Knowing how easy it is to buy databases from us, as well as repeatedly watching porn banners on the website of the Ministry of Education, you understand that your personal life has ceased to be a secret.
- the system is capable of measuring speed. Now it doesn't matter if there is a camera, there is no camera - if there is sign 40, and it is registered in the system, and you are driving along an empty forest road 90 km / h (I myself go to the dacha), expect a fine from Glonas. Everyone will now be forced to weave like muttails. It's a pity for the traffic police and manufacturers of video cameras - they will not be needed with the introduction of Glonas.
Now about free of charge: ERA-GLONASS terminals will use sim-cards of the ERA-GLONASS system operator.
The tariffs for the use of the infrastructure will be formed after! Those. they will first impose a system on us, and then they will say how much we owe. Note - you cannot refuse. Considering all of the above, I can make a bold conclusion - in 2020, the operation of vehicles without the Era-Glonas system with connected (PAID) services will be prohibited in Russia. The responsibility for installation on old cars will fall on car owners. Get your money ready, gentlemen. Cars are becoming a luxury again.
However, it is not clear how it all fits with the Criminal Code, N 63-FZ | Article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. And how much you can earn by informing the driver about the "necessary" gas stations, cafes, shops, promotions and sales.
