Our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has already openly said that NATO irregulars, that is, mercenaries and private armies, are fighting against the DPR and LPR. There are many confirmations of this, even the Ukrainian media show foreign soldiers in their stories. At the same time, the countries of the West are strenuously pretending that there are no foreign mercenaries in Ukraine. For the same reason, until recently, mercenaries and private armies were forced to use mainly the weapons that the Ukrainian army uses, especially heavy weapons. But this weapon is outdated, is in poor technical condition, and most importantly, foreign units do not have the necessary skill and experience in using it, which is very important in the conduct of serious hostilities. They were trained to fight with NATO weapons, and it is for them, and not for the Ukrainian army, that they will now begin to supply it quite officially. For the Ukrainian army, this weapon will be useless now. They first need to be taught how to use it, and this takes months, if not years, of training.

The fact that the process is going exactly in this direction is confirmed by the news from Donbass on February 8, 2015:

“Situation near Debaltseve. A report from the Batman company commander Plastun.

The company commander reported that the positions of the LPR Army were attacked by the American AH-64 Apache attack helicopter, which was operated by a professional crew."

Please note that the crew of the American helicopter is clearly foreign, since Ukraine has never used such helicopters, and whoever gets into such expensive cars is not put. That is, well-trained and combat-experienced irregulars of NATO countries are beginning to enter into action, which is why the situation is seriously complicated for the armies of the DPR and LPR. It is one thing to fight with the Ukrainian military, who actually do not really want to fight, and quite another thing to fight with a professional army, and even equipped with modern weapons, which they are well trained to use.

I think that in those cases when the armies of the DPR and LPR during the offensive met a serious and well-organized defense that they could not break through, they actually fought not with the Ukrainians, but with these very mercenaries.

As for the introduction of regular troops of NATO countries, then, as far as I understand, no one is really going to bring them into the territory of Ukraine now. It is not assembled for the reason that regular troops are not suitable for carrying out punitive operations and genocide of the local population. They were not trained for this, their task is to defend their territory, and not to destroy someone else's.

As I said in the first part, the war that has begun will not go between states. It will go between the ruling elite and the population that will be deemed superfluous, which means it will be subject to destruction. At the same time, many states will be destroyed, and this automatically means that the armies of these states will also be destroyed as a single system, which is an integral part of the state. Scattered armed gangs will arise, which will begin to fight among themselves in the devastated territories for the remaining resources.

For the same reason, private armies are now being created all over the world. That is, armies that are subordinate not to this or that state, but directly to this or that clan in the ruling elite. Similar private armies in Russia are now being created by Gazprom, Transneft and Russian Railways, under the pretext of the need to protect the transport infrastructure. The corresponding laws that allow them to do this were passed through the State Duma of the Russian Federation back in 2009. True, at the moment the law does not allow them to have heavy weapons that foreign private military companies have, but this, judging by the publication in Expert-ONLINE, will be corrected in the very near future.

The army of the state is obliged to protect all citizens of this state, who support it at the expense of their taxes. When entering the ranks of the armed forces, a soldier takes an oath, which, among other things, obliges him to protect his state and its citizens. But mercenaries from a private military company are obliged to protect only those with whom they have signed a contract and who pays them money. And this is a very important fundamental difference between them. If you do not belong to a group that is somehow connected with the owners of one of the private military companies, for example, you are not an employee of Gazprom or Transneft, then if it comes to the collapse of the state, no one will protect you.

For the extermination of the local population, mercenaries from private military companies (PMCs) are also an ideal option, since people with a certain mentality go there who are ready to kill for money. They are not bound by an oath, do not ask unnecessary questions, while in many countries, such as in Ukraine, they find themselves outside the framework of the law, since their presence there is not officially recognized. In Afghanistan and Iraq, it was militants from PMCs who were used for the genocide of the local population, and when information about this for some reason leaked out, the "truthful" Western media called this "excessive cruelty towards the civilian population." Like, well, yes, they killed dozens of civilians without reason, trial and investigation, but they are also accidental, in self-defense. It seemed to them that the women with children wanted to attack them, so they had to shoot them.

Now all and sundry are writing about the mediocrity of the command of the Ukrainian army, that they, because of their stupidity, are driving the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to certain death. At the same time, no one even tries to think about what is really happening.

Do you really believe that people who have reached the rank of general do not understand anything at all about military affairs? Again, what happens in any normal army if the commander has shown his inconsistency, especially if because of his incompetence people were wasted and expensive equipment destroyed? He is at least removed from office, if not immediately put up against the wall. In Ukraine, we see a completely different picture. The generals, through whose fault thousands of soldiers are killed, no one even tries to punish. Moreover, they are covered and protected in every possible way by the ruling elite of both Ukraine itself and Western countries, primarily the United States. In addition, judging by the information that appeared in the fall, the operational command is now actually not in the hands of Ukrainian generals, but in the hands of their American "consultants." And they know exactly what they are doing.

In fact, now there is a targeted destruction of the most combat-ready part of the Ukrainian population. That is, precisely those people who could provide armed resistance to the punishers when they begin to destroy the local population. At the same time, the military equipment of the Ukrainian army is being destroyed in battles, that is, the equipment that people who once served in the army know how to use. It is difficult to find people in Ukraine who know what to do with a T-64 tank or how to fix it, but it is possible, which was demonstrated by the example of the DPR and LPR, but to find people in Ukraine who can use, not to mention, to repair, an American tank "Abrams" or a German "Leopard 2" is generally impossible. Therefore, if we are going to arrange a genocide of the population in some territory, then first it is necessary to somehow neutralize those who can offer active resistance, that is, young combat-ready men, especially those who know how to handle weapons. It is this process that is now taking place in Ukraine.

Those who are managing the ongoing processes in Ukraine have no goal to end the conflict as soon as possible, either peacefully or militarily. If there was such a desire, it would have been done long ago. Their goal is to keep this massacre in Donbas as long as possible. That is why the commanders of the DPR and LPR are constantly being pulled back. As soon as there is a turning point in hostilities in favor of the armies of the DPR and LPR, screams about a "truce" begin immediately, which no one originally intended to observe. Moreover, no matter what they say, artillery attacks are coming from both sides, both from the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and from the side of the armies of the DPR and LPR. This can be clearly seen from the summaries that are regularly published by both sides. At the same time, the same representatives of the DPR and LPR always declare in such cases that they “fired back”, which in fact does not change the essence of the ongoing processes. By virtue of its specificity, any artillery shelling will lead to the destruction of buildings, structures and infrastructure. We can say that the punitive troops are purposefully shelling peaceful neighborhoods and civilian objects, while the DPR and LPR troops are shelling exclusively the enemy positions. But artillery systems are not the kind of weapon that can guarantee 100% hitting the right place.

The supply of the DPR and LPR units is also built on the same principle. All the main supply channels, which in one way or another are connected with the state, are in one way or another controlled personally by Mr. Surkov, who has long been known for his service for the benefit of the United States. At the same time, his overseas owners do not set him the task of interfering with supplies as much as possible so that the DPR and LPR can be destroyed as quickly as possible, which would be logical if they were simply interested in a victory in Donbass. Had they set such a task, then Surkov, relying on the fifth column in the Russian government, which, alas, is still quite numerous, if he could not stop supplies altogether, would seriously complicate and slow down this process. In fact, we see that a completely different process is taking place. Arms and resources in the DPR and LPR are supplied just enough so that they could continue the war, but could not quickly win this war.

The main goal of both the American advisers in Kiev and the fifth column in Russian rule is to keep the carnage in Ukraine going for as long as possible. So that as many combat-ready young men as possible die, so that as many civilians as possible die, so that as many buildings, structures, hospitals and infrastructure facilities are destroyed. All this, on the one hand, contributes to the achievement of the main goal - the destruction of the surplus population, and on the other hand, creates additional pressure on Russia and its economy. It is to Russia that the main flow of refugees from the devastated territory goes, it is Russia that is forced to provide the main economic and other assistance to the residents of Donbass, constantly equipping and sending humanitarian convoys there. And this despite the fact that the Russian economy is now under tremendous pressure both in the world, through sanctions and an artificial reduction in the price of oil, and domestically through the action of the “fifth column,” primarily in financial circles, which contribute to the depreciation of the ruble. a sharp reduction in the money supply available to business due to the tightening of requirements in the banking sector and a sharp increase in the interest rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. At the same time, interestingly, President Putin twice publicly asked Elvira Nabiulina to lower the discount rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in order to provide the economy with affordable loans, but these requests were ignored. And when in the summer some second-rate official from the IMF came out and said that inflation was too high in Russia and it was time to raise the interest rate, it was immediately raised more than twice, from 8.5% to 17.5%. Here is the answer to the question of who actually manages the banking system of Russia.

And this carnage in Ukraine will continue until they are ready to transfer this whole process to the territory of Russia. One way or another, but any peace process will be thwarted both by the Americans through their puppet leadership of Ukraine and through the fifth column in Russia, who will arrange provocations through their people in the leadership of the LPR and DPR. Some kind of temporary truce to regroup troops and pull up reserves, as it was in the fall of 2014, yes, it is possible, but there will be no resolution of the conflict, since this war can only end in Moscow or Washington. All other options are not a solution to the problem, but freezing it, postponing its final solution to a later date.
