation of the minds of voters in order to get them to vote for this or that candidate. There would be no vote-rigging and everything would be considered as it is. What would be?

Let me put the same question differently: let's let the child cook everything for himself, clean the apartment, use household appliances and everything else in the house. A child is, say, 3 years old. There is no need to think that voters are something older than this age, because if you look closely at people, you will quickly discover that their psychological age is really just the same, when everything is focused on “want” and “give”, as well as “I myself "And" but I still want to. " No matter how many discussions I held on the topic of this article, all the arguments of the interlocutor without exception (after long chains of reasoning unfolded during many hours of conversations) boiled down to one that can be expressed in just one phrase: "I want it this way." So what will happen if the child is always given what he wants? Wouldn't it be dangerous for him?

Well, let's ask the same question in a third way: how long will a state exist in which people who are ABSOLUTELY not versed in management will have the opportunity to strongly influence the management process?

The answer is obvious to me personally: nothing good would have come of it. But I would not start this becoming just to express this primitive thought. Our task in this series of articles is to look for the "third party", the invisible factor that determines the course of the plot. This is what we will do. At the same time, you will meet those of whom I spoke. Oh … these are wonderful people.

Well, as a small spoiler, let me just say that below I will come to the exact opposite conclusion than the one at the beginning of the previous paragraph. Do not be confused that both of these opposites quietly exist in one head, because the point is that there is something third, which controls both supposedly "opposites" as a whole.

I decided that I will not describe the third side here in plain text, as it was in the previous part. I have sketched for you three artistic sketches, at least two of which are taken from life with almost no exaggeration. And in some places, even with an understatement.

Here we have a man, one of the millions of those on whom the control system "depends". Let's watch him for a bit. So he entered the entrance, went up to the second floor and rang the doorbell of the 22nd apartment. Another person opened for him and launched the guest into the room.

“This is the rent for February,” said the man who opened the door, handing over twenty thousand rubles to our hero.

- Great, what did you ask about registration yesterday? he asked.

- Well, in theory, I have been living here for more than three months, according to the law, you are obliged to give me a temporary registration, once you rent out your home.

You can't get anybody's registration here, because here people don't need problems. He bought a plot for himself in the center of the city and got a house there. In this place, 5 kindergartens would fit, which we have long lacked here, and even a new clinic to boot. Do you think he somehow honestly earned this money?

- I can’t judge, because I don’t own the completeness of the information. And on what business, for example, should officials spend money if they had the right amount?

- Well, for example, to keep it clean in the city. So I just went into the entrance, everything is fucked up, someone has even smoked a cigarette. The bottles are at the bottom, again apparently these youngsters were drinking. Homeless dogs run around the city, bark all night under my windows, every cattle on the road behaves completely rude. The queues are wild at the clinics, you stand for three hours after your time has come. And then another 10 people climb forward: “I just have to ask,” and they sit there for half an hour each. Well, and much more. So let them fix it so that it would be possible to live like people … like in Europe, there would be …

- Believe me, if you find yourself in Europe, it will be the same there very soon.

- Come on, everything is good there, because the government does everything for the people at once.

- Okay, I won't argue, I have a lot to do, see you in a month, when you come for the next twenty.

And the man left the apartment. “Well, the people have gone,” he thought, “they are all smart-ass, they live here and I still have to pay for the repairs. He who lives pays. I found a fool here. " Having lit a cigarette right at the entrance, he began to slowly descend, stood a little in the stairwell, and, having finished smoking his cigarette, threw it right on the floor. Leaving the entrance without a hat, scarf and in an unbuttoned jacket, he mentally complained about the cold and went towards his car, parked in the playground. To the remark of some woman with a child, he replied: "Let the parking lots be normal first." Moving along the road in a car, our hero randomly rebuilt from row to row, not turning on the turn indicators, often honking and shouting "move away, stupid, I have no time", waving something to the drivers of the cars ahead of him.

After a while, we will see this person in the courtyard of our house. Here he takes out the trash, as usual, every day two large bags of different waste. But the girl is on duty near the trash can, she conducts a survey with everyone who comes up here:

- Do you think it would be possible to organize a separate collection of waste for recycling in your yard?

“It's impossible in this country,” the man replied with a grin, and put both bags next to the trash cans. - They can't even take out the garbage cans on time, there is nowhere to put the garbage, and you are wandering about separate collection.

- Have you heard about the concept of "zero waste"? - the girl continued her survey.

- This is a way of life when there is practically no waste, there is simply nothing to endure.

- No, thank you, this is another sect of garbage collectors who store garbage at home, I know such people, they have a stench, I go around their house a kilometer away.

- Actually, it doesn't work that way … - the girl began to make excuses, but the man, satisfied with another victory in the dispute, had already started to leave quickly.

A dog running nearby ran to one of the garbage bags and began to violently tear it with its teeth, smelling the remains of food in it. A few minutes later the wind blew the contents of this bag around the neighborhood, and the satisfied, well-fed dog ran on.

The second

Two officials are sitting in an elite bar. There are two glasses of expensive elite wine on the table, and an exquisite snack on the plates. The cost of all this together is clearly more than the annual salary of our previous hero, who, in general, does not work anywhere, but only rents out the housing he inherited.

- I don’t know what to do, the elections are coming soon. - says one of them.

“Yes, you won’t envy you,” the other sighs sympathetically, “but you yourself promised in the last election… how did you do it:“I know what the future looks like!”. And where is your future, which you promised to show to the voters?

- To be honest, I did not expect such meanness on the part of the voters themselves. - the first one began to make excuses.- I promised that together we will try to somehow fix everything. And they … that's what the bastards are doing.

- What are they doing? the second asked, smiling half-enigmatically, as if knowing the answer.

- Don't you know? - the first answered a little irritatedly, - taxes are not paid, we have no money in the budget at all, they shit everywhere and then demand to clean them up, like small children behave. They only demand and demand: do this to us, do this to us. What for? One mother asked to make a playground in the yard. Fair request, there are no playgrounds nearby at all. So what? I did! And her husband is now parking a car there in the sandbox. And you know what he says?

- I can't even imagine, - the interlocutor answers sarcastically.

- And then he says, they say, you first do normal parking in the yards.

- And what about his wife?

- And the wife is nothing, she was satisfied that her request was fulfilled, she felt her power, and she did not need a playground for nothing. She arranged for a child to go to kindergarten by pull without a queue, and on weekends she rafts him somewhere, in short, they don't walk there. And there is nowhere to walk, there are only cars.

- Yes, listen, they won't elect you for the next term, don't even hope with such an approach to people …

- And what is the approach ?! - the official continued to make excuses with irritation, - let them first learn to pay taxes, take care of their houses, parks, stop throwing their pets out into the street when they are tired of them. Let them stop spoiling themselves! Then we'll talk.

- Have you invested a lot in your house in the city center? the second official asked with a cheerful spark in his eyes.

The first official lowered his head in embarrassment and grinned slightly:

- Well, we understand … but what to do? Life is the one who got up first, the one and the slippers. Anyway, are these people worthy to work for them? They shit for themselves, knowing perfectly well in advance all, without exception, the consequences of such a logic of social behavior. If their requests are met, it will only get worse, they will screw up this too, and all my kindness … I recently put a shopping center for them, so they complain that they had to cut down the whole forest, and they themselves run there to buy clothes. Well, aren't they nonhumans? No, my dear, you only need to work here for yourself. And these … let them say thank you that I am at least doing something, and anyone else in my place would have ruined everything.

The third

When the last guest entered the auditorium, the door closed behind him and the light immediately began to slowly dim. The man barely had time to take his place when the light went out completely. A dim lamp came on on the stage, enough to illuminate the table and the young man sitting behind it. Without further ado, the young man began his speech:

- I will not remind you, my dears, how the life of the previous civilization ended twenty thousand earth years ago. You all remember very well the tough crowd-elitism with an obvious division of people into a race of masters and a race of slaves, and you also know about the fact of genetic modifications of slaves in order to greatly limit their craving for the development of creative potential. In the course of the biosphere-ecological crisis, unfortunately, it was mainly slaves who were able to survive, for which reason the subsequent civilization developed extremely badly. A small part of the masters who managed to escape led civilization in their usual way, trying to recreate the crowd-elitism, however, they took into account the mistakes of the past, due to which in the new civilization, firstly, the slaves were no longer aware of the fact of their slavery, but, in -second, the elite consisted entirely of the same slaves, and therefore there was no difference in what status to live: in the crowd or in the elite … nevertheless, among the slaves from the crowd it was considered important to get into slavery among the elite. Although genetic mutations after twelve thousand years have gradually begun to pass, slowly returning people to their inherent state of nature, thinking was still many times weaker than is required for a correct assessment of the state of the entire control system. If it were not for a global governance consisting of surviving masters, humanity would not have survived at all. Nevertheless, the gentlemen also turned out to be not very gifted, and therefore led the new civilization to a similar crisis, and, after only eight thousand years, we see only ruins on Earth. The Lords could not build the coveted starship and sail here, to us. You yourself know why they could not … But this is not interesting, but what the right decision they still managed to make, although too late.

The audience was silent and listened attentively to the young man, whose age was much greater than the history of that mysterious Earth, about which he was just talking. The people sitting in the hall were from different planets, whose history was more successful than on Earth. They were able to reach the level of development at which the employees of the Great Ring declare themselves to them. The invited participants, first of all, had to take the course "History of the Universe", and now there was another lecture about one amazing planet, unlike many others with its unique history of development and fall for the same reason of many civilizations. It was a story of amazing stubbornness and no less amazing humility, which, however, came too late.

The young man thought for a moment, closed his eyes, as if remembering something pleasant, and then opened them, and continued the story:

- The correct decision, my dears, in relation to that situation, was to provide people with the opportunity to independently and with full awareness comprehend negative feedback for their actions, for which it was necessary to give them any theory of management, if only it was general enough to describe the overwhelming majority of processes occurring both in society itself and in nature as a whole. Such theories began to appear from some point in their history, but genetic mutations were still strong, and the creators of theories mistakenly began to consider their thoughts the only correct one, competing with other similar authors instead of uniting, and the followers of such theories used them to achieve only their own selfish goals, sometimes presented as a blessing for society. When the global power finally figured out how to nevertheless introduce an understanding of things into society, it was already too late. The global governance crisis has already crossed the “point of no return”.

The young man was silent for a while, tacitly offering to ask him questions about the already said part of the lecture.

- Tell me, please, how can such a provision of people to themselves, even with a clear understanding of the Global Law of Retribution, could by itself bring civilization to the proper level of development? - there was a question from the audience. - After all, their minds are very limited in order to correctly recognize the cause and effect, especially if several of their earthly generations have passed between one and the other.

- This is how it works. - continued the young man. - All people on Earth, as well as on any other planet that has not yet received the mechanisms of interstellar movement, are extremely sinful. Yes, yes, and we are also sinners, but in a slightly different form, about which we will have other lectures. People on Earth cannot but sin against the Global Rules, because they even have no idea about them. Their task at the stage of their development at which they disappeared was as follows: independently comprehend these Rules and learn to live by them. That is, to live righteously and strengthen one's conciliarity, comprehending God more and more with His help. In civilization on Earth, from time to time, Teachers and even Great Teachers appeared, such people who enlightened others and corrected the development of civilization. Many of them were representatives of that same global power, but some Teachers emerged from the crowd. Each such teacher, of course, was also very limited in knowledge, and therefore preached, although very useful, but still extremely limited theory and practice of life. The global power realized, though very late, that the best teachers, including for themselves, are always circumstances and life itself, since some explanations, be they benevolent or demonic, give the educated person practically nothing for correct development. He will still distort the meaning of addressing him and turn everything upside down only so that the teachings become pleasant and comfortable for him. Terry I-centrism combined with genetic deformities of the brain did not allow people to go beyond their worldview, and when a person was taught something, he always thought about how it could be possible, without changing anything in his life, with the help of these new knowledge to continue to do all the same, but with a higher quality of pleasure for oneself. The questions of the meaning of life, being, universal prosperity, few people worried, and even the question of faith in God was perverted so much as to give Him the utilitarian meaning of a magic wand, which can also be used to achieve YOUR goals. Now I will reformulate your question: how can such people be taught something? Imagine a person is under the power of temptations and sins from morning to evening. He will analyze new knowledge only on the subject of whether it is possible with his help to continue to satisfy his needs and temptations in the best quality.

- It is very simple, - they answered in the auditorium, - you just need to explain to people what their delusion is, that such behavior entails certain consequences, then show it by the example of their own history …

“You see, this led to a tragedy,” the young man interrupted a voice from the audience, “a significant part of people on Earth understood their unreasonableness so well. Our further research gives an even more accurate assessment: ALL people, without exception, were aware of their total sinfulness and knew in advance that they were making a mistake when they just intended to commit it. So, for example, people who use various psychotropics for their pleasure were well aware of all, without exception, the bad consequences of their use. The same applies to moral mistakes: their presence and the severity of the consequences were clear to them in advance. But it was more important to do them, because it is more pleasant and brings satisfaction immediately or almost immediately. The questions of what will happen there after a short time, say, a tenth of a generation, did not worry much, but even if they did, only representatives of the global control system, those same gentlemen from the previous civilization, could engage in such planning with high reliability. Thus, it is completely useless to simply explain anything. What remains?

- Leave people to themselves … - came a timid voice from the audience.

- True, but this should be done for a reason, unexpectedly leaving humanity to its fate, when for several hundred generations they were under control that guaranteed them at least some kind of survival, but to leave them on their own with some kind of teaching about how to live farther. Not with specific recipes, but with a theory that describes in a fairly general form all processes essential for their life. The global power did exactly that in the end, but it was already too late.

- So why does it work? - again repeated the question from the audience.

- That's why. The best teachers are circumstances. In society, a significant part of the circumstances are generated by the people themselves, for what reason the behavior of some affects the lives of others, and vice versa. Thus, each person for everyone is a teacher who possesses a strength and power much greater than a theoretical teacher preaching a correct way of life. The correct way of life does not teach anyone anything, but only allows one to parasitize on each other with great quality and sophistication. But when a person who commits stupid things begins to see that they are personally harmed by THE SAME stupidities committed by another person, the first step towards understanding the Law of Retribution begins. A little later, a person begins to realize that he actually lives in front of a mirror, which reflects his whole life and ALL WITHOUT EXCEPTION his intentional mistakes, which, as I said, he knew in advance, then have negative consequences in his own life. He is a parasite on society, and society will in one way or another take back what he took from them. A little later, a person will begin to see logical closures, that is, closed chains of cause-and-effect relationships, in which each link generates a consequence, and the last consequence is the cause of the initial link from which it all began. Without investing in the development of society, a person will always receive less from him what he wants, but he will continue to think that since he does not receive enough of this, then there is no need to repay society, for which society will further deprive him of what he wants, and he will even more care only about himself, and not about the welfare of society. This is the simplest vicious circle, an elementary closure that will never be broken if you just tell people about its presence. People had to feel it themselves, since they already realized its presence quite clearly, just no one wanted to give in to the first. After all, if you give in, and others do not give in, then you will simply be left with nothing. A more complex example: the deterioration of the quality of nature due to the fact that people produced and threw away a lot of garbage: since it is still dirty, it means you can throw out more, it will not change anything, but it would be clean, you could think about how to preserve this cleanliness … An even more complex example: a stupid person cannot realize his stupidity, and therefore it is impossible to explain anything to him. And so on. The deepest and longest in terms of the number of links was the following: "If there is no God, then everything is allowed, and if there is, then He had to somehow put things in order on" this planet ", and not allow this lawlessness." This closure has passed through the entire history of the Earth's civilizations, and during this time it did not manage to unfold even for one full time. The new doctrine, which the global predictor of the Earth managed to formulate, would just become another successful circumstance that people would definitely ignore, and then would rediscover for themselves with a mood like “where have we looked before ?!”, and this circumstance would additionally strengthen the negative feedback from their own mistakes, finally making the Law of Retribution understandable, but only in their local world. This would be enough for the subsequent rapid avalanche-like growth of the entire civilization. However, the second discovery did not take place.

There was silence in the hall again, no one asked any questions. After a short silence, the young man finished his lecture:

- If you simply explained (or even imposed) on someone a position that you consider to be correct in relation to a certain phenomenon, without giving a person the opportunity to independently feel its correctness in practice, then you probably alienated him from understanding the essence of the phenomenon that you were trying to explain through his infinitely limited understanding of this essence. The history of the Earth has shown this well. For many thousands of earthly years of independent development, people could reach the required level of development, but the "parental control" of global governance, manipulation of consciousness and tough educational activities carried out by the same limited people on behalf of God, which did not give people the opportunity to be convinced of everything on their own or to gain knowledge directly from God - all this and many other things worked not as a factor of acceleration, but as a factor of deceleration of development, followed by going beyond the Allowance and the inevitable death of civilization.

Clarifications

Not everyone, probably, understood what kind of guys they are who will professionally teach anyone wisdom and will convey to people the information that no righteous person and teacher, no matter how great he may be, will convey to people. These are the guys from the first two sketches. They are a mirror for voters who think they know how to govern. When any of the voters thinks that the state owes him something, let him first remember what he has to do. And if it seems to him that he has already done enough and deserves something, then such mirrors will appear in his life again and again, until this primitive flawed thought leaves his consciousness forever in this, and in subsequent incarnations (if anyone believes in reincarnation).

The side effect I was talking about in this form of education is the duration of the response. The result is 100% guaranteed, that is, absolutely accurate. But not everyone likes to wait several thousand, or even tens of thousands of years. And if it seems to someone that he should see the result of improving the world in this life, then let him look in the mirror again and again look for the third factor that determines the quality of his life in the current system of global governance.

So now everyone quickly calmed down, calmed down their ambitions and went on to work further for the good of society WITHOUT any claims and expectations. Especially youngsters screaming about where Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has done with the petrodollars belonging to them "by right". Whether you like this one or not, it does not matter, the only important thing is whether you are moving towards righteousness in line with the Providence of God or not. And if you are even just beginning to sincerely strive for this, then everything you need will be given from above in the same capacity in which you are serving Providence.
