Video: How many Russians are mired in credit holes?

The first collection bureau reported that the bailiffs cannot cope with the volume of overdue loans and even the collectors were forced to refuse to buy 90 billion of Russians' debts from banks, since they took 300 billion last year without them, and since 2018 their number has increased by 15%.
Moreover, the number of those from whom even the collectors could not seize anything reached 10, 5 million people, this is every tenth adult Russian.
While the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance are thinking whether it is necessary to give the money from the sale of Sberbank to people immediately or in six months, the situation with the population's debt burden does not want to improve itself. According to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, last year every third civil case in Russia was a case of a creditor against a borrower. In total, the courts considered 7 million claims of credit institutions and collectors against individuals. In four years, their number has doubled (3.3 million in 2016). Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service cite even more frightening statistics: over the past year, they started 10.5 million enforcement proceedings on the debts of individuals for 2.6 trillion rubles. For understanding; This is 2/3 of the population of Moscow, almost two St. Petersburg and every tenth adult citizen of Russia who has not paid off either banks or collectors and has lost all the courts.
It is no longer hidden that the number of people driven into credit slavery will only increase. Thus, the First Collection Bureau (PKB) reported on the accelerated pace of work: at the end of last year, Russian banks sold 303 billion rubles of individual debt to collectors. Moreover, as reported by the PKB, debts have risen in price, and for the rights to knock out 300 billion rubles of debt, the collectors spent "as much" 7.9 billion rubles as against 5.6 billion a year ago. And besides, even the collectors did not take away all the debts that the banks were selling them. The reason is simple: the bailiffs simply do not have time to knock out debts from the people - the collectors had 3.5% more debt on their hands than in 2018. In order to "fulfill the plan", they have already reduced the amount of the average debt by 15% at once - to 158 thousand.
It would seem that an impressive enough amount for a one-time loan, but here, as in Rosstat, the decrease in the average temperature in the hospital means that the collectors will nightmare both those who did not pay a million on the mortgage, and a single mother who took a microloan to collect children to school. As a reminder, in 2015, Sberbank introduced the Back to School product to the line of consumer loans, which is intended for parents of students. True, after the indignation in the media, he canceled it, but the initiative was taken up by other banks, such as the Chelyabinsk Chelindbank.
It got to the point that every economically active Russian at the end of last year owed banks an average of 227 thousand rubles. As RIA Novosti reported, over the year this debt increased by 37 thousand rubles (also on average). Even if you believe that the average salary in Russia in 2019 was 37.9 thousand rubles, then in order to pay off the banks, all of us will have to work for free for almost six months. Even more dangerous, loan arrears are hitting the province harder.
What such a "policy" will lead to, has already been written by "Katyusha" many times, economists said, even systemic liberals admit the situation is unhealthy. And the point here is not a slowdown in the economy, as Oreshkin tried to scare everyone last year. The danger is much greater: 10% of the adult population have already fallen into debt bondage and cannot find a way out of there. And their number continues to grow, which means that in a year or two the country will face the fact that every sixth person will live not only in poverty and misery, but also with full confidence that the authorities are to blame for this. And this is the critical line behind which color revolutions begin. Moreover, turning to patriotism or the mind of even those who took out a loan to feed their families, even those who borrowed for a new iPhone, having no funds to pay off for it, is absolutely useless. The first will not hear appeals because of the burden of problems and poverty, and the second - because of the lack of brains. But anyone who promises to write them off everything, and even give them from above, will immediately be elevated to the status of "people's savior." For understanding: the "enslaved" were one of the most active participants in almost all coups in the 21st century, including taking part in the overthrow of the leftist and people's president of Bolivia. And in Ukraine "Credit Maidan" happens no less often than spring comes. And the one who wants more power “rules” this Maidan every time.
Is there a way out of this situation? Yes, there is, but Nabiullina, Gref and the rest of the banksters and their lobbyists will not like it. And even more he will not like their "dear partners". To reduce the debt burden, three things had to be done yesterday.
Firstly, very much to restrict the issuance of loans and the use of credit cards for the purchase of imported devices, household appliances and cars. At the same time, it is no less necessary to restrict credit sales of tours to hot countries. You can broadcast as much as you like that buying an iPhone on credit and travel to Bali, and then collectors, courts, bailiffs, is idiocy, but nowhere and never has it been possible to break 20 years of propaganda in one year without using force. Namely, in the last 20 years, "show-off" for social networks and life on credit have been promoted no less weakly than Goebbels promoted Nazism. In addition to reducing the share of those credited here, we also receive support for our own production.
Secondly, to give the opportunity to refinance the really poor stratum of the population, who were forced to take money to collect children for school and for banal survival. Re-crediting with a write-off of interest, paying exactly the amount of the debt, and not 10 thousand loans and 100 thousand interest debts. Some of them may need to be helped, but these people will definitely not be 10 million, which means that the amount will be much less.
And thirdly, which has also been said thousands of times, it is necessary to close microfinance organizations and limit interest on bank loans and their aggressive advertising.
Yes, all these measures will seriously hit the banking sector, which over the past 10 years has refused to lend to businesses and is accustomed to profit from people. Yes, if it is forbidden to borrow imported devices, then there will be hysteria of the "non-systemic opposition" and protests of the State Department. The state will also incur losses. All this will be, but the price of the question is high - will the country survive the real storm or will add to the list of "territories where democracy has come."

Fat cats are furious. Russians don't want credit bondage
That's the trouble. The population, you know, does not want to be enslaved, does not want to overpay three rubles for what the ruble is worth. Slaves must pass on debts from generation to generation so that even their grandchildren have no chance of a better life
