All this sounded revolutionary after the talk about US hegemony in the world, about American exceptionalism - Obama's usual themes.

But is it worth waiting for fundamental changes in US policy? Hardly, experts say. The country is in deep crisis, which it will try to overcome as usual at the expense of others.

Yes, Trump is not a henchman of speculative financial capital, but industrial capital. But is Trump really so far from the financiers? ST Mnuchin was appointed Minister of Finance in his government. Europe wants to change

Of course, the United States has managed to become the world hegemon, holding the whole world in its fist. But today this hegemony is turning against them. The grip of his fist has eased and the world is trying to break free. Change in the United States will no doubt stimulate change around the world.

On January 12, 2017, in the German city of Koblenz, a conference of leaders of the Eurosceptic parties took place: National Front (France), Northern League (Italy), Flemish Interest (Belgium), Austrian Freedom Party, Svoboda (Netherlands). The initiator of the conference was the leader of the National Front Marine Le Pen. The main event of the conference was the entry into the alliance of the German party "Alternative for Germany" and the creation of the "road map" of the Eurosceptics alliance for 2017.

"European populists", as the liberal press calls them, are actually patriots of nation states, uniting "to abolish the European Union and rapprochement with Russia, trying to become mediators between the Kremlin and the White House."

They agreed to support each other during the upcoming election campaigns in the European Parliament. The congress was accompanied by protests from liberal and leftist organizations, human rights activists from the AVAAZ network brought a banner on which the leaders of the right-wing association were depicted as the successors of the dictators - Stalin, Hitler, Franco, Petain and Mussolini. Note that the resource AVAAZ strongly opposed Trump.

European conservative politicians are gaining more and more influence. Thus, Norbert Hofer of the Freedom Party nearly became the president of Austria, Marine Le Pen leads the ratings of candidates for the presidency in France, the head of the League of the North, Matteo Salvini, achieved the resignation of Italian Prime Minister Renzi in a referendum.

Speaking to her comrades-in-arms, Marine Le Pen congratulated Trump on his inauguration, emphasized the victory of the British people in the Brexit affair and declared 2017 the year of Europe's liberation from globalism and the dictatorship of anti-national liberal elites. Le Pen stands for an alliance with Russia, for the recognition of Crimea as the territory of the Russian Federation.

The choice of Koblenz as the venue for such an event was not accidental. The famous Austrian statesman Clemens von Metternich was born in this city. He took an active part in the creation of the Holy Alliance, a conservative alliance of Russia, Austria and Prussia, whose main goal was to oppose liberal revolutions in Europe.

Eurosceptics find support from the public and even from some groups of political elites in Europe, who are not enthusiastic about US domination, which translates into the deduction of 2% of the countries' budgets to NATO, which essentially sponsors the US military industry. The second side of American domination - the refugee crowds in Europe - are the product of the alliance's military adventures.

The British Brexit should also be attributed to the changes in Europe, although the picture here is complex, it may contain financial games that are beneficial to America, so the British Prime Minister first flew to the United States.

The results of the presidential elections in Bulgaria should also be considered among the anti-globalization changes in Europe. The winner was a couple nominated by the opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party: Major General Rumen Radev, the former commander of the country's Air Force, and Iliana Yotova, a MEP, journalist. In the second round, they won about 59% of the vote. This choice means a change in the course of the poorest EU country - from a pro-American globalism to a pro-Russian orientation.

Changes are also taking place in Chisinau - this is the election of the pro-Russian President of Moldova Igor Dodon, his meeting with Putin and negotiations with the head of Transnistria on lifting the blockade of the unrecognized republic.

But what is the pro-Russian course? There are two Russias - the prosperous Russia of the oligarchs and the dying Russia of the people, a vanishing country with dwindling sovereignty. Who will Trump and the pro-Russian forces of Europe be friends with?

What can trigger change in Russia?

Russia is in a dying situation that must be changed immediately. Hundreds of experts on the Web are literally shouting about this, although the official TV of the Russian Federation emits cheerful patriotism.

Trump's coming to power in the United States is the most desirable, soft version of change, which is launched by a reasonable part of the ruling elite.

In Russia, this is hardly possible, because the Russian elites are worse than the American ones. American elites are patriots of their country, which big business sees as its headquarters.

The Russian elites of the era of "democratic reforms" are a colonial administration made up of people who are ready to plunder and destroy their country to please the American master. Russian elites do not associate their vital interests with Russia, they have everything in the West - children, real estate, accounts … Russia for them is a territory that can and should be plundered. Hence the hysterical jubilation of the federal media over the election of Trump in the hope of earning his love and lifting the sanctions so inconvenient for the Russian elites. But what will the lifting of the sanctions give to the common people? Nothing. Taxes, tariffs and prices will continue to rise, which means further impoverishment of Russian citizens.

The campaign of frenzied praise for Trump in the Russian media has clearly shown that for our elites the American president is much more important than the problems of Ryazan, Kazan and other cities and towns of EREFiya.

Can Russia live with such managers? Of course no.

There are many factors that can trigger positive changes in the country. Let's dwell on two of them, quite powerful: poverty and criminal criminalization of the food market.

It is necessary to restore the organizations of civil society, cut off by the authorities by the roots. It is necessary to revive the killed trade unions. Everyone needs to understand that a citizen has no right to evade the fulfillment of his civic duty - to restore order in his state, to look for ways to rectify the situation. It is not good for Russians to lag behind America and Europe.
