It was once believed that all peoples are equally capable of assimilating milk, and cases of its rejection were attributed to the individual characteristics of each organism. However, in 1965, Pedro Cuatrocascas, Theodore Beiles and Norton Rosenzweig (J. Hopkins School of Medicine, USA) conducted a comparative study of the ability to absorb lactose in whites and blacks in the United States.

It was unexpectedly found that among whites the number of people unable to assimilate lactose did not exceed 15%. and among blacks about 70%. This work has sparked a stream of research in various countries. It was found that the ability to assimilate milk sugar in adults is not the norm for Mankind, but an exception.

This ability is possessed ONLY by the WHITE RACE. The 15% among whites in the United States who do not metabolize lactose were found to be of the mixed type (incest with Jews and other non-Europeans). It turned out that the Jews living in Israel and the United States, Arabs, Japanese, Chinese, Eskimos, South American Indians, many representatives of the peoples of Africa, and so on, are NOT ABLE TO LEAVE MILK.

Moreover, in a number of cases, the people had a 100% rejection of milk. But on the other hand, Caucasians from Northern and Central Europe (including Belarus) have almost 100% of milk assimilation. As it became clear to scientists, the erroneous opinion that assimilating lactose is the norm for all adults, and therefore it happened that it was Europeans who were the first to study at one time.

Scientists have also set themselves the task of determining whether it is possible to develop an addiction to milk with constant training. It turned out to be almost impossible to do. On the other hand, in Africa, there were small "islands" of milk consumption. Fulani Nigerian people are able (70%) to digest lactose, but their neighbors are not. Therefore, the Fulani themselves drink fresh milk, and only "nono" is exported to the market - a local variety of yoghurt that practically does not contain milk sugar. (by the way, neither yogurt nor kefir contain lactose, so these products can be consumed by all nations).

Scientists have come to the conclusion that the ability of the white race and some other peoples to assimilate lactose is due to the fact that their ancestors have been engaged in cattle breeding for a long time, while for all other peoples who have learned cattle breeding only recently by historical standards, lactose intolerance is typical.

The longer the people are familiar with cattle breeding, the greater the percentage of its population is able to assimilate milk. This pattern is especially clearly manifested among the peoples of Africa, where it is easier to trace the ethnic purity of people.

It was found, for example, that in Uganda, among the Tussi pastoralist tribe, 80% of adults assimilate lactose, and among the Ganda farmers - only 20%. Likewise, in Nigeria, the Fulani pastoralists are STRONGLY different from their neighboring farmers for, Yoruba and Hausa.

CRITERION OF RACIAL PURITY The assimilation of milk is, apart from DNA analysis, perhaps the main indicator of the purity of European blood. Why? But because it goes back to the very essence of the Indo-Europeans, to their history as the world's first pastoralist people. You can write in your passport that you are a Slav or a German, you can look like a Caucasian on your face, but the body cannot be fooled. 100% assimilation of milk today ONLY among PURE Slavs, Germans, Balts, descendants of the Celts.

And not a single people in the world. And it’s not just that. So among the Slavs, Germans, Balts and Celts, milk is called the same, in one word (for example: English milk, German Milch, and also melken - to milk). This is our ancient common Indo-European word, dating back to the time when we were one common people (3rd - 2nd millennium BC). The same word is the word "cattle" - it was then also a synonym for wealth, hence the name of Scotland - Scotland, the Indo-European word - "Rich country" in our common ancient language of the pastoral people (by the way, many of our other common ancient words are the same, for example, plow - in English plow). English is very close to the original vocabulary for the Germans, Slavs and Balts.

Since England was created from the continent, from our adjacent territories. But it is not pure either: the influence of local non-Indo-Europeans is great, and therefore the assimilation of milk in the United Kingdom is generally weaker than Europe. Milk is assimilated by 100% of the population of the original Lithuanians (ethnically Aukšaits and Zhmudi), Poles, Czechs, Slovaks and Belarusians (recently a mixture of Slavs and Balts) and Russians. To a lesser extent - among Latvians (they mix with Finns) and Swedes.

Even less - among Estonians, Finns and Hungarians (these are not Indo-Europeans), as well as among the peoples of the former Yugoslavia (incest with the Semites), Ukraine (the same thing, since historically all of Southern Ukraine is a Turkic land) and Russia (incest with Finno -Ugrians and Turks). In western Europe, the situation is as follows: from Switzerland (about 10% of milk aversion) to the south and west, this percentage is constantly growing, reflecting the extent of the presence of non-European blood.

Although milk was consumed in ancient Rome, incest with other ethnic groups led to the fact that a significant part of Italians were not able to assimilate milk. Thus, the core of pure milk consumption is Germany, Austria, Poland (before the settlement of these territories by Semitic peoples), Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Belarus. This should include Smolensk, Bryansk, Kursk, since these territories were originally inhabited by the peoples of the Baltic. Probably Slovenia, Serbia, Volhynia, Galicia and Podolia are also close to 100% assimilation of lactose.
