Juvenile justice is based on the principle that a child has the same rights as an adult. And nothing is said about his duties. The child has the right to independently apply to the authorities for the protection of their rights. This includes complaints about parents to the police or the court, which are obliged to immediately check how the parents are fulfilling their responsibilities. And most importantly, the child is immediately taken away from the "inappropriate" parents and sent to an orphanage or foster parents until the facts are checked. A special database of children must be organized. Schoolchildren and toddlers in kindergartens are required to keep special diaries assessing their parents' behavior. The diaries are checked by the social supervision authorities.

One of the most important tenets of juvenile technologies is the sexual education of children. Instead of the concept of "gender", the concept of "gender" is introduced.
