Foresight project 2030 - biorobots at the service of the backstage

One is amazed with what servile obedience the officials of the highest rank accept any UN initiative, no matter how dangerous it may be for Russia.

A storm of parental indignation was caused by the Childhood-2030 Foresight project. Participants of the XIX Christmas educational readings, held in Moscow from 23 to 26 January 2011, sharply criticized its anti-human nature. The customer is the My Generation Charitable Foundation for the Support of Youth Initiatives. The executor of the project is, oddly enough, the International Methodological Association, headed by its president Sergei Popov. The officially declared goal of the project: "fostering competitive human capital." Why is the only large-scale socio-political project that determines the policy of our state in the field of childhood entrusted to a dubious international organization, whose goals and objectives are hidden from the public?

What is the future of the project developers for Russian children? They felt that the traditional family and school were hopelessly outdated and should not be involved in the upbringing and education of children. Their upbringing, according to the project, should be dealt with by methodologists and stakeholders “in various educational communities”. These are people from various sects who form consciousness according to a specific order. Honored Russian teachers are fundamentally not allowed to implement the project, since they practice “protective childhood”: they strive to protect children from bad influence, false values, from drugs, from all dangers. This approach for the "new world order", according to the developers of the project, is hopelessly backward. They offer our children a "competent childhood": a child must go through everything, wallow in any mud, try everything, including drugs, and "make his own choice." Traditional school subjects should be abolished. A child with the consciousness changed by the efforts of methodologists must master a computer and be legally literate, he is not supposed to know anything else. According to the deep conviction of the project executor, Mr. Popov, children do not even need to be taught to write. "Parents suck!" If the school is preserved, according to the methodological recommendations of the project, the development of Russia will follow a negative scenario. Therefore, the developers offer us a "positive scenario": children should spend most of their time in "child-friendly cities." These are many kilometers of territories (reservations), the entrance to which is strictly forbidden to parents, but in these cities-reservations methodologists, stakeholders and other dubious cynics receive unlimited power over children and the right to forcibly change their consciousness and psyche.

Children from families are supposed to be removed by means of juvenile technologies. Already, amendments have been made to the legislation that make it possible to take away any child from loving parents with the vague wording of “improper upbringing”. The developers of the project do not believe in parental love at all, which, in their opinion, is "just a stereotype."

In an interview, Mr. Popov S. V. called the traditional family "a prison for all" and is very much in favor of "the development of diverse forms of life together (guest marriages, multiple marriages, various educational communities, etc.)" (quote from the project). The project also envisions making parenting a profession. To get the right to raise your own children, you need to undergo the necessary training from Mr. Popov and those like him.

The worst thing is that according to the project, the change in the consciousness of children should end with the implantation of chips into the cerebral cortex in 2030. The project developers note with satisfaction that schools and universities will no longer be needed, since the information is supposed to be pumped directly onto the cerebral cortex. These cynical experimenters consider it possible to interfere with the embryonic development of the fetus, so that "children are born with given characteristics and characteristics." Even Hitler did not conduct such experiments on the children of his own country.

Instead of registering the project developers with a psychiatrist, the Childhood 2030 project began to be actively supported by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the ruling party. This project was presented on May 31, 2010. at the exhibition in Shanghai "EXPO 2010", personifying the Russia of the future. Alina Radchenko, who holds the position of head of the staff of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, has been appointed as the project manager. I managed to find a poster that illustrated this unfortunate project at an exhibition in Shanghai, which, over the years, described in detail what should happen in the coming years: 2018 - "virtual imitation of life", "device for downloading information to the cerebral cortex", 2020 " child robot”,“nanny robot”, 2030-“human gene modification”,“human chipping”.

There is an order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy dated 7.08.2007. No. 311 "On the approval of the strategy for the development of the electronic industry in Russia for the period up to 2025", which directly refers to the "integration of electronic devices with biological objects." The timing of this integration in the order strikingly coincides with the timing of the chipping of children specified in the Childhood 2030 project. Therefore, what now seems to be a fantastic utopia by 2030 may become a terrible reality.

The project itself is reminiscent of a student's diploma in sociology. How did he attract the ruling party? Apparently by the fact that the developers of the project guarantee the "education of a new electorate", which knows nothing "about the Soviet past." And for the sake of educating a "new electorate" all means are good. In addition, it has long been clear that the project was adopted under pressure from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), which developed the Child-Friendly City subprogram. This fund never has money for the development of children's sports in Russia. But the more cynical and dangerous the project is, the more money is allocated for its implementation. UNICEF representatives published and distributed in Russia 70,000 posters depicting parents in the form of evil freaks, thus turning children against their parents, persistently introducing juvenile technologies.

Project manager A. Radchenko in all interviews promises to make all children happy with the help of the project. It is assumed that children and parents should be very “happy” when they are separated, removed from the family, and placed, as indicated in the project, in “child-friendly cities” in which the cynical Popov and his sectarian methodologists are operating, forcibly changing their consciousness and psyche. And parents should be especially "happy" when, in the final phase of the project in 2030, the newly-minted fascists climb into the skulls of children to implant a chip "for communication with global information and control networks", turning children into biorobots. And pregnant women should simply glow with "happiness" when deadly genetic experiments are carried out on their embryos in order to obtain children "with predetermined characteristics." It's a pity Ms Radchenko was not asked during the interview how much she sold Russian children for?

The administration of the city of Klin expressed its readiness to become a pilot region for the implementation of the Childhood 2030 project. On September 19, 2009 Alina Radchenko, together with UNICEF representatives, presented the above-mentioned project as part of the city day celebration. As practice shows, officials never delve into the content of a project, especially when UN representatives promise a lot of money for its implementation. The more cynical the project, the more chances that it will be approved, because destructive educational projects are well paid by foreign organizations. UNICEF representatives put forward a prerequisite for the implementation of the project: the position of the ombudsman for the rights of the child should be introduced. Why did they need this position so badly? The ombudsperson removes children from lessons and explains to children their rights: how parents and teachers oppress them, forcing them to make their bed and wash dishes, how to sue them. This practice is very widely used in the western regions of Moscow. After such a “clarification of rights,” the children become unmanageable, refuse to help around the house, claiming that they are not paid for it. Methodically and skillfully, a wall is erected between children and parents.

The project manager A. Radchenko, together with representatives of the public chamber of the Russian Federation and the president of the My Generation Foundation, the official customer of the project, continues to organize presentations and round tables, promoting this "miracle" project throughout the country. Showing slides with smiling children, making sweet conversations about the development of "children's creative initiative", which is supposedly possible only within the framework of this project, she managed to interest the mayor of the city of Murmansk S. Subbotin.

On September 17, 2010, representatives of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, together with the President of the My Generation Foundation, Mr. Lebedev, visited Voronezh. Gathering teachers and members of the public at the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, they worked according to the same scheme: they misled them for hours, praising the project, showed beautiful slides, opposed “competent parenting” to “ignorant parenting”. Before their arrival, Voronezh residents had no idea that, in the opinion of the project developers, they were “ignorant parents,” and all without exception, since they had not received a document from these gentlemen giving them the right to raise their own children. And without him, children can be removed from the family. In addition, the project provides for the introduction of the "Unified Social Standard". This is a certain level of material well-being. If this innovation is introduced, three quarters of Russian families may lose their children "for inappropriate maintenance."

You don't need to have seven spans in your forehead to understand: if this would-be project is fully implemented, a handful of biorobots, controlled from a "single information center", should remain from Russia. Here it is - the embodiment of the dream of Adolf Hitler. But even if this project is only partially implemented, it will be a huge blow to children, family, education and demography. The project developers are well aware that by destroying the family and school, they will finally destroy our long-suffering country. Are the leaders of the state unable to understand that from such a "modernization" the people's patience can very soon overflow?
