We live in an amazing time when sudden changes on a global scale ruthlessly sweep away everything fleeting and superficial in human life, exposing his (person's) essential needs, presenting them as they were originally intended.

Right now, we, separated by self-isolation, have a short time to slow down and think about who we are, why we live, what do we really need in life ?!

The answers to these questions are extremely important for us, because amid the escalating hysteria over the coronavirus and the collapse of the global economy, there are those who are ready to arrogate to themselves the right to be responsible for us!

Control through fear

Biologists, answering the questions of life, will incline us to the idea that everything in a person's life is determined by his unconscious animal instincts (innate behavioral reactions), among which the most important are the instinct of dominance, closely related to the sexual instinct and the instinct of caring for offspring, the instinct quenching thirst and hunger, which in the flock is transformed into the need for a “fair” (taking into account the ranks prevailing among animals) distribution of the benefits of life, and which is closely related to the need of an individual and a group of individuals for protection from adverse environmental conditions (self-preservation instinct).

Biologists will also say that the maternal instinct of the female, expressed in the need to share food and care with her child, through a long path of natural selection led to the development of the frontal region of the brain in primates, which at some point began to be used by individuals for creative expression, and began, in fact, the history of the "creative" human race.

Thoughtful sociology will lead us to the idea that, on the basis of innate behavioral reactions, basic human needs have arisen, among which there are both purely biologically motivated (the need to quench hunger and thirst, the need for safety, sexual reproduction, etc.) and deterministic the social nature of a person (a person's needs for property, freedom, self-expression, etc.).

So is it really that everything, in the final analysis, is determined by the animal nature of man, or its social derivatives ?! But what about the “moral law within us”, the need for love and creative sublime manifestations ?! What animal impulses can explain man's struggle for goodness and justice, his selfless service to his neighbors ?!

It must be said that here biology and sociology find logical explanations for the "highest manifestations of the human psyche", explaining such manifestations in essence by the "distortion and perversion" of the initial animal instincts!

Earlier, religion (by ascetic limitation) and art (by aesthetic complication) followed the path of elevating the creative manifestations of human consciousness. Modern science attunes itself to the search for the primordial animal instincts that underlie this consciousness.

This is done with an understandable purpose, since the basis of any instinct is the fear of loss - rank in society, life and health, property, food and other things - but only through fear is a person's freedom diminished, and it becomes easier for him to manipulate, that is - to rule!

The generation brought up by the Russian cultural tradition, including its Soviet period, will object and say that there is another way! This is the way of educating a person and society as a whole! The path is long, through many obstacles. The path that can be made only if there is Love in your soul - to the Person, to the Fatherland, to Your Work … Generations, however, “shaped” by postmodern mocking frenzy, accustomed to testing everything and everyone with the pragmatics of pleasures, the presence of sexual connotations, even such “pretentious words are ashamed to pronounce publicly.

In response to the modern cultural demand, the ruling elites stop using human education as a method of improving social relations, managerial influences on society are simplified to the level of manipulation of a person's basic needs, his fears! Man, reasonable and creative, is deliberately overthrown from the pedestal of evolution, his consciousness is reduced to the level of animal instincts!

We see this on a regular basis: first, the ruling elite is thrown into a situation that threatens the loss of something important for a modern person (loss of life and health, property, pleasures, etc.), which is promoted by the media and "talkers" to the level of panic, and then to society the "only possible" way of getting rid of the presented danger is offered, even if it diminishes rights and freedoms …

Manifesto to Humanity

It is according to this scheme ("the injection of fear - the proposal of no alternative solution to the problem") the article of the longtime interlocker of globalist structures, Henry A. Kissinger, The Coronavirus Pandemic Will Forever Alter the World Order, published in the Wall Street Journal on April 3, 2020, is built. It is very difficult to assess the degree of this man's influence on world politics (here we are touching the political celestials!), So the scientific and political communities preferred to limit themselves either to routine references to the fact that “US hegemony will not pass in the future”, or even tried to notice Kissinger's words. Meanwhile, in terms of the presence in the article of meanings with a double bottom, as well as ultimatum statements "for countries and peoples", the text is perceived only as a kind of manifesto of hidden powerful forces, which is addressed to the world community.

First of all, attention is drawn to the fact that the author of the article presents the situation around the coronavirus in the colors of a global military confrontation, during which "powerful devastating blows" are inflicted on territories, economies and peoples. Informed Henry Kissinger associates such a confrontation with long-standing contradictions between two elite groups in the United States: Orthodox nationalists (identified in the article as adherents of the strategy "Fortress City led by a wise and strong Ruler") and globalist liberals (supporters of building a "New Digital World Order "). Between the lines, one can read the author's concern that hybrid information and biological "devastating blows" increase the "separation" of the country's ruling elites, which will be extremely difficult to overcome in the future! - And everyone should sit down and agree on the terms of the concession for the construction of this "New Wonderful World"!

Convincing the current US leadership to abandon the line on building a self-sufficient nationally oriented economic cluster, naturally, coupled with an independent project to promote the “Coming Global Leader” (perhaps even dissuading Trump from claiming to become Moshiach’s father-in-law), Henry Kissinger captures the following thought: “Neither one country, even the United States, cannot defeat the virus through purely national efforts!

By the way, this is an ultimatum to Trump! In order to agree with this thesis, it is enough to recall that in November 2015, a group of researchers in the journal Nature Medicine published a scientific article about the hybrid virus they created, in which 80% of the genome was made up of the SARS-CoV coronavirus, which caused the SARS outbreak, and 20% of the genome was coronavirus, the biological reservoir of which is bats. The researchers in their scientific article reported that the hybrid virus actively penetrates into human cells, multiplying with a high titer; at the date of publication, there was not a single drug "antidote" against it. This group of researchers was funded by private investors, had colossal financial and scientific resources, while a significant part of the work on the creation of a hybrid virus could be carried out in laboratories located outside the United States (in fact, located around the borders of Russia, including located on the territory of Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China).

Based on the fact of such a scientific publication, it should be admitted that Henry Kissinger brings to the current American leadership the simple idea that certain scientific and political groups have the necessary developments to carry out biological attacks on any territory and in any quantity, and the level of these developments is as follows: that the scientific community of the Whole United States of America will not have approaches in the fight against the deadly virus for too long! Therefore, sooner or later it will be necessary to discuss the terms of the capitulation of Trump's nationally-oriented policy! And it is better to do it now - before the collapse of the global economy and US government institutions!

What, according to Henry Kissinger, should follow the "capitulation of Trump" ?! First, these are “joint efforts of the whole world with a program”, despite the fact that “the attitude towards the social institutions of many countries that have turned out to be incapacitated will change”. We translate: these countries will completely lose their sovereignty and, perhaps, will no longer be considered as states, they will completely submit to the conductors of the New Digital World Order!

Second, to quote the author: “The current economic crisis is more complex: the implosion caused by the coronavirus is unlike anything known in history in its speed and global scale … necessary public health measures, such as social distancing and the closure of schools and businesses, exacerbate economic problems”, therefore“programs aimed at mitigating the effects of the looming chaos on the most vulnerable segments of the world's population”are required. We translate: the exit from the "coronavirus crisis", "the process of the collapse of the world economy" is not foreseen in the near future, therefore, the population driven into social isolation (literally, in their kennels) should be provided with a "basic subsistence income" so as not to die of hunger and live to die for "natural reasons." At the same time, it is quite obvious that our further right to life is determined by the presence or absence of a “basic subsistence income”, and, by and large, depends not on our work and creative abilities, but on our loyalty, and is completely in the hands of “Distributors of Digitized Benefits "!

Henry Kissinger advocates "the need to develop new methods and technologies for infection control and vaccine development for large populations." We translate: we are undoubtedly talking about total digital control over each of us, because how else (without the control of our biometric data) can we control the infections present in us? Each of us is subject to vaccination routinely, because if these vaccines are routinely created, they will be routinely applied to each of us (that is, compulsory). The purpose of this vaccination is not obvious! Given that the creation of vaccines, according to the laws of the pharmaceutical industry, will inevitably end up in the hands of the creators of hybrid viruses themselves (after all, they are the best at the relevant subject of scientific knowledge).

Third, Henry Kissinger defends the principles of a liberal world order. He says that "the basis of modern governance is the idea of a fortified city under the protection of powerful rulers, sometimes despotic, sometimes benevolent, but always strong enough to protect citizens from an external enemy."

However, according to Kissinger, "the philosophers of the Enlightenment rethought this concept, stating that the goal of a legitimate state is to ensure the basic needs of the people: security, order, economic well-being and justice", but "people cannot provide this for themselves on their own!"

Kissinger says: "The world's democracies must defend and uphold the values of the Enlightenment." He states: “The general imbalance between power and legitimacy will lead to the disintegration of the social contract both domestically and internationally. Yet this millennial issue of legitimacy and power cannot be resolved simultaneously with the fight to overcome the plague COVID-19.”

This is the key thought of Mr. Kissinger! Let's learn from the greats and try to figure out what he said here! -

The legitimacy of the authorities is the consent of the people to the actions of the authorities, the voluntary recognition of their right to make decisions that are binding for the functioning of the state, formalized either by the democratic procedure for the election of representatives of the authorities, or by class-religious consensus.

At the same time, the lower the level of legitimacy of the government (the higher the level of misunderstanding of its actions and mistrust towards it), the more it (the government) is forced to rely on the institutions of coercion.

Speaking of "disrupting the balance between power and legitimacy," Kissinger seems to insist that the COVID-19 situation is untie the hands of elite groups - the government no longer needs legitimacy in the eyes of the population; since the basic human needs - security, order, economic well-being and justice - the population is not able to provide for themselves on their own, it will obey any actions of the authorities that meet the needs of the population. The population is deprived of the previously declared democratic rights and freedoms, the “voice of the people” is no longer taken into account in relations with the authorities!

Now, over a population deprived of the right to vote, any social experiments are possible, to which people will resignedly obey, because, according to Kissinger, "the social contract of power and population has disintegrated" and democratic electoral prejudices no longer restrain this power. In matters of state governance, the population is no longer a minority partner of the government, but is a freeloader, the expediency of whose further existence is in question!

Hence, Kissinger speaks not about the rights of the population, stipulated by a social contract with the authorities, but about the basic needs of the population. Reducing such needs exclusively to biologically motivated ones, Henry Kissinger does not speak about such needs of the human person as free will, freedom of expression (freedom of creativity), freedom of conscience (freedom to form one's beliefs) and religion! Kissinger also does not speak about the right of an individual to develop his inherent abilities and the corresponding duty of the authorities (state) to provide conditions for the comprehensive development of a person, his upbringing, education, and the right to work.

According to Kissinger, freedom of will, freedom of expression, freedom of conscience and religion, which make a person similar to the image of the Creator, raise human consciousness above the animal world - these freedoms are no longer the values of the newly built global statehood!

Meanwhile, calls for depriving the population of the right to vote in relations with the authorities, reducing man to the level of animal instincts - in their social version, calls for establishing total digital control over society and the individual - all this makes one doubt that the forces behind Kissinger call humanity to "a world of growing prosperity and human dignity."Obviously, such "prosperity" will lead to the entrenchment of differences between human strata, the creation of a rigid caste system, consistent social and biological terror against representatives of the lower castes ("people of quantity") - through viral suppression of human immunity, the collective immunity of large groups of the population (through ethnic, age, caste "targeting" by viral attacks), - and at the same time will lead to biological (species) degradation and degeneration of representatives of the ruling castes ("people of quality").

Conceptual omissions of the author

Let's return to Henry Kissinger's opposition to the concept of a "Walled City under the protection of a powerful and enlightened Ruler" and freely quote the author: "The Enlightenment reimagined concept of a legitimate state serving the needs of people for security, order, economic well-being and justice."

As follows from the text, Kissinger insists on the need to accept the aforementioned "concept of a legitimate state", building the latter on the path of a global digital association of nation states ("fortress cities").

It is very likely that here Kissinger refers us to Dante's concept of the "World Enlightened Monarchy", which, firstly, should be based on "establishing a direct connection of every person on earth with the World Monarch"! Secondly, it will require the inclusion of all existing separate kingdoms and free cities in the world state! Thirdly, all the minor rulers of these kingdoms and cities turn into servants not of the monarch, but of the people, while in these kingdoms and cities any feudal dependence is eradicated (Dante Alighieri, "Monarchy").

Obviously, by virtue of Dante's concept, the "World Enlightened Monarch" is not accountable to the peoples, kingdoms and cities included in his "World Monarchy". The power of the "World Monarch" does not depend on democratic procedures (from the will of the people). At the same time, he appears before us as the King-Priest, who is able to establish "a direct connection with each of his subjects", through which the Great Monarch, obviously, can establish the preferences of his subjects, determine their choice, can exercise his governing influences.

At the same time, the minor rulers of the kingdoms and cities that make up the world state do not have such full authority over the peoples. On the contrary, it is they who serve the peoples they formally rule and, therefore, submit to the authority of democratic procedures. In modern language, we would call such rulers "elected servants of the people", "hired managers." The fragility of their power is such that it is easier for them to pretend to effectively manage their kingdoms and cities, in fact, in the first place, ensuring self-serving interests.

Their power is not absolute, it depends on a fleeting change in the mood of the people! At the same time, they do not have strategic depth in government, but solve their tactical political tasks within the limits of elective cadences!

The power of the "World Monarch" rises above the peoples and their small rulers, who are subject to all people and things, who administers his own judgment, is the only true source of all social virtues (peace, prosperity, justice)!

Is it really not in tune with our time ?! Likewise, our rulers of "kingdoms and cities", weakened by democratic prejudices, are far from always able to withstand manipulative influences, the strategic plans of which follow almost from the concepts of the Enlightenment!

One cannot be deceived that the current call of Kissinger - to remove legitimacy from the relations between the authorities and the population - seems to be addressed to our small rulers of "kingdoms and cities."The task performed by these small rulers is absolutely not limited to strengthening their personal power. On the contrary, they must become the conductors of the "New World Digital Order", digital technologies take away the remnants of democracy from the hands of the population, and, weakening national sovereignty, transfer control over it into the hands of the "World Digital Monarch".

In the era of Dante Alighieri, the possibility of the “World Monarch” establishing a direct connection with each of his subjects was not obvious! - As we can see, everything changes with the development of digital technologies.

Before our eyes, the ideas of "digitalization" are consistently advancing into the public consciousness! And, if at first "digitalization" invaded only the sphere of economics and taxes, now the conversation is about controlling household income. "Digitalization" fits into the budgets of our families. The authorities are working to create a global resource through which they intend to find out what income and on what basis each household (each ordinary Russian family) receives. They explain to us that this is being done to provide targeted social assistance. But after all, information will be collected not only in relation to representatives of unprotected segments of the population (disabled people, the elderly, large families, etc.), a dossier will be collected for each citizen.

The collection of information will not be carried out in a declarative manner, but in the manner of imposing an appropriate "public service", often in addition to the conscious will of the citizen. With unobvious goals, the authorities are going to "fit into the pocket" of every Russian, check what income (expenses) he has, what property he has, what is the composition of the family, etc., etc.

The authorities' maneuvers around the "digitization" of the personal data of citizens make them wonder: maybe the government decided not to further develop production in our country, not to create new jobs, not to introduce "nature-like technologies", thus increasing household income, but decided to switch to payments to the unclaimed population of the "basic subsistence income" ?! Why exactly now did the authorities need to collect an extensive dossier on citizens ?! Will the collection of such a dossier lead to the diminution of the rights and freedoms of citizens ?! Why are the actions of the authorities not discussed with the society ?! In matters of “digitalization” of a person’s personal sphere, the people still have a “right to vote” in relations with the authorities, or do we no longer have such a right?! … All these questions remain unanswered!

Meanwhile, while citizens are sitting in "forced self-isolation," the State Duma adopted in the second reading a bill on a unified information system of population data - a register that will track all stages of a citizen's life from birth to death. Information about the income and tax receipts of citizens in this register does not seem to be taken into account, but given that the holder of the information register will be the Federal Tax Service (not the registry office ?!), there is no doubt that information about the citizen will ultimately be combined with data on his income, his property, unpaid taxes.

But it is precisely about such methods and technologies of human control that Kissinger speaks in his article! It just goes even further and brings us to the idea that information about a person, his income and taxes should be gradually combined with information about his “infectious status”, “the person received vaccines,” “eligible basic income,” and such it is advisable to include information in global databases.

The strategy of the conspiracy structures behind Henry Kissinger is clearly aimed at consistently combining national information resources into a global "Digital State", the need for which Russian publicans and usurers have been convincing us for so long.

And Russian "digitalizers" who have collected an extensive digital dossier on Russian citizens will one day be asked to give the keys to access the collected databases, then they themselves, their children, and their property will become transparent to that invisible force, which will have all the necessary control levers. human will.

Do the rulers of the Russian State understand that the easiest way to lose state sovereignty is by playing on the field of the owners of Big Data, allowing digitalization from the sphere of managing economic processes to invade a person's personal sphere ?! Do they understand that one day the power may need to rely on the Russian People, and there will be no such people, but there will be a population persecuted by poverty and "digital repression" ?! Do they understand ?! … I think the time has come for such questions!
