"People do not want to be manipulated when they have knowledge," Sberbank CEO German Gref once said without a drop of hesitation and voiced the liberal concept of "stupid" the Russian population. Domestic cinema shows completely "Russian chernukha", on television shows the hypnotist dog lulls the audience with a glance: all this is "fed" to us for our own money.

Millions of viewers watched the TV show "Amazing People", which aired on the federal TV channel "Russia 1". In the video, a German spitz named Princess allegedly hypnotizes the participants in the show. 15 people sit on their knees and carefully look at the dog. From one glance at the Spitz, the guests of the program begin to fall in turn on the pillows laid out in front of them. Experts call the program symbolic: people are hypnotized in the same way - they saturate the minds of viewers with various media trash, forming a mass prone to manipulation.

“As soon as all people understand the basis of their“I”and self-identify, it will be extremely difficult to manage and manipulate them, - said the head of Sberbank German Gref at SPIEF. - People do not want to be manipulated when they have knowledge. Any mass control implies an element of manipulation. How to live, how to manage such a society where everyone has equal access to information, when people will receive unrefined information through government-trained analysts and political scientists and huge machines that are set on the head of the media, which are kind of independent."

The federal media, funded by budget funds, are happy to join the game of "stamping fools". The more trash-influence on the minds of the audience, the more in demand such content becomes, bringing in ratings and advertisers' money.

“The problem of television and the Internet is a race for a rating, which today has become virtually God for all media,” said State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev. “Of course, morality is often relegated to the background. Russian legislation cuts out blatant nonsense. was, then we would have a picture even worse."

The work on hypnotizing the audience began not now, but many years ago, the actor, film director and screenwriter Ivan Okhlobystin is sure. In this case, the main driving force behind such a product is the slogan "people hawala".

"People really hawala everything," Ivan Okhlobystin noted with regret., perversion - it's interesting, such a non-violent hypnosis of Milton Erickson. Day by day you are hammered into your head the same thing that you are interested in it. As a result, you become interested."

Honored Teacher of Russia, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Alexander Shevkin agreed that "stupidity" of the population is a deliberate and structured policy of liberals in power. The specialist notes that manipulators like German Gref have reached not only the media, but also education.

In order to control the minds of people, they prefer to limit the amount of quality knowledge, narrow their view of the world, - said Alexander Shevkin. - People are now trying to teach what he will use in his profession. We have already reached the terminology "one-button man": he cannot do anything, he can only press a button.

The Honored Teacher of Russia is confident that in education and culture it is necessary to return to general cultural content, which is based on traditions.

"We have children who do not know when the Great Patriotic War was. It's scary and painful," Shevkin concluded.

The transition to the USE system did not contribute to the increase in the level of general education. "The unified state examination is not about testing knowledge," says Viktor Sadovnichy, rector of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, "but about luck and the theory of probability."

“For the sake of the experiment, I sat down, without reading the questions, put plus or minus, plus or minus, there were, in my opinion, 50 questions,” Sadovnichy recalls. “Then he opened his eyes and figured out how much I got. Three. put plus or minus, then half will guess according to the theory of probability."

At the same time, it is expensive to be an enlightened person in Russia: books for 800 rubles, theater for 3-5 thousand and more.

“It becomes too much for an ordinary citizen of Russia to take a child to the theater, go to the theater, visit a museum, especially in the provinces,” said Alexander Malkevich, chairman of the Media Commission of the Public Chamber of Russia. cinema in Moscow costs 700-800 rubles. And the question is: what is the quality of the movie? Even if in Russia, with the state support, good films are shot - kind and thought-provoking - we do not see them in cinemas. the protectionist policy in relation to Russian culture does not work."

Experts hope that the new government, which replaced Medvedev's cabinet of ministers, will bring order to both culture and education. The liberal concept "People - Managed Biomass" should not be the central idea of Russia. Russian people are the smartest. If you go to the shop where the American Boeing is assembled, you will hear completely Russian. It is important not to lose this intellectual potential.
