"Aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years," said former defense minister

Aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years and have caused panic and chaos at the height of the Cold War, the former defense minister said.

Former Minister of National Defense of Canada said that at least four types of aliens have been visiting Earth for decades and that the highest authorities constantly communicate with extraterrestrial beings.

Paul Hellyer, who was Canada's national defense minister during the 1960s during the Cold War, claims he has classified information that senior members of the governments of Earth's leading states are in league with aliens.

Mr. Hellyer first talked about aliens being on Earth in 1995 and has since become an authority figure in the UFO community.

In an interview with RT, Mr. Hellyer said: “During the Cold War in 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in Russia flying from the UFO base, which was located in southern Russia, all over Europe.

“The NATO high command in Europe was just in a panic and was ready to press the alarm button when they turned around and flew over the North Pole back to base.

"They decided to conduct an investigation, which they conducted for three years, and found out, with absolute certainty, that four different types of aliens have visited our planet for millennia."

Mr. Hellyer argues that alien species come to Earth from different star systems.

He said: “Many are benevolent and friendly towards earthlings, and some are not. They come from different star systems."

“There are aliens who come from the Andromeda nebula, and there are those who live on one of Saturn's moons.

"There is a federation of aliens, and they have rules, one of them is that they should not interfere in our earthly affairs if they do not have the consent to do so."

The former minister also said that alien visitors tried to warn humanity that our earthly civilization is developing on the wrong path, and that the United States is spending billions of dollars on so-called "dark projects" that lead earthlings to a dead end.

Mr. Hellyer said, “Decades ago, aliens warned us that we were going in the wrong direction and offered to help. Instead, some leaders interpreted these visits as a threat and rejected any assistance."

“The irony is that the United States must fight the monstrously costly wars that are waged to spread democracy in various countries, when they themselves no longer have the right to declare themselves as a democratic country, when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars are spent on "black projects".
