Recently my 12-year-old son asked me a question: "Dad, why did everyone dance before, but now no one dances, and why then do we need to learn dancing?" And if I answered the second question "in flight", then with the answer to the first, I had to think.

Those. it is quite obvious that different dances, and especially combat ones, involve serious physical activity and training of different muscle groups. Controlling your body while dancing is akin to controlling your body as an acrobat, gymnast and wrestler combined. Even watching from the sidelines with what ease and speed traditional movements are performed - tricks in dance, one involuntarily wonders, what are simulators and gyms for then. If we see professional performers of Russian dances, then it is enough to pay attention to their posture, gait and movements in everyday life in order to understand what kind of inner power and strength is hidden in these plastic, coordinated, confident movements.

The next important quality that is gained while dancing in a pair or in a group is attention, reaction and the ability to keep a distance. When practicing boxing, such qualities are acquired in parallel with receiving cuffs, but work in a sitting position, and even more so with legs, is not provided at all in boxing. For example, the legendary Cossacks - scouts used in battle mainly striking elements in lower acrobatics. What kind of reaction, speed and sense of distance you need to have in order to emerge victorious from any fight without getting up on your feet.

The respiratory organs of a person are loaded very seriously during the dance. Moreover, sometimes repetitive movements occur at an equal interval of time (i.e., in a beat). This means that breathing should work like a clock, despite the fact that the dance can last an hour or more. Breathing sets the heartbeat and pressure of the circulatory system. Training the life-supporting systems of a person through breathing, with vigorous movements of dancing, is the most effective method for restoring the vitality of the body. It should be noted that there are many breathing practices used in both oriental and folk medicine, but the complex of breathing exercises merged together was used by our ancestors in perky dances at festivals and at leisure.

It is worth noting that breathing practices are also used to "pump" energy into the human acupuncture system. The bioenergy (chakra, acupuncture) system of a person is a concept of a higher level and it is the well-oiled mechanism of this system that constitutes a reliable foundation of an everyday emotional state. Joy, confidence, strength - this is what an everyday emotional state should be experienced by a person who is ready to scatter "fractions" in moments of fatigue and before a test.

I will not describe the state of mind of a "flying" squatting position (you have to experience it yourself) and the pride in your involvement in what is happening, and sometimes with envy, you look at the dashing, exciting dance, but right, if God created something perfect then these are folk dances.

And last and foremost, son. Music. This is a special state of the human soul. In every soul, the same music sounds differently. It depends on the vibration frequency of the soul laid in us by God. The Tumba - Yumba tribes also stomp under their drums in a battle dance, put on alert by their shamans, but what is the palette of movements of our dancing binge in comparison with their ritual dances, such is the endless improvisation of Russian martial art in comparison with the threatening exclamations and leaps of the natives. Therefore, the sounds of the accordion or balalaika entered into resonance with the biofrequencies embedded in us, affecting the genetic memory and returning us to the pure ancestral origins. This is what Russian music can awaken and prepare a Russian person for Accomplishment, for Creation. And then, the rhythm of the dance, the rhythm of the battle, the rhythm of life must be felt by every man who is responsible for those who are with you in the ranks, for those who are next to you in life, who hope for the support of your shoulder. That is why, sonny, we need to learn what our ancestors left us. Dances, songs, Russian language, symbolism, world outlook.

As for why the people are not dancing now, so someone really needed to take away and hide our history from us, someone wanted to hide the heritage of their ancestors, and someone even today strives to destroy our cultural values. Thus, children in schools began to study the origin of man from a monkey, this is how they study the history of Egypt, Babylon, Rome, not knowing the ancient history of the Urals and Siberia. Thus, all ancestral books, ancestral settlements, and patrimonial territories were destroyed. Now it comes to educating our children on the values of rap and break dance. Who closes us the possibilities of using genetic memory, who is trying to change the frequency of vibrational flows coming to us from the Earth and Space, to whom, like a bone in the throat, Russian dances, folk dances and songs (you cannot hear them on TV and radio now). Try everyone to answer this question himself, and let everyone answer the silent question of our ancestors about the personal contribution of everyone in preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the people.

At the upcoming meeting with the Almighty, on the occasion of the completion of his life mission on planet Earth, everyone will also be asked a question about their personal activities over the past period in this incarnation. Maybe someone who has not yet managed to do something and we can still prepare for an answer?
