I want to say right away that my preparation for childbirth, and for pregnancy, too, is a process closely intertwined with everyday life. These are not courses that lasted a certain period of time and ended after childbirth. This is an altered lifestyle that has remained practically the same after giving birth and remains now, after seven months and, I hope, will remain forever.
First of all, I began to sweep aside the care and sympathy of those who believed that, having become pregnant, I turned into a weak, sick woman. In our society, the idea of pregnancy as a disease is imposed. What, got pregnant? Immediately run to the doctors, they will tell you everything, show you everything and give you more pills. Just think, here in Belarus they even pay for it - for how quickly you ran to the doctors. Everyone forgot that pregnancy is a special state of a woman, energetically filled and testing, but in no way pathological. In what sense is it a test? Yes, in the most direct: pregnancy, mobilizing the internal forces of the body, checks their strength. Therefore, for some, it proceeds easily and naturally, others fall apart and happily accept the status of "sick". During my third pregnancy, the most conscious and natural, I tried to maintain my vitality and not turn into a snail, although I often wanted to. You know, such a syndrome of a snail in pregnant women: an almost irresistible desire to hide in a shell and dissolve in yourself, moreover, lying on the couch. This is a pretty natural desire, but you need to be careful with it, I decided. After all, we are people, not molluscs. Therefore, I introduced yoga for pregnant women into daily practice, combining it with children's exercises, walked a lot and lay a little, and did not turn away from the outside world. And most importantly, I got rid of the feeling of self-pity - it gave me a huge boost of vivacity and vitality..
Nutrition during pregnancy
The question of healthy eating has already set my teeth on edge. Everyone intuitively searches for the truth, because the whole world is thoroughly preserved and flavored, and we feel that something is wrong here. In short, an eternal war between taste buds and the mind. Delicious, but harmful. Healthy but not tasty. Who among us has not sought this compromise?
And during pregnancy, it becomes especially acute: double responsibility on the one hand and increased stress on the other. I will say right away: I am not a vegetarian, not a meat-eater, and not a sun-eater, although I have tried different things and conducted various food experiments on myself. Then I came to certain conclusions, which I adhere to in my life and during pregnancy and after it.
Firstly, I did not change my usual diet during pregnancy, because the baby must get acquainted with different tastes and nutrients through the umbilical cord, and precisely with those that are traditional in the family where he will live.
Secondly, I did not put into my mouth everything that was drawn to me:) Although there is an opinion that you need to listen to your body: what it asks for, then give it to it. And this means a chocolate bar or a glass of champagne. I would paraphrase: what you give him, he will ask. If a person eats meat on a daily basis for a long time, then bacteria that eat the meat develop inside him. It is they who "ask" him. If a person eats plant foods, a different bacterial environment arises. If you eat a variety of foods, it means that you expand the capabilities of your digestive system. In general, our digestive system, like, in principle, all other systems of the body are completely in our power.
Thirdly, I tried to eat less and less often. You can also accustom your body to this, even before pregnancy. And then a set of extra pounds will not threaten you, and this is important for well-being during pregnancy, and for soft childbirth, and for postpartum recovery.

Women's health … what does it depend on? How often do you run to the gynecologist? Yes, the less often, the healthier you will be. From heredity? Yes, we bear the mistakes of our ancestors. From a lifestyle? Yes, that's how we can change reality.
During the first two pregnancies, I was an exemplary visitor to the antenatal clinic, out of the habit of an excellent student. I listened to the recommendations and changed my blood for a feeling of calmness and confidence that everything is fine. Then, little by little, faced with medical insanity and sabotage, I began to understand that I would not become healthier this way, because the raison d'être of the medical system is to treat ailments. Well, how can they be interested in your health, because it endangers their existence? They may only be interested in your ailments, because that is what feeds them. So I got it. And I decided to take care of my health on my own, to understand my body, how it works and what affects it. And believe me, it's not as difficult as we used to think. And when we go to the doctor, we shift the responsibility for our health onto others. I do not argue, there are times when you cannot help yourself without special skills: if your hand is broken or a tooth is cracked. But women's health is not from this opera, in my opinion. Women's health is pure energy, no special skills. In general, from the fact that I almost did not visit a gynecologist during my third pregnancy, my women's health only benefited.
Some women’s ailments are said to be inherited. Maybe if the daughter did not become better than her mother, did not correct her mistakes, did not wash her face and did not comb her hair.
But I believe that our health is in our heads and hearts. I believe that feminine energy is not regenerated and cannot be wasted. I believe that a woman who loves one man all her life and is able to clear her head of husks will never get sick. And that's why I love you very much, my husband …
