The Israeli Air Force is considered the best in the world. During the Vietnam War, Soviet pilots demonstrated superiority over the American Air Force, which led, among other things, to the defeat of the United States in that war. At the same time, a lesser known event took place in the sky of Egypt. The Soviet fighter pilots only once clashed with the Israeli in a full-fledged air battle. On both sides, the same types of aircraft as in Vietnam, but Israeli pilots were at the helm of American combat vehicles.
