Depopulation of the world's population through "responsible parenting", "family planning", "gender ideology", depraved relationships from early adolescence, destruction of the traditional institution of marriage and family - these are the main tasks of the manual for children and educational psychologists around the world, introduced from above on the global level. The prospects are terrifying, and it's time to ask the question: has Russia gone far from the rapidly dehumanizing West?

What is the place of family and parents in a traditional Russian school? We drew conclusions on this topic together with the lawyer Larisa Pavlova, the chairman of the non-profit partnership "Parents' Committee".

The National Security Strategy of Russia, signed by the President on December 31, 2015, in the Science, Technology and Education section, speaks of the need to “enhance the role of schools in educating young people as responsible citizens of Russia on the basis of traditional Russian spiritual, moral, cultural and historical values.” In the “Culture” section of the same document, we see similar formulations: “The basis of the all-Russian identity of the peoples of the Russian Federation is a historically formed system of common spiritual, moral and cultural-historical values, as well as the original cultures of the multinational people of the Russian Federation as an integral part of Russian cultures. /… / The priority of the spiritual over the material belongs to the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values ”. Let it not be said directly, but we understand very well that in the "current system of spiritual and moral values" the key role is played by Orthodox Christianity.

Now let's turn to the modern Russian school. How does it take into account the child's right to traditional spiritual and moral upbringing and to what extent do the current educational programs correspond to it? According to Federal Law No. 273 "On Education in the Russian Federation", in force since 2012, the rights of parents in it are significantly curtailed in comparison with similar educational opportunities and functions of the school. Today, parents have the right only to get acquainted with the documents relating to educational programs and express their evaluative opinion. Everything else is determined by the executive branch (primarily by the Government), and the approach to moms and dads is simple: if you don’t like what and how your children are taught, go to another school.

As you know, the school is obliged to implement federal educational standards (FSES). According to the Constitution, any state ideology in Russia is legally prohibited, so the option of promoting the same Christian values in school disappears right away (except that Minister Olga Vasilyeva decided to go against tradition and approve traditional values in the Federal State Educational Standard for Russian literature, after which the comprador elite immediately she took up arms, seeking resignation). Moreover, if we look at the Federal Law "On Education", it highlights certain principles of teaching and upbringing of the new generation. This is, first of all, about the principle of "humanistic education" and the priority of protecting "human rights". In the previous version of this law, it was directly stated that the priority is the education of a spiritual and moral personality, but in the new edition, all this is cleaned up. That is, the main goal: who should be educated by the school in the end is not directly determined. A person simply has to be educated and brought up, but in what spirit it is not clear. Yes, in some schools there is the subject of "the foundations of Orthodox culture", but it is not taught systematically, often as an elective.

“To what extent can a parent be involved in raising a child in the context of school conflicts, for example, on academic performance or behavior with a teacher or class teacher? Under the new rules, all such disputes must be resolved by a special school Dispute Resolution Commission with the participation of the student (if necessary), school employees and parents. There is currently no mechanism for challenging the decisions of this commission - the parent must comply with them.

Within the framework of the school, two more structures have been created: the psychological and pedagogical commission and the Centers for psychological and pedagogical, medical and social assistance (not yet everywhere). Each school, like a kindergarten, must now have its own psychologist on staff. If, for example, a parent does not want his child to attend sex education lessons, he is told that in this way the school takes care of his health - and objections are not accepted. Psychological and pedagogical commissions help those who do poorly in the program, who have problems in communication, in adaptation in the classroom, problems with behavior, etc. to develop and learn. That is, virtually every child falls under the influence of educational psychologists. The powers of the newly created Centers are very broad - in fact, psychologists become educators, shape the worldview of the child. Today, the State Duma proposes, according to the law, to unite psychologists into SROs, since so far they do not have any official certification. These structures have not yet fully formed, but the removal of the parent from the upbringing process in the modern educational system is clearly visible.

And the child is between a rock and a hard place. At home, they are trying to instill in him traditional values, and at school, teachers and psychologists are doing exactly the opposite. It is simply impossible to refuse to attend classes without a certificate of illness and other valid reasons - such a family will be called, checked, accused of violating parental responsibilities and the child's right to education. The role of the family, of course, is still very high, we still have a flywheel of spiritual and moral values, which by inertia makes us talk about love, justice, etc., but it is very difficult to resist modern global educational processes,”says lawyer Larisa Pavlova …

Another way of reformatting children is realized through allegedly taking care of their health. Previously, only state medical organizations were engaged in this, but now, according to Federal Law No. 273, their functions are largely transferred to the school. In particular, the school is free to conduct preventive medical programs, engage in sex education (under the pretext of HIV prevention, sexually transmitted diseases, etc.), prevention of alcohol, tobacco and drug use (through appropriate "educational" programs that tell children about this poison). In 2011, Russia signed the European Social Charter and now, in accordance with our constitutional provision on the priority of international law over its own laws, every two years it is obliged to report to the Council of Europe on the implementation of sex education in schools. And parents, accordingly, within the framework of the Federal Law "On Education" do not have any legal protection and cannot legally oppose this sex education.

Globalization and the conventions constantly implemented by international organizations (UN, EU, WHO, UNESCO, etc.), which our country regularly ratifies, accordingly, direct us to a path of development dictated from the outside, completely alien to Russian traditional values. What the western teaching books lead to - it is quite clear, "Katyusha" examined this issue in detail. Nevertheless, in Russia, at the highest level of the Russian government, voices are constantly being heard in unison with the destructive initiatives of the globalists. In particular, now the world is actively discussing the topic of legalizing certain rights of the child in legal proceedings, considering the legal possibility of depriving parents of the right to represent the interests of their children by a court decision. And right there, the head of the Supreme Court, Lebedev, declares the need to create separate juvenile courts. And in the State Duma, for half a year now, at the stage of adoption in the first reading, a draft law has been suspended, which makes it possible to replace parents in courts with juvenile lawyers or psychologists. That is, we are openly led to similar "reforms", we are strenuously approaching a society of the Western type with practically zero influence of parents on the upbringing of their own children.

Of course, it is ridiculous to deny that with the increase in the speed of information exchange, with the development of the Internet, social networks, the expansion of international contacts and cooperation, incl. international marriages, the world today is truly becoming global and Russia is actively involved in these processes. Can a strong state in such conditions conduct an equal exchange of knowledge without changing its national and cultural identity, without prioritizing international law over its own? Can it, in communication of equals, position its age-old values as the best, healthiest and most just, and conduct their propaganda, thus conquering allies, instead of bending over to Western guidelines? Of course, not only can, but also obliged, in the name of their own safety - there would be a desire. It is not for nothing that the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, recently openly stated that it is time for us to abandon the priority of international law - this colonial clause in the Constitution simply prevents Russia from developing normally. This is what officials and deputies would like to think about in the era of the new Cold War - instead of forcibly entangling the people in a destructive globalist model.
