Why you need to prepare for a big war. Part 1

To begin with, I recommend that everyone watch this video with Anatoly Chubais's speech at the Rusnanotech 2011 conference, at least the first part of it.

I understand that many have a very negative attitude towards Anatoly Chubais, and there are reasons for this, but he is a very smart person and, more importantly, is devoted to many issues that are not brought to ordinary mortals. In addition, it should be noted that this is not an ordinary meeting, since among those present at the event there are flickering faces of very many people from the government and business, who make up a very influential part of the modern ruling elite of Russia.

In the first part of his speech, Anatoly Chubais very convincingly proves the fact that the further development of technogenic civilization as it has been for the last two centuries is impossible. The growth of the population, and hence the consumption of resources, is going exponentially, therefore, the destructive influence of technogenic civilization on the natural environment, which is the basis of Life on Earth, is growing at the same rate. If nothing is changed, then the living environment will simply be destroyed. And judging by what Chubais says, the world ruling elite understands this perfectly. And since he understands, it means they must have a plan to bring the technogenic civilization out of the impending crisis. And here we come to the most interesting.

The key point, which is important for the topic of this article, begins at 7:30. At the beginning, Chubais states that the further growth of civilization in the form as it happened before, is further impossible, after which he cites a "forecast of famous scientists" who are members of the Club of Rome. This forecast is that by the end of the 21st century, the population of the Earth should decline to a value of 2 to 3 billion people. That is, 2.5-3 times of today's population.

It is important to understand that this is not a "forecast" at all, since the forecast is made for various processes, mainly natural, which are impossible or very difficult to influence directly. When we try to predict the weather, this is exactly the forecast. In this case, we are not dealing with a “forecast”, but with a plan developed by the ruling world elite. In other words, this is a forecast of the possibility of implementing this plan for the mass genocide of the world's population.

The fact that this "forecast" is being voiced on behalf of the members of the Club of Rome means that the fundamental decision on the implementation of this plan by the world ruling elite has already been made and is now being brought to the attention of all executors. Chubais's very speech to representatives of the ruling elite of Russia is just part of this process of informing. The fact that in the second part of the video Chubais begins to say that we, they say, do not agree with such "forecasts" and want to find some other way of development, should not mislead anyone. He could not say anything else at a public event.

When the goals and plans of the world elite are announced, it becomes easier to understand the logic of the processes that are taking place in the world today.

There are no such natural processes that could lead to such a massive reduction in the world's population. Anatoly Chubais himself speaks about this in the video. This means that all such processes will be artificially triggered. What processes can lead to massive loss of life? There are not so many of them: a global natural disaster, a global deadly epidemic and a world war.

The global cataclysm disappears, because it is too uncontrollable process, which means it is very difficult to both predict all the consequences and provide guaranteed protection for yourself and your loved ones. This means that a global epidemic (pandemic) and a world war remain.

Judging by the events that took place at the beginning of the century, the elite considered the option of organizing a global pandemic as one of the possible, but there were certain doubts that they would be able to get the desired result in reducing the population size and at the same time keep the process under control. Therefore, a worldwide experiment called the "bird flu epidemic" was organized. Alas, this experiment showed that in today's conditions the process does not give the required result. Moreover, it did not suit the fact that, on the one hand, the current healthcare system and the prescribed response procedures of various government services will not allow the virus to spread at the required speed among the world's population, and on the other hand, this system is also not capable of providing full protection necessary territories from the penetration of the virus. Accordingly, where it is necessary to obtain the planned population decline, the existing health care and response system must first be destroyed, including through wars, revolutions and coups, and only then an epidemic must be launched there, for example, in Russia. And in those territories where it is supposed to prevent the spread of this virus, this system must, on the contrary, be strengthened.

What they then began to tell us about a certain "conspiracy of pharmaceutical concerns" is actually just one of the cover legends, which should mask the true goals and objectives of this experiment. As far as can be judged by subsequent events, the option of organizing such a pandemic has been abandoned right now.

So there remains the option of organizing a world war, which is the main one and is actively being implemented. But at the same time it is necessary to understand that this will be a completely different war, a war of a new type.

All previous wars were fought between the ruling elites of certain countries for certain resources, be it people, territory, minerals or control over transport flows (including access to the seas and oceans). A war that has actually begun in the 21st century will not be fought between elites. They have long learned to solve their problems and disputes among themselves by other methods. This is a war between the population, which will be mercilessly exterminated, and the world ruling elite, which will organize and direct this extermination.

When you understand the goals and objectives that they set for themselves, you can understand the general plan of action to achieve these goals.

Firstly, nuclear weapons will not be used in this war, since in this case the natural environment on the planet will be completely destroyed, and this is not included in the plans of the organizers.

Secondly, it is obvious that people who have real power over the processes taking place in this or that country cannot just take and start exterminating their own population. This is fraught with rebellion and a change of power. If someone from outside tries to do this, then it is they, according to the legislation of most countries, who must ensure the protection of the country from attack. Therefore, if we are going to arrange a genocide of the population in some territory, then we must first of all destroy the state there, create chaos, destroy the legitimate power and in every possible way hinder the processes of self-organization of the population in order to weaken its ability to defend itself from extermination.

The destruction of the state and its institutions will automatically deal a powerful blow to the economy of this country, which will also contribute to the mass death of the population, already for economic reasons. This can also be added to the actual cessation of the normal functioning of various social services, such as the health care system, the pension system, social assistance to those in need, etc. All this will also further contribute to the reduction of the population.

A similar process under the guise of the "Arab Spring" was launched in northern Africa and the Middle East. In Tunisia, Egypt and Yemen, coups d'état took place. In Libya, Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown and publicly executed by irregular US troops with active military support from other countries of the "golden billion". The country's economy and infrastructure have been destroyed, we do not really know what is actually happening there (there is a complete lack of information in the media). The war in Syria, where it was not possible to seize power, continues to this day. The uprising in Bahrain, which was suppressed, attempts to organize riots in 12 more countries.

In parallel with this, the Americans allegedly leave Iraq and Afghanistan, and there immediately emerges, allegedly by itself, a powerful terrorist group of radical Islamists who announce the creation of their own "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIS), with which, pay attention to no one really fights seriously. It is not being bombed by the international coalition, as was the case with Libya. NATO troops are not being drawn to its borders, as is happening now with Ukraine and Russia. I'm not even talking about the fact that the United States, as it were, accidentally donated a huge amount of weapons, equipment and ammunition to ISIS in Iraq.

This entire process, on the one hand, ensured the pliability of all the ruling elites in the Middle East, without which such a sharp drop in oil prices, which we saw at the end of 2014, would have been impossible. On the other hand, a punitive strike force has been formed to exterminate the population in northern Africa and in the Middle East, since it is clear that ISIS intends to actively expand the territories it controls. And in all the newly captured territories, executions of infidels will certainly take place. There are dozens of videos on which ISIS fighters massively execute dozens of people on the Internet. Moreover, a shot in the back of the head, in their performance, is one of the most humane executions, since there are a lot of videos with both the burning of people alive, and with cutting the throat or even cutting off the head of living people.

Accordingly, there can be no talk of any economic development and population growth in the territories that will be controlled by ISIS. Those who destroy and kill cannot create and develop something. Therefore, they can receive any resources for further expansion, including serious weapons and ammunition, only from outside. And it is through this that the world elite is going to control this process. As soon as ISIS does its dirty work, destroying states, economies and infrastructure, exterminating millions of the population of the occupied countries, their supply will be cut off, after which they will be victoriously cleansed by the troops of the countries of the "golden billion". In the course of this cleansing, of course, several million more "inevitable victims" are formed among the civilian population. But no one will pay attention to this, since the “forces of good” will once again defeat the “forces of evil”, and only this will be told to the gullible man in the street in the media.

If, in the course of these events, when state institutions and the health care system are destroyed or weakened, an epidemic of a fatal disease is launched in these territories, this will facilitate the achievement of the main goal of reducing the population. At the same time, I understand that it is Muslims, primarily Arabs, that are going to be exterminated to the maximum, which is why the most severe scenario is launched there, in which the number of victims will be maximum.

The second group, which are going to be exterminated to the maximum, is the Slavs. That is why the second harsh scenario is launched through Ukraine to the territory of Russia. Moreover, the general outline is the same as in the Magib countries and the Middle East.

If we recall the events that took place a year ago in Kiev, then Yanukovych has already signed a document on resignation and holding early presidential elections at the end of the year. That is, the opposition got exactly what it wanted. Nevertheless, it was the violent seizure of power that was committed, that is, an anti-constitutional coup. Yanukovych offered Yatsenyuk to become prime minister and head the government, but he refused. But when power was seized illegally, for some reason he agrees and becomes the prime minister of the illegal government. This means that someone in Ukraine needed exactly the illegal government. It was necessary to provoke the population to revolt, and this plan worked 100%.

A separate topic about the fact that a play was performed with the Nazis, who allegedly came to power in Ukraine. It is very simple to prove that this is a performance. Try to name those Jews among the ruling elite of Ukraine who suffered after these "Nazis" came to power. The same Benya Kolomoisky not only did not suffer, but has already earned a lot from all this, and even takes an active part in organizing all the processes taking place in Ukraine. As far as I know, there were no serious consequences not only for the Jews at the highest levels. There were no repressions or "Jewish pogroms" at all. Now we remember what happened to the Jews in Germany, and later in Europe, when the German Nazis came to power under the leadership of Hitler. A lot of materials on this topic are now being published.

At the same time, for all residents of the post-Soviet space, the heirs of those who once defeated Nazism in a terrible and bloody war, all these Nazi paraphernalia and symbols act like a red rag on a bull. It is simply impossible to think of a better way to involve the population of Russia in this war. This caused a completely natural protest among the population of Ukraine, especially the Russian-speaking, and among the population of Russia. Opinion polls also show that this plan works. If a year ago most of the Russian population was against the war and did not want to take part in hostilities themselves, now more than 30% of the population support a military solution to the conflict in Ukraine, and the flow of volunteers to Donbass, according to people who are engaged in this, has noticeably increased … That is, in just a year, public opinion in Russia turned from rejection of war to recognition of its necessity. At the same time, most people still do not want war, which is quite natural, but they already admit its possibility, if there is no other way out, and most of the media in Russia today diligently convince them of this - there is no way out, they have to fight.

A separate story with the annexation of Crimea to Russia. On the one hand, it is clear that the circumstances were very successful, which made it possible to quickly and almost bloodlessly annex Crimea to Russia. At the same time, it is quite obvious that the grouping in the Russian ruling elite, which the average man knows as "Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin", the rest of the world elite allowed this process to be carried out. I am far from thinking that the fifth column in the Russian government could have prevented the annexation of Crimea, they are not as strong as they are trying to show us. But the trick is that they didn't even try to do it! All as one stood up and began to chant: "Crimea is ours!" It was only later that they began to speculate that now we would be punished for Crimea, when the deed had already been done.

In other words, Crimea is the bait that Russia has swallowed. Even if the DPR and LPR suffer a military defeat and are eliminated by the forces of the junta, the conflict with Ukraine will not end there, since there will still be the issue of Crimea. At the same time, both the Ukrainian junta and the entire Western elite at the moment openly declare that they do not recognize the annexation of Crimea to Russia and consider it an occupation of foreign territory. That is, if Russia cannot be drawn into an open war with Ukraine during the conflict in the DPR and LPR, then it will inevitably be drawn into this war when the need to defend Crimea arises. Avoiding a war between Russia and the Ukrainian junta will not work; you can only postpone its start to a later date.

Further, it is quite obvious that as soon as this war begins, it will almost immediately develop into a large European or even a global war, since the existing Ukrainian army cannot offer any serious resistance to the modern Russian army. But taking into account the propaganda campaign that is now deployed in the Western media, they can no longer leave the "poor and unhappy Ukraine" to be torn apart by the "enraged Russian bear." Moreover, the documents between Ukraine and NATO, according to which NATO gets the opportunity to “defend” Ukraine, even though it is not a member of it, have practically been signed. That is, on the one hand, Ukraine is not formally a member of NATO and it is not clear when it will be, since there are too many different requirements for accepting a country into NATO. On the other hand, if you look at the facts, you get the impression that Ukraine is already a NATO member, apparently NATO lawyers have found a corresponding loophole in the documents.

We look at the facts.

On December 29, 2014, Ukraine's non-aligned status was officially canceled. Poroshenko signed the relevant law, previously adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

At the same time, specially created "NATO trust funds", through which the financing of the war in Donbas, modernization and re-equipment of the Ukrainian army to NATO standards, began their work on December 2, 2014.

What are these funds:

“The first fund was created to modernize the communications and automation systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with modern standards” - that is, it solves the issues of integration into the NATO communications and control system;

“The second fund was created for the purpose of retraining and social adaptation of servicemen and servicemen in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine” - that is, training Ukrainian servicemen in NATO rules for their integration into the common system.

“The third fund concerns the program of physical rehabilitation (prosthetics) of wounded servicemen of Ukraine” - everything is clear here.

“Ukraine and NATO also announced the creation of a fund to reform logistics systems and standardization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” - here we are talking about connecting the Ukrainian army to the common NATO system of supply and procurement of weapons, equipment and ammunition. This area already has concrete results:

January 16, 2015: "Ukraine plans to join the arms procurement system operating for NATO countries in the near future"

And already on February 3, 2015, there were reports that Donbass was being shelled by shells from NATO countries, that is, the process went on:

“These copies were delivered from Gorlovka. The first instance from a 155 mm projectile. Used by artillery systems of NATO countries. These systems are not in service with the Ukrainian army. This is a special 155-caliber projectile from the M109A1 self-propelled guns manufactured by the USA. A bottom detonator is installed on this projectile. If it hits a building or structure, it gets stuck in the wall and breaks the structure. When it gets inside, the blast wave and debris destroy all living things. The second round is a 75 mm unguided artillery system. These artillery shells are also used by NATO countries, and are not in service with the Ukrainian army. This is a projectile from salvo systems that are installed on portable rocket systems, mainly on cars. These systems are widely used in many conflicts: Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, and as you can see, they began to be used on the territory of the DPR. There is a marking, you can see for yourself"

And finally, "The Fifth Fund is called upon to fight cybercrime in accordance with the most progressive standards of NATO member states" - information warfare is more important today than ever.

Further, on January 19, 2015: "The Ukrainian delegation will take part in the meetings of the NATO military committee, which will be held in Brussels on January 20-22."

In other words, the process of integrating the Ukrainian army into NATO's military infrastructure is in full swing, even though Ukraine is not formally a member of NATO, and this is being done very quickly. Such haste is necessary only if the troops of the NATO countries are going to conduct military operations on the territory of Ukraine in the very near future. If you remember how other countries joined NATO, for example the Baltic states, then this process there lasted for years.

This is confirmed by the news of February 7, 2015:

“For the first time, NATO has started talking about a military option for resolving the situation in Donbass. The corresponding opinion was expressed by the commander-in-chief of NATO forces in Europe Philip Breedlove at a conference in Munich today, February 7.

According to Breedlove, he means the supply of weapons and military equipment to Kiev, and not the sending of the alliance's military personnel to the conflict zone. At the same time, he called the proposals for resolving the Ukrainian crisis, allegedly put forward earlier by Russian President Vladimir Putin, "completely unacceptable", without specifying what exactly he means, informs Deutsche Welle."

Add to this the talk about the need for the supply of lethal weapons from the United States, which has been going on for some time, and judging by the facts, it has already begun in part. According to observers, US military transport aircraft "Hercules" land at the Dnepropetrovsk airport dozens of pieces a day.

All this means that in the very near future the nature of the war in Donbass will noticeably change, and not in favor of the armies of the DPR and LPR.
