They were still sitting on moss-covered rocks. Nearby, a stream was still running merrily, and drops of water sparkled in the rays of the autumn sun and seemed to be talking about something. From this, the stream gurgled, as if an uncountable number of drops were participating in the conversation. The stones were as if laid by someone on purpose, and it seemed that they constituted some kind of ancient structure. In places they seemed to grow out of the ground. It is not clear why, but they were all of a different shade, and this gave the impression that they, like the forest, were similar to the people. It seemed that they, too, were going through their own period of life, in which each had its own place, time and task.

Grandfather looked around, and then bent down and picked up a stone that lay almost under his feet. He seemed to see the boy's thoughts flowing. Somehow, the grandfather seemed to be reading his mind.

- That's how interesting it is in life, the whole essence of the world is usually under our feet, but we do not notice - he chuckled. We stand, one might say, on it and do not notice. Here's a stone, for example, what is it?

- Solid - answered the boy.

- And if we begin to squeeze or knock this solid stone against one another, what will happen?

- He will probably split, the boy shrugged his shoulders.

- It turns out that he, albeit firm, but also has his weakness in this world. But while it is intact, we can use it as a support, lean on it. And you can also build what kind of structure. But can he fly to heaven?

- Myself?! Of course not. If you just throw it, the boy smiled.

- Only in the sky will he not stay? His weight pulls him to the ground - as if his grandfather was thinking.

- Will fall back of course - the boy nodded.

- Otherwise, smooth it and it will fall on our heads from heaven. And then it will hurt the head. Look how interesting it turns out! Our stone is both hard and heavy, but why is it so? And from the fact, Alyosha, that he is dense. And he belongs to the dense world. And it will hurt that density collides with density. It turns out that on the one hand, the dense world is a Support for us, and on the other hand, Pain. Maybe that's why our ancestors called it the Explicit World? Because these things are so obvious that there is no need to explain much.

So there you go! The whole Earthly World, Alyosha, can be described as Emptiness and Density. The earth belongs to the world of density. It is, as it were, akin to our body. And density is, on the one hand, a support, and on the other hand, pain. So? So you walked along the street, your feet rested on the ground and the ground was a support, you stumbled over a stone and fell. So much for you it hurts. From the fact that density collided with density. The soul has added a sensual coloring to this, so that you understand exactly how it hurts, and the mind answers you from what it hurts, i.e. found the reason. The main body understands where the density is, there is support and pain. We can say that the Body only understands density. In other words, he has his own consciousness for communication with the Explicit World. It only speaks with density. And he speaks to you only in the language of pain. When there is a threat to life or illness, it reacts to it in such a way that you begin to feel pain. It says so to you. Your attention attracts to itself, so that you would begin to listen. And then you begin to perceive with your soul exactly what you are feeling, and with your head you start to think about what happened. The body is only given to explore and change the world of density. Like clothes for labor in this world. The soul itself cannot change this world without a body. As the souls of the dead, for example, that they cannot tear themselves away from the dense world and remain here as ghosts, they cannot influence the Explicit World.

- Why do they stay? - the little boy got interested.

- They are strongly connected with the dense world. Keeping their cases unfinished. There are various reasons. Densities are attracted to the ground and do not allow to rise. For example, they have a body left here, but they cannot accept that they can live without it. So they walk around him, but they don't notice the other world. Well, how people in this world do not see that everything is alive around. But what can I say, some even on a bus full of people do not see others nearby. And some simply did not have joy in their lives, that there was not enough light in their souls to begin a Glorious life in heaven. So they wander here in their thoughts. That is why they call them Navi creatures. Nav is the World of Reflections, the ancestors called it that. This is not some kind of afterlife, as many people understand. This is the Inner World, in which you live as well as outside. That is, they now live in reflections on the past life, on what they did wrong and do not see the next one, because they will not leave this past life in any way. They seem to experience it anew, without a body already, in their thoughts. Well, there will be a special conversation about that. Everything has its time. And let's talk about these worlds, in which a person lives at the same time about light and dark souls, and why this happens. After all, we still have a whole life ahead - the grandfather grinned.

So there you go! The soul, in contrast to the body, needs a less dense world. For the body, this is the world of emptiness. This does not mean that it is actually empty then. The soul, after all, it always goes where there is no density. She avoids pain and suffering. Because she doesn't need it and because she knows how it hurts. And she knows that she will not return home without joy. Her home is in another world. But it seems to be glued to the body. As if every joint of the body is glued to the soul. Therefore, the body expresses the impulses of the soul, whether it wants it or not. It is sometimes called body language. Everything for our darling is interesting in this world. He's always like new to her. And from the fact that if there is emptiness in it, then hunger in it seems to be constant. She needs new impressions, feelings and emotions, like wood for a fire. Do you remember our conversation about the fire that burns in the soul? Everything unknown attracts her. So there you go! If the task of the body is to perceive pain, then the soul translates this pain into a feeling of fear, and gives color to this feeling. The world of the soul is less dense, but even in that world it can be injured. In a word, for example. Heartache is Resentment. To offend a person is like pricking a soul. Because in that World where our Soul comes from, and it is possible to create with the word. The word for the Soul is the same as a stone for the Body. And if the soul is pricked, then the person begins to Oppress himself (to be shy) and to Squeeze (to squeeze himself). At the same time, his soul shrinks and hides in the body. And from the fact that she is hiding, a person stops creating, because he no longer lives with his soul. From that, probably, if you tightly squeeze the body, then you can strangle. But you can look further. In the soul, if the resentment is strong, then pain appears in the body. And if there is a lot of resentment, then the soul creates a separate space in the body, where this pain and resentment adds up. Therefore, they probably say that all diseases are from the nerves. Now people do not see exactly what and how. Not from nerves - From mental anguish. When the Soul hurts, the Body screams.

Let's look at the stone again. Our stone, again, cannot fly away into the sky by itself, because it is connected to the earth. The dense world attracts density. But the soul, on the contrary, rushes up to the heights, as if to a native home. That's why they say "soars". A person comes out attached to his earthly body, and his soul strives for heaven. And until he leaves his body, that soul will not fly into heaven. Yes, only for this journey, the light in the soul should be enough. And for this, your earthly life must be lived in Joy, for it is only a single moment. And if he has not yet experienced this in the world, then the soul will always strive back. Such is the essence of it. So that's Alyosha. So, there is no need to rush. That is why they probably say: he who understands life is in no hurry.

For now, the main thing is to remember that the Solid World is like a stone. And a stone can serve as a support and turn around in pain. We will need this further.
