A team of Russian scientists in the period from 1986 to the present has developed and implemented in many practical applications a set of breakthrough technologies based on the use of the unique properties of restructured water (RSV-technologies).
The RSV technologies developed within the framework of the Oratai project are based on the reconstruction of the primary structure of water and the restoration of its information potential, distorted as a result of human economic activity and the nature-denying effect of man on his habitat. Reconstruction of the primary properties of water in RSV technologies is ensured by the harmonization of its material structure by crushing to the subatomic level and subsequent recombination at the macrolevel.
In order to support these works and accelerate the creation and provision of agricultural enterprises in Russia with new equipment and technology for alternative farming (with a complete rejection of chemical fertilizers) for the production of environmentally friendly agricultural products, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted a resolution of 28.08.1992, No. 715 " On the development of new technologies and the creation of technical means for alternative farming."
The results obtained within the framework of the implementation of this decree of the Government of the Russian Federation have shown the high efficiency of the use of these technologies in such vital spheres of human activity as:
- agricultural production;
- fish farming;
- cleaning and complete disinfection of household and industrial wastewater, including the treatment of highly toxic waste from chemical plants and other hazardous industries;
- production of building materials;
- and in many other practical applications.
The most relevant and vital direction of the widespread introduction of the developed RSV technologies is the production of ecologically clean agricultural products and the complete restoration of the natural fertility of the land, which is now practically destroyed in most developed countries of the world by the intensive use of chemical farming.
