Current news on real estate tax:

Real estate tax in 2013, which will be paid by Russians, will consist of the current land tax and property tax of individuals. Svetlana Bondarchuk, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, spoke about this.

The cadastral value of the corresponding taxable item will be set as the tax base for the 2013 real estate tax. Tax rates are expected to range from 0.05 percent to 0.3 percent.

From comments:

Our real estate is property (Article 35 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation). How property tax can be introduced. And where does the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation look. Such a tax looks like a seller who sold you clothes and runs after the buyer demanding to pay more motivating - "that you wear the things you bought from him."

For an adobe house of 47 sq.m., lined with red gnarled bricks, in 2012 I paid 7500 rubles of tax. In 2013, you need to pay 8500r! The tax authorities say, everything is correct 1% of the value of the BTI appraisal! How much will I pay in 2014? I will probably raise my salary at the same rate!

My husband and I have been building a house for 12 years now. We deny ourselves literally everything. And here you are. I have to pay for what I have built with my own hands and with my hump. It is very insulting for myself and for those like us.

Probably no fuel-free or any other technologies will help us. Since they will come up with new taxes, it is NECESSARY to rip off. For example: he built himself a house on his own salary, from which a tax has already been taken, tax has also been taken from the purchased building materials. While building, taxes increased. Now I have to pay such a tax, as if the house was built for me by the tax office. It looks like the state does not need people to build for themselves. In any case, he will tear three skins from us. The promised program "affordable housing for everyone" does not work, but such as "decent housing", do not even keep in mind.

Real estate tax - slavery for the people

The State Duma of the Russian Federation has been working on the law "On real estate tax" for some time. There is almost no information about this in the media, there were only a few mentions in articles on the Internet. Real estate tax, calculated on the basis of the market value of the property, will be paid by the residents of Russia from 2011! This is exactly what State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Sergei Shatalov stated in an Internet interview with the Consultant-Plus company. But do taxpayers understand, on whose shoulders this new tax will fall, what it will bring them? I think not.

For if taxpayers could imagine the consequences of the introduction of this new tax, they would not sit still, but would lose sleep, at least! And that's why! When a person acquires this or that property as his property, the participation of the state in this transaction is logical and natural. And then, the tax on the transaction when selling real estate in favor of the state should not exceed 15% of the transaction value. And at the same time it will be fair if this tax is paid by the seller of the property.

And that's why. The buyer pays for the purchased property with money, having received a loan from the bank or with money from his own savings, which remained after all taxes were paid to the state from his wages or profits from his own business. Therefore, it would be unfair if the buyer pays tax on the acquired property from the funds from which all taxes owed have already been paid.

Thus, the tax on the sale of real estate, in theory, should fall entirely on the shoulders of the real estate seller. And now it is necessary to establish how much property tax should be paid. Real estate is being sold at market value at the time of sale, and this is natural. But how much does a real estate sell MUSTpay tax remains to be seen. Suppose that the seller of real estate bought it a few years before its sale, for example, for 200 thousand dollars, and at the time of the sale the market value of this property became equal to 500 thousand dollars. Now the question arises as to how much the seller of real estate should pay sales tax?

It will be fair if the seller of the property pays tax on the amount: 500,000 - 200,000 = 300,000. For this amount is the seller's income from the sale of real estate. After all, this property was purchased earlier for 200 thousand dollars from their own savings, which remained after all taxes were paid. So sales tax in a situation like this MUSTtaxed only 300 thousand dollars. And it will be fair!

Now, let's see if a person should, in principle, pay real estate tax at market value every year, and what does this tax actually mean? If a person purchased this or that property as a PRIVATE PROPERTY and immediately paid the full amount to the seller, then he (the buyer) becomes the only legal owner of this property. If the buyer of real estate used a bank loan to purchase real estate, then until the full repayment of the loan, the acquired real estate practically belongs to the BANK. But if, nevertheless, a person purchased real estate and paid in full for it his own funds, then, in accordance with Article 35 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, THE RIGHT OF PRIVATE PROPERTY IS PROTECTED BY LAW, AND EVERYONE IS RIGHT TO HAVE PROPERTY IN OWNERSHIP, OWN, USE IT, AS ONLY, AND IN JOINT WITH OTHER PERSONS!

Thus, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, everyone has the right to private property! Real estate also belongs to the category of private property and is protected by the Private Property Law! Therefore, a completely natural question arises about the legality of introducing real estate tax, which is contrary to the Constitution of the Russian Federation! If this is private property, then on what basis should a person who owns it by law pay property tax ?!

The introduction of a tax on real estate actually means the abolition of private ownership of it. And that's why!

If the owner of the property fails to pay the property tax for some time, the state will take this property from the private owner! If so, then it turns out that the property is STATE PROPERTY, NOT PRIVATE, AND A CITIZEN ONLY RENT IT FROM THE STATE!Real estate tax in the Russian Federation is supposed to be introduced equal to ONE PERCENTAGE OF THE MARKET VALUE OF REAL ESTATE.

If so, then man SHOULD NOT PAY THE MARKET VALUE OF THE REAL ESTATE BUT ONLY RENT TO THE STATE FOR THE USE OF THE REAL ESTATE IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE PERCENT OF ITS MARKET VALUE. But in this case, there can be no question of private property in general and private property in real estate. Otherwise, there is a direct violation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Russia is not the only country in which the right to private property of citizens is violated. In the stronghold of the world "democracy" - the United States of America - the right to private property is violated in the same way, and the property tax is also ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL! Most of the citizens of not only Russia, but also the United States, and many, many other countries of the world DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, due to their ignorance and incompetence in these matters. And those who know about this do not pay these taxes, or come up with special schemes for avoiding paying them.

And it is precisely the people who are well aware of the unconstitutionality of the real estate tax who are now deliberately passing it through the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the corresponding institutions of power in Russia. And they do it with only one purpose - to turn ordinary inhabitants of the country into SLAVES! And these are not just words, but, as they say, the true truth, and here's why!

The average market value of housing, for example, in Moscow, is about 400-500 thousand US dollars, so the real estate tax per year from this amount will be 4-5 thousand dollars per year! At a cost of 1 US dollar at 32-34 rubles, the annual property tax for its owner will turn out to be 128,000 - 160,000 rubles, at least!

And this means that the owner of a privatized apartment with an average market value of real estate in Moscow MUST PAY 128,000 - 160,000 RUBLES A YEAR TO THE STATE, IN ADDITION TO ALL UTILITY PAYMENTS, WHICH ARE PAYED MONTHLY! And those unlucky people who live in the center of Moscow will have to pay TWO-THREE MORE TIMES for the same living space - 256000-384000 RUBLES A YEAR FOR YOUR OWN HOUSING! And now the question arises: which of the people who receive a salary will be able to pay such amounts, and even every year, regardless of whether the owner of this "private" property is healthy or not, how many children he has in his family and, in general, dependents ! By the way, "Zakon" considers both children and elderly parents, as well as any non-working family member, to be dependents!

Someone might argue that such prices are possible only in Moscow, where housing prices are much higher than in other provinces of the country, and they will be right and wrong at the same time! Indeed, real estate prices in Moscow are much higher than prices for similar housing in other cities and towns of Russia, but … and salaries in Moscow are also much higher than salaries in the regions, so real estate tax will hit not only Muscovites, but all ordinary citizens Russian Federation! It will not just hit, but will turn most of the population of Russia into real SLAVES!

To pay real estate tax, most Russian citizens will have to take out a bank loan, EVEN FOR FULLY PAID REAL ESTATE! And very soon this will only lead to the fact that this property will become the property of the bank and, sooner or later, will be sold under the hammer, and its legal owners will end up on the street EVEN WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!

This is exactly what the majority of Russian citizens are waiting for, if the law on real estate tax is adopted and enters into force! In this situation, it will not be possible to sit on the sidelines, no matter how much someone wants to! Only if all citizens together express their will in the form of a protest against the imposition of real estate tax, it is possible to avoid such slavery!

For your information: in the USA 90% of the COUNTRY'S POPULATION LIVE IN DEBT, AND 70% NEVER CALCULATE THEIR DEBTS! This has never happened before! Even a slave could get freedom and live freely. Parasitic capitalism, which they are trying to impose on Russia, only creates the illusion that man is free! Yes, today almost no one wears a slave collar, but … invisible financial and other collars turn out to be much more reliable, if only because almost no one even notices them! But the fact that you cannot see them with your eyes and touch them with your hands does not mean that they DO NOT EXIST !!!
