Attention to the question: was the fact of the extermination of 6 million Jews by the Nazis established during the International Military Tribunal?

In our case, in the case of Roman Yushkov, the "right-giving fact" was the bare, not duly confirmed words of Rudolf Hess included in the text of the verdict of the International Military Tribunal: six million Jews were killed, of which four million were killed in extermination centers."
