In order not to age and not to bend under diseases, it is necessary not to let the processes of decay (aging) get ahead of the processes of synthesis. The body can change outdated cells for new ones every 11 months, but alas … Most people do not use this amazing property of the body: allowing decay to outstrip synthesis.

During the period of hungry asceticism, the body switches to reserve nutrition: taking only diseased cells for food. They enter the stomach with the blood stream: where they are "eaten" by gastric juice, being the main utilizer of everything that prevents the body from working. However, most people find it easier to die than to limit themselves to food. Other healing measures, be it running, water procedures, fetal respiration, and others, do not give such an effect. Each individual measure is capable of slowing down decay, but no more: extending life by 20-30 years. However, few apply these measures. The exception is bath procedures. Russians love to steam for a long time. People should be guided to this curative measure: thinking about the massive improvement of the nation. So, bathing procedures accelerate the blood no worse than running. When the blood has a strong current, it heals the diseased tissue. Sauna heat is effective even against cancer: inhibiting cancer cells.

What is the healing mystery of bath procedures?

Is it possible to get the effect of a bath procedure in a city apartment: in a bathroom? If so, how do you do it?

In the Middle Ages, Western Europe lost 25 million people: perished from cholera. Russia was spared by the epidemic: because they liked to take a steam bath here. When a new epidemic hit Western Europe, unwashed in comparison with Russia, and we are talking about a deadly plague, the Russians again rescued themselves in a bathhouse: where both peasants and gentlemen loved to amuse themselves with a park. But even then in Western Europe they did not draw conclusions about the goodness of personal hygiene: being wary of baths and water procedures in general. “The Queen of Spain Isabella of Castile, for example (15th century), admitted that she had washed only twice in her entire life - at birth and on her wedding day.

The skin, accounting for 20% of the total weight of a person, is a fairly large organ. This is one and a half meters of living tissue: acting on which with water and heat, we have a healing effect on all other organs. It must be kept absolutely clean so that it fulfills its multiple functions: both protecting a person from the cold, and from overheating, dangerous microbes.

It turns out that the skin contains a certain lysozyme: harmful to microbes. The skin is involved in respiration, metabolism, etc. Multiple pores on the skin are channels through which it removes decay products along with sweat. By acting on the skin with warmth, you can treat the most serious ailments, including cancer. Bath procedures are irreplaceable in this kind of influences.

Before you understand what the power of bath procedures is, you need to learn: that blood, if its bed does not lose speed, is a powerful healing agent. The bath is valuable because it disperses the blood: strengthening its channel. A. Zalmanov, an eminent medical researcher, studying the role of bath procedures in increasing blood flow, created a method of capillarotherapy. The physician worked mainly with the capillary part of the circulatory system: since 80% of all blood runs through it. Where it was possible to cleanse the capillaries and restore the blood flow, there the blood itself healed. Blood “heals” any organs: if you put the capillaries in order and let it work at a speed of 8-9 circles per minute.

Bath heat is indispensable in creating strong blood flow: it cleans blood vessels, removing cholesterol and other layers from them like a strong stream of water. To increase the blood flow, and only a strong blood flow can remove layers from the walls of blood vessels, it is necessary to warm up the body: which is best done by the bath heat. Redness of the skin signals that the warm-up was successful. In response to the effect of heat on the skin, blood rushes to it violently: in connection with which the body temperature rises. This happens because many receptors are brought out onto the skin: nerve endings. For 1 sq. see fingertips, for example about 100 sensitive points.

There are also thermoreceptors on the skin. They react instantly to heat: transmitting arousal to the brain. This is a kind of "headquarters" from where commands are given to various systems. Information about the thermal effect on the skin is received by the hypothalamus: that tiny part of the brain that regulates not only sleep, appetite, emotions, wakefulness, thirst, but also body temperature. In response to heat, the hypothalamus reacts by vasodilation. Microscopic nerve fibers cause the capillaries to expand when exposed to heat. Through them, the blood from the "depot" rushes to the outskirts: starting to treat diseased tissues. A rush of blood to the skin means that its bed has increased dramatically: which is beneficial for the treatment of diseases.

Making its way through the capillaries, the blood stream simultaneously cleans them: delivering food to the starving cells and taking obsolete cells and toxins into its channel. This restores the movement of fluids, including blood exchange, in the body. So by acting on the skin with the heat of the bath, we are acting on the peripheral brain. This is the main function of the skin. “Scientists have calculated that within an hour the body can produce enough heat to boil a liter of ice water” (see ibid., P. 47). It is this property of the organism that must be used: by creating, through warming up or otherwise, a blood flow of such strength that it can literally “wash” diseased tissues, intensively nourish and heal them.

Here are a few examples of how blood flow heals by normalizing the composition of the blood: if it is possible to create a strong channel. After the bath procedures, blood tests recorded the growth of hemoglobin, as well as the number of erythrocytes (red blood cells) and leukocytes (white blood cells). It is enough to increase the blood flow up to 8-9 circles per minute to improve the quality of the blood.

For example, what is the growth of white blood cells in the blood: known as white blood cells? This means that the elimination of microbes and viruses will be enhanced. After all, leukocytes are eaters of microbes. In conditions of strong blood flow, and the blood must move at a speed of 8-9 circles per minute, the work of the heart is also normalized. The pulse rate increases by 20 beats per minute: although before the bath procedures, the pulse rate was not the best. The bath heat, strengthening the bloodstream, also enhances all metabolic processes, including oxidative ones. This is extremely important for health, since the blood carries not only nutrients, water, but also oxygen. And he is a powerful body cleaner.

So if you are determined to regain health, work to strengthen the bloodstream. When it is strong, everyone has their own personal superdoctor. This is his own blood. However, most people do nothing: to maintain a strong blood flow even at a young age.

American hematologist Hardin Jones found that by the age of 25, the volume of blood circulating in the muscles in young men is halved. This means that they do not support a strong bloodstream in any way: neither bath procedures, nor sports, nor alkaline nutrition, nor any other measure of maintaining health. As a result, the blood heals half-heartedly: using only part of the available blood in this work. Is it any wonder that a person quickly grows old and dies ?! The rest of the blood stagnates: it deteriorates and rots like standing water.

If, for example, the bloodstream is not cleared of dead leukocytes in time (do not expel them with a strong bloodstream), serious respiratory failures can be expected. At first, these disruptions can be expressed in snoring, and then in more serious symptoms. The bloodstream can be strengthened by running, as well as by other sports. But people are lazy. But they go to the bathhouse with pleasure. Therefore, the conversation about her: as a remedy for the majority.

Danish physiologist August Krogh, Nobel laureate, argued that "every disease is associated with some kind of disturbance in the capillary system." He called them "little hearts": which are responsible for the usefulness of metabolism - that is, for the movement of fluids in the body. Among them is blood: the volume of each is 5-6 liters. If by the age of 25 in young men the volume of blood circulating in the muscles is halved, then the movement of fluids is already impaired. If it is not eliminated, the body begins to dry out: that is, old age begins actively.

A. Zalmanov eliminated this violation by applying the method of capillarotherapy to patients. The scientist saw from nature how it heals people: by sharply increasing the body temperature of patients. This microflora is destructive for most viruses. A. Zalmanov therefore prescribed bath heat to his patients, because there is no better means for quick warming up and raising the temperature. One of the famous healers of the previous centuries said so: "Give me an increase in body temperature - and I will cure any disease."

Bath procedures accelerate the blood so that they include reserve blood in the work of healing the body. This is 1 liter of blood, which is always in reserve: in case of emergency situations in the body. There is no disease that a strong blood flow cannot cope with. That is why, after bath procedures, the patient's condition improves: what is recorded by blood tests, urine tests, and a cardiogram of the heart. Health indicators are improving dramatically. A common disease such as hypertension is also treatable. The pressure drops as the vessels dilate.

Professor Laane noted that they expand even during a short 6-minute bath procedure. The pressure drops within an hour after the procedure: which normalizes the condition of the patients. However, bathing procedures must be approached carefully: first, having accustomed the body to high temperatures. Remember that nature doesn't like jumping. “Bath heat is contraindicated for a few. These are, as a rule, people with extremely acute inflammation of the heart, as well as advanced heart failure. Even water procedures and bathing are prohibited for such patients”(see ibid., P. 60).

After the bath, the condition of asthmatics is also relieved. The disease recedes, as the bronchi expand under the influence of high temperatures. The muscles of the respiratory system are softened. The bathing procedure also acts on the kidneys more often. They rest during the bath procedure. The patient is so hot that he begins to sweat. This means that the excretion of fluids goes mainly through the pores: in connection with which the kidneys are resting. Is it any wonder that after the procedure, the level of protein in the urine decreases!

However, the kidneys should first consult a doctor before using bath procedures. There are subtleties that only a specialist can weigh. Under the influence of bath procedures, the level of sugar in the blood also drops. In the clinical sanatorium. Heinrich Heine in Potsdam, bathing procedures are actively used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Before the fertile heat, radiculitis, neuritis, sciatica, rheumatism, gout, hemorrhoids, etc. recede. Even cancer recedes: if the patient still has time to fight this deadly disease. Scientists have proven that sauna heat inhibits cancer cells. It turns out that “high temperatures are fatal for tumor cells.

This was noted by Professor Herbert Kraus: prescribe bath procedures for cancer patients, which dispersed their blood and raised their body temperature. The professor was surprised to find that “when the body heats up to 39 degrees, the growth of cancer cells slows down. Upon repeated heating, already up to 40 degrees within an hour, the tumor cells died off”(see ibid.). A strong blood flow, and it is strengthened by reserve blood, takes them into its own channel: sending them out of the body and cleansing cancerous tissues. The rapid removal of dying cells is an important condition for treatment. If dead cells accumulate at the site of tumor growth, they prevent the birth of new ones: that is, the treatment of the disease. The movement of fluids is disturbed here: blood exchange is inhibited. As a result, the disease goes deep, dooming the unfortunate.

Bath procedures do the opposite: restoring the movement of fluids - including blood. This is how the idea of multi-stage cancer therapy was born. The physicians combined heating the body up to 39 degrees in the first procedure and up to 40 degrees in the second with the saturation of the tumor with oxygen, glucose, vitamins, etc.: substances that dramatically increase the metabolism. A complex chain reaction began: as a result of which the cancer tissue died (see ibid.). Cancer patients can survive if they have the energy for bathing. However, remember that the body must adapt to high temperatures. Do not start abruptly so as not to harm.

Bath procedures can become a method of healing for the majority: knowing that Russians love baths. The nation should be oriented towards this method. It is possible to attract up to 100 million people to the treatment with bath heat, with the corresponding popularization of baths: as a method of treatment for the majority. This is not a fantasy, given that there are 40 million owners of summer cottages, private plots and personal subsidiary plots in Russia. Unfortunately, not all owners have baths. At best, 10-15 million owners of private household plots have them. This is fixable: knowing the receptivity of Russians to information. In the conditions of the rapid extinction of the nation, baths can become salvation, as in the Middle Ages they became salvation from cholera, and then the plague.

These diseases were in Russia: but they did not mow down as in unwashed Western Europe. It's time to build baths. This is all the more relevant, the faster the Russian nation dies out. It melts before our eyes. Russians move to their graves: 10-20 years before the deadline. Young does not make up for these losses: giving life to one or two children and nothing more. A quarter of couples are generally childless. Taking this information into account, the preservation of their health by the Russians, like the indigenous peoples of Russia, should be considered as task number 1. It must be understood as a task of national security.

Among the well-known health improvement measures, only bath procedures, knowing the laziness of people, have a chance to become a method of healing the majority. Who in Russia does not like to indulge in a park! If you add knowledge about the benefits of bath procedures to this passion, many will be treated with heat. We must learn that water is irreplaceable in metabolism: both taken internally and in the form of baths. All life processes take place with the participation of water. Through it, both cold and hot, you can heal all organs.

This is possible because water has a dielectric constant. Thanks to this, it can overcome the adhesion between molecules and atoms of substances. That is why by acting on the skin with water, as on the largest organ, we get a quick healing effect on all other organs. Two buckets of cold water poured one after the other on the head of the poisoned person with wine, mushrooms, etc., creating a one-time high temperature in the body, will save the unfortunate person: since most of the microbes and toxins die in the high temperature.

So keep in mind: that ice water, poured out once, creates a powerful blood flow that saves even someone who has received severe poisoning. If after an hour, having warmed up, he knocks over a couple more buckets of cold water on himself, the consequences of the poisoning will go away completely. A. Zalmanov prescribed hot baths to his patients: using the method of thermotherapy. He added various kinds of emulsions to hot baths. When a person warmed up, the healing emulsions began to be absorbed into the skin: dissolving acting on deposits accumulated in the joints, vessels, internal organs, etc. Turpentine baths, for example, are very effective.
