What do you think is rest? How do you relax? Is it right to rest this way or that way? How do you feel about such and such a form of recreation? Don't you think it's silly to waste a lot of money to wallow on the beach?

All these and similar questions, except for the first one, do not make sense to me, although I have tried to answer them before. To understand why this is so, I will answer the question what is rest in my understanding.

First, I will give a definition using esoteric terminology, because it is easier and faster for me personally to reveal the meaning. So, rest is an activity in which all the subtle bodies of a person and his physical body come to a harmonious state. That is, they normalize by themselves and come into a more coordinated interaction with each other.

Now the same thing in more understandable language. A person has a physical body. There are also several mental spheres, among which the volitional, emotional and rational can be especially noted. In addition, a person has motives, values, ideals, intuition, and for a religious person it is also important to mention his life mission, determined by God and a particle of God Himself in a person. All these areas must work in harmony: in concert with each other, and each of them must work correctly and smoothly on its own. I understand that it would be better to define more precisely what it means "consistently", "smoothly", etc., but I am sure that the reader will endow these words with the necessary measure himself, if he wants.

So, if a person's activity LEADS to this state, then such activity is rest. If it DOES NOT LEAD, then this is not a rest, but something else. For example, slave labor or a waste of time, degradation or deliberate sabotage. Anything else but rest.

Absolutely all the people who started talking with me about the rest, repelled first of all from the form. They described a specific activity and asked if it was a good activity or not. Or they asked me a question about how I was resting, expecting an answer in the form of a description of specific actions (usually I called running, reading, lying on the couch, listening to music, that is, what came to mind).

I ask them to remember the most important point: IT IS NOT IMPORTANT what the form is, the content is important. Either the activity LEADS to the described state, or it DOES NOT. And the TYPE does not matter. The form of rest takes on significance AFTER a person answered the question about the mismatch of his bodies (physical body, mental spheres and everything else) and understood what kind of effort he needs to make in order to achieve harmony in their structure and interaction.

In different periods of time for a person there can be different activities that turn out to be rest. I'll tell you about myself. At some moments, the best rest for me was running 20 km. Physically, this almost did not bother me at all, but my psyche was resting very well, while the thought process was forced and useful thoughts came to my mind. I ran this distance from 1 to 3-4 times a week, sometimes, however, I replaced it with 10 km of fast tiring running (in 35-45 minutes, depending on dozens of different factors). Sometimes the rest was a five-hour workout, and sometimes lying on the couch was just as long. Sometimes it is reading a book, and sometimes solving mathematical problems, in some cases the rest was work in the specialty, and sometimes swimming in cold water. And sometimes warm. Do you understand? The form does not matter, only ONE is important: either the activity brings everything back to normal, or not. If it does, it’s rest. So what needs to be done? That's right: look at yourself carefully and understand where the disharmony arose and think about how to eliminate it. Then the form of elimination is determined - this is the outward manifestation of rest. If for you it will be an excursion to the Pyramids, but for God's sake, what have I got to do with it? If for you this is the conquest of Everest, but for God's sake, again I am not your advisor here, you can at least read the "Bashorg", this is not my business.

Let's rehearse.

Question: Artyom, are people doing the right thing when they spend a lot of money to lie on the beach in another country?

Answer: The one that brings your subtle bodies into harmony most effectively. You choose the criterion of effectiveness yourself, depending on the situation. This can be the speed of rest, the amount of resources spent on rest, the number of useful things done along the way, etc.

Question: How do you relax?

Answer: I listen to myself, determine what has come into disharmony and try to understand how it fits into my concept of life management. If necessary, then I think how to fix it. Then I figure out how this can be implemented. I implement and form a habit or a ready-made plan for the future to do it all again faster and easier in the event of a similar disharmony in the future.

Sometimes it happens that in order to eliminate disharmony, you have to rethink your values and ideas, change your beliefs, because a mistake has been discovered in them. To do this, sometimes you have to read thick books, and sometimes write your own, however, less thick ones. It happens otherwise, when the rest takes not years, but a few seconds: you just need to do a dozen squats to disperse the heart a little.

Here is the simplest example: eyes get tired when working with text. What's this? This is the disharmony of a part of the physical body - the incomparability of the load on the eyes and the physical abilities of the eyes themselves. Eliminated by balancing the load with periods of relaxation followed by eye exercises. Sometimes it is eliminated only with medications. And sometimes only surgically. However, a detailed analysis of the situation may reveal that the problem is not on the physical plane of Being, but above. For example, a person is engaged in nonsense - playing stupid computer games. The eyes get tired, but the reason is no longer that he does not rest with his eyes, but that he allows a more fundamental mismatch in the higher spheres of his manifestation, in fact, goes against his life mission. Illness of the physical eyes here will be only a minor consequence of a fundamental mistake in life, and not a natural consequence of some useful work. In other words, it is not always appropriate to look for the causes of physical problems in the physical body, as a rule, all problems begin in much higher spheres, most often I find them in misunderstanding or in refusal to accept certain life circumstances, in abandoning my purpose. This leads to wrong activity, and it, in turn, spoils the rest of the picture: emotions, will, and physiology. If the life mission is in order, then the problem begins below, for example, in the mismatch of their ideals with their motives. Or mind with emotion. Or will and reason. There are a lot of private combinations, but I will try to touch on the topic of finding the source of the problem in another article.

Someone might say: what if playing games for the purpose of degradation is a person's life mission? My answer will always boil down to the following: it is NOT YOU to decide. It is a person who decides for himself how much he himself understands or does not understand his life mission. Although it is quite possible to hint to him about the dubiousness of such a mission, and it happens that a long hint of many hours with brainwashing is enough.

The main thing is that in the end the person himself comes to the correct conclusions, and not to yours.

There is two reasons, according to which modern people are fundamentally unable to properly rest. The firstlies in the fact that the very historically formed way of life of modern people PRINCIPALLY does not allow to rest properly. The modern urban rhythm contradicts the very existence of man as a biological species, for which reason absolutely all people living in cities are deprived of the opportunity to rest completely. If the reader wants, he will see other obstacles in the urban environment, from which it follows that even not completely resting is a problem.

Someone will say: "Well, a bottle of beer solves the problem, but the author is a sucker!"

I agree with the last statement, but a bottle of beer is not a rest, it is a classic version of "sweeping under the carpet", when disharmony in the physical and emotional terms is simply shifted to the volitional sphere, to the sphere of reason, suppresses intuition, tramples on ideals and generally contradicts the Divine in person. The physical body later acquires an even higher degree of internal mismatch, so the only thing that rests in this action is emotions. Everything else suffers, but if emotions are calm, a person is hardly able to notice or adequately perceive it. This brings us to the second reason.

The secondthe reason is a lack of understanding of what rest is. A person can start from the form of recreation, and not from its content, and therefore will choose an expensive trip, for example, to Hawaii (to lie on the beach with garbage from the Pacific Ocean, which he and his colleagues on the planet sketched there). Then the person returns back to his metropolis and for three full working days loses all his "rest", again turning into a boiled crab. Why? Because a person has adjusted his astral sphere (emotions) and physical (and that is doubtful), but did not take care of everyone else at all. As a result, after returning, the rest of the spheres that have not rested immediately hit the emotions, and those will not last long. If there is disharmony, then a separate adjustment of any one subtle body will not bring anything, because a return to the initial conditions will return everything back: the general devastation in the structure of subtle bodies will still creep out and disrupt the carefully tidied astral body. Murder will out.

For example, a man broke off at work and yelled at a cat … no, let it be at an employee. Have you lost your nerves? Let's admit. So he rested, lay on the beach, used escort services, what's next? He returned and yelled at his employee again. Why? Because the mistake was not in the sphere of emotions, but in the sphere of life's mission: the person worked in the wrong job, he not only did not like it, but even contradicted his development. A person simply wasted time on it, and he understood this, which resulted in nervous breakdowns - emotions, as a protective mechanism of the psyche, discharged this monstrous mismatch in higher spheres, but their discharge in itself is not a solution to the problem. So rest can be something else. What? For example, a transfer to another job, and the same beach with cats may well be used to “zero out” negative emotions … no, let it be with the employees. But according to my observations, this is no longer required, because another problem may arise in the field of mismatch between animals and human values.

Another example: my heart hurts. Why? Maybe you're just tired and need to lie down to rest? Incorrect answer. It is necessary to carry out diagnostics and, probably, it will turn out that it is wrong to sit at the computer for 12 hours a day, and therefore the rest will not "lie down", but run. And regularly, to balance a sedentary lifestyle. Instead of running, there can be any other physical labor that accelerates the heart. If a person cannot force himself to do this physical work, but prefers medicines, then he has a problem in the etheric plane (will), then it is necessary to establish will and physiology at the same time. There are a number of other exercises for this, for example, as a child, I forced myself to do something physically or intellectually difficult and left myself without lunch, dinner or any other food if I could not cope with this work, deprived myself of sweets for tea, some purchases and so on. He memorized pages of text, solved various problems from the textbook that were not asked at school, and other such punishments for the formal failure to perform a certain set of actions. In short, I did what was originally going on in consciousness under the light “I DO NOT WANT! I WILL NOT! " I'm not sure if this was a good option, because I stifled my already weak (by that time) emotions, the consequences of which I almost completely eliminated only this year (2018). That is, it took over 20 years. Although the idea itself is a good one, if you refine it.

In short, in order to rest properly, you need to know and understand what rest is, as well as to be in conditions that are conducive to its implementation, that is, in which the coordination of subtle bodies dominates over their mismatch during the exercise of rest. In most places where people live, this is impossible, and therefore the rest of almost all living people is replaced by its fake semblance.

Just in case, I will add a saving phrase, without which some of the readers will attack me with angry accusations. Here it is: I also belong to this majority of people who do not know how to rest. Seeing a problem in itself does NOT make me an expert at solving it, although many people I know believe that seeing a problem in itself is just enough to call myself an expert. But this is no longer my business.

PS … Sometimes I noticed that people ask me questions about rest in order to find excuses for their ways of degradation. They are looking for something in my answers that they can “catch on” and turn the situation around so that their favorite way of degradation fits my description of rest. Here's a present for you guys in the form of this article! By my definition, you can justify anything. For example, you can always say, "I lie there and spit on the ceiling, because it allows me to become better and to align the fastest." For God's sake! I also do this sometimes, only from experience I advise you to simultaneously solve systems of equations in your mind. So he rests a little faster.
