The other day marks the 27th anniversary of the murder of Igor Talkov by the Jew Shlyafman, who, being on the federal wanted list, fled to Israel. All these years, the investigation was deliberately slowed down, and now they want to shift the blame to another person.

The investigation into the murder of the singer, poet and composer Igor Talkov is being resumed. I called the editorial office of the Federal Investigation Agency FLB.ru Irina Krasilnikova, press secretary Tatiana Talkova, widow of a famous poet, composer, singer and actor Igor Talkov, killed on October 6, 1991 in St. Petersburg during a concert. She shared that recently, many media outlets have shifted the blame for the murder of the singer onto the now deceased friend of the singer Aziza - Igor Malakhov, found not guilty by the investigation.

Director Igor Talkov, Valeria Shlyafman, who is officially recognized as the only defendant, is strangely acquitted in numerous articles and TV shows. In connection with these circumstances, representatives of Tatiana Talkova decided to petition for the resumption of the preliminary investigation into the murder of her husband.

I decided to find out the details and went to a meeting with Irina Krasilnikova and a lawyer Nina Averina, which protects the interests of the widow of Igor Talkov. A conversation took place, which I quote almost without cuts.

The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation decided to resume investigative actions in the case of the murder of Igor Talkov

The conversation was started by lawyer Nina Averina. She said that at the beginning of August of this year she applied to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg with a request to recognize Tatyana Talkova as a victim in the case of the murder of her husband, to resume proceedings in the case and provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the materials of the criminal case, and conduct a series of investigative actions. The leadership of the Investigative Committee agreed with the need to reopen the preliminary investigation in connection with the changes in the criminal procedure legislation, granting the injured party more powers than before, as well as the possibility of considering a criminal case in the absence of the wanted accused.

On September 4, the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg gave an answer to the lawyer N. V. Averina:

The assassination of Igor Talkov by the Zionists
The assassination of Igor Talkov by the Zionists

The conversation was entered by the press secretary of the widow of the singer Irina Krasilnikova. She recalled that since almost 27 years ago, during a concert at the Yubileiny Sports Palace in St. Petersburg, a very famous poet, singer, composer and actor Igor Vladimirovich Talkov, loved by the people, was killed a few minutes before his performance, The controversy continues: how could this have happened in a sports complex guarded by riot police and police, with a large crowd of people?

“Under the circumstances set out in the materials of the criminal case, Malakhov could not have inflicted a fatal wound on Talkov, as evidenced by the inseparable combination of the following data: the nature of Malakhov's movement at the scene, the posture controlled by those around him at the time of Talkov's injury, the position of Malakhov's hand with a weapon, all the time directed downward, the position of Talkov's body, his arms at the moment of receiving a fatal wound, crouching down, bending forward with an arm and palm outstretched, a short shot distance from 10 to 15 cm from the hand and 40-60 cm to the front surface of the chest."

“At first, everything calmed down a little,” says Irina Krasilnikova, “but after 20 years the flow of articles, talk shows on television, videos and publications on the Internet, where the main idea is now defended - Shlyafman is not guilty, has intensified. At the same time, I repeat, the conclusions of the investigation are completely ignored, as if they do not exist! But some fake witnesses appear, some strange personalities claiming to be experts, although this is simply indecent. These are Muromov (!), Saltykov (!), Loza (!), A drunken dancer Kandaurova (!), An actor known only in very narrow circles, Nikolai Leshchukov (!), A technical expert on plane crashes (!) Antipov, a werewolf in uniform Lomov (!).

Soon there were such programs as "The investigation was conducted" with Leonid Kanevsky "Igor Talkov: Bullet for an idol" (issue No. 6) from 03.03.2006, "Live with Mikhail Zelensky", which was released on October 6, 2011, a film by Sergei Medvedev from series Secrets of the century "Defeated in battle" and others, - continues Irina Krasilnikova. - The conclusions reached by the journalists may be different, but they do not contain objective information available in the case materials. These are just speculations that people probably have the right to, and they should be treated as reflections on a free topic, and not as facts. But further - more! Suddenly, texts appeared with headlines, for which it is simply necessary to somehow answer: "Now it is for sure: the fatal shot was made by Igor Malakhov!" " etc…

The further, the louder and bolder they began to say that the investigation, they say, did something wrong and wrong, and some of the authors of articles or talk show participants who are absolutely far from the events simply believe that their conclusions are more important than the conclusions of the investigation,”says the spokesman.

Continuing the thought of Irina Krasilnikova, I would like to ask a few questions. What's happening? Why werewolves in uniform, forgotten artists who simply once knew Igor Talkov, then “friends and comrades” many years later became “experts” in the murder of the singer? One gets the impression that the viewers and readers have begun to impose the idea that their opinion is correct, and the conclusions of the investigation do not play any role. Or now, when Igor Malakhov died and the investigator Valery Zubarev, who was directly involved in the case of Talkov's murder, died recently, can you make money on the so-called "sensations" on television?

Why did the headlines fly: "The Russian roulette worked", "Talkov died because of the usual male stupidity" and so on? By the way, the title of the article “Igor Talkov died because of the usual male stupidity” sounds rather unambiguous and stands out for the words of the former head of the investigation department Oleg Blinov, who, in a telephone conversation with Irina Krasilnikova, was himself unspeakably surprised by this newspaper “duck”. In his mouth the phrase sounded like this: "Igor Talkov died because of the usual male stupidity of Shlyafman."

“This is purely his personal point of view,” continues Irina Krasilnikova, “given that he did not interrogate Shlyafman either as a witness or as a suspect, and even, according to him, did not see him in his eyes, but in an interview with the journalist, he was very respectable. publications, relying on the materials of the case, he clearly called the name of the killer - Shlyafman. But, if this is so, why did they remove the name Shlyafman? To turn out that the stupidity was Talkova? Both were outraged: both Krasilnikova and Blinov. “One gets the impression of someone's order for libel,” says Irina Krasilnikova.

“The last straw in this stream of“revelations”and deafening“sensations”for many people was the program“Actually,”aired on Channel One on May 8, 2018,” says Irina Krasilnikova. “For this program“for any money”they invited me, and Tatyana Talkova, and Maria Berkova, Igor Talkov's costume designer, and Olga Zubareva, the widow of the investigator in the murder case. She was aware of this high-profile case, which her husband was engaged in. Naturally, we did not go, because the next game in the investigation was organized by the notorious posthumous persecution of Talkov, a journalist with the speaking surname Murga. But, as expected, it was in this program that everything that causes outrage not only mine, but also lawyer Nina Averina, and Olga Zubareva, and just thinking people. "

The spokesman for the widow of Igor Talkov shared what angered most of all in that program:

First. Performance by "werewolf in uniform", opera from the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department by Sergei Lomov, who "covered", in particular, Igor Malakhov, who was then a member of one of the criminal gangs. Lomov on air throughout the country expressed the "sensational" opinion that a man like Shlyafman could not kill Igor Talkov. That, allegedly, after a while, the drunk Malakhov confessed to the drunk Lomov when he met in the restaurant of the hotel "Ukraine", that on October 6, 1991, from Malakhov's side there were allegedly not two shots, but three, and that perhaps this was a kind of confession of guilt in the murder of Talkov …

“It’s not that strange to me,” continues Irina Krasilnikova, “that, apparently, for the same“any money”that was offered to us, they put a man who violated his official duties and disgraced the“shoulder straps”. How can a person who betrayed their oath be considered a valuable witness at all? Unless only on a talk show in which the presenter says the refrain every day: "Thank you, enough lies for today!"

Second. Perhaps that is why the fragment where the former security guard of Igor Talkov Vladislav Chernyaev asked Lomov, why, having received, in fact, operational information, did not immediately write a report on the recognition of Malakhov in the murder of the singer, did not go on the air? Again, Irina Krasilnikova learned about this directly from Vladislav Chernyaev, who added that the authors of the program "shut up" him, reproaching him for unprofessionalism, although this question asked all sane people.

Third. On the air of this program, lawyer Yevgeny Kharlamov recalled about the teleconference with Shlyafman, where he asked the latter a question: "If you did not kill, what prevents you from coming to Russia and proving your innocence?" At the teleconference Shlyafman answered the studio unequivocally: "I will not go to Russia, I have nothing to do there!"

Fourth. "The biggest bewilderment is caused by the completely unprecedented ending of the broadcast" Actually ", when the host of the program, Dmitry Shepelev, officially invites the accused Valery Shlyafman to the studio, allegedly “in which it is impossible to lie,” so that he “testifies on the air and tells how everything really happened,” continues Irina Krasilnikova and asks a reasonable question: “Gentlemen, what are you talking about? Is the TV channel a judicial authority, where is the evidence being given now? And the laws? And what about the investigation? According to the law, the accused of a crime Shlyafman, as soon as he crosses the border, must be detained as a person hiding from the investigation and on the federal wanted list. And his on the federal channel? The presenter “waved without looking,” replacing the “federal wanted list” with the “federal channel”! Tell me, why is Shepelev making this proposal to a citizen of a foreign state accused of murdering a citizen of Russia? ".

Lawyer Nina Averina explains that such a proposal to Shlyafman to participate in a talk show broadcast throughout the country on a federal channel is, from a legal point of view, public propaganda for non-compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, ignoring criminal and criminal procedural legislation. “If we now have TV programs to replace everything: the Constitution, the prosecutor’s office, the investigative bodies, the court, the bodies executing punishment, then the citizens of Russia have a legitimate question:“Should there be a reaction of state power structures to such tricks?” It’s scary to imagine if a similar story would have happened on the state channel of Israel or the United States !!! , - says the lawyer and adds that according to the law for Valery Shlyafman there is no statute of limitations in this case until he gives his testimony as an accused. As long as he is on the wanted list, he will remain accused.

Recently, after a long illness, the investigator who was directly involved in this case, Valery Zubarev, died. “It was easier for him to come to the conclusion that Igor Malakhov, and not Shlyafman, had fired a fatal shot. The fact is that unprecedented pressure was exerted on the investigation in order to bring Igor Malakhov to criminal responsibility for the murder of Talkov. Valery Borisovich Zubarev told me this personally twice in a conversation. He was given ambiguous orders: who to interrogate - who not to interrogate, funds were not allocated for business trips to Moscow, filled with other criminal cases in order to delay the investigation, etc. ", - says Irina Krasilnikova and continues:" This is confirmed by his widow, Olga Vasilievna. She told that Valery Borisovich had been threatened over the phone. And for the first time in his many years of investigative activity, and he was investigating daunting cases, Zubarev asked to be given a weapon for constant carrying. No arguments "from above" worked on this person, since his principle was: "I don't put innocent people in jail."By the way, in his there is not a single unsolved crime … Therefore, Olga Zubareva perceives as a mockery of the blessed memory of her late husband the programs that cancel out his work. While investigating the murder of Igor Talkov, he showed dedication to the profession, courage, honor, lost his health, in contrast to the "werewolf" in uniform, who was recently shown to us on Channel One."

Igor Talkov saw who shot him

“There are several points confirming that Shlyafman fired a shot at Talkov not in a fight,” explains lawyer Nina Averina. “Firstly, he was not a participant in the fight, he was not personally threatened, no one attacked him. Secondly, Malakhov was already lying with his hands pressed to the floor, and could not make a single movement, let alone pull the trigger. At this moment, when Malakhov was completely neutralized by the guards, Shlyafman began to take away his revolver.

Later in his interviews, Shlyafman will say that he did not hold a pistol in his hands at all. In fact, this is not the only lie of Valery Mikhailovich, we will not list everything.

The role of Aziza in this story is still unclear, but very interesting.

There is one more nuance that proves that Igor Talkov saw that a pistol was pointed at him.

“In the conclusion of the expert group and the study of the forensic examination of the corpse, it was said that there is a single wound channel that passes through the arm and enters the heart,” continues the lawyer. - That is, the injuries were caused by one shot. Igor Talkov put his hand out in this way, and this is confirmed by investigative experiments in order to protect himself from an aimed shot, therefore, he saw that the muzzle of the revolver was directed precisely at him, and put his hand out so as to defend himself. This happens involuntarily in a person. In other words, Igor Talkov saw who was shooting at him. And at the end, as the widow of Igor Talkov once said, someone was Shlyafman made a mysterious call with the words "Talkov killed".

In pursuit of ratings, many TV channels, Internet resources, other media outlets, of course, strive for sensations, but why idle arguments, changes in the testimony of pseudo-experts on the air, articles of some journalists, sometimes relying on unscrupulous information received, have begun to circulate lately ? “It's time to stop this chaos,” the press secretary and the lawyer say in one voice, and continue: “Let's follow the progress of the investigation, which will be conducted not by“show experts”, but by professionals in their field. In this case - the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg. It's just that, finally, it is necessary to bring to court the case of the murder of the beloved and revered by the people of the Russian singer Igor Talkov, who wrote more than 250 songs, most of which removed from the air and have not been played for 27 years: "Russia," My Motherland "," Globe "," Metamorphosis "," Mister President "," Chistye Prudy-2 "," The Former Polesaul "," Bandaged Foreheads "," Scene "," Satan's Ball "," Dyadin cap "," Kremlin wall "," Gentlemen of the Democrats "," The sun goes to the West "… Only for one of them - the song" Russia "- it has already entered the history of the country and the genetic memory of the people."

“In Russia, Igor Talkov was and remains the most beloved, unforgettable and revered patriot and singer of his native country. Then why some very respectable mass media, as if by someone's click, form a completely different, distorted by lies, the image of another Talkov. This is very noticeable, especially recently, and one should not think that the people do not react to this,”says Irina Krasilnikova excitedly and reminds that“on the occasion of the 60th birthday of I. V. Talkov and on the 25th anniversary of his untimely death in the newspaper "Russian Bulletin" No. 25 for 2015, an open letter to the President of the Russian Federation was published with a request to perpetuate the memory of the poet and remove repression from his work. The letter was signed by a huge number of Russians. Signatures continue to arrive. Recently, the letter was resent to the President of the Russian Federation, to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, to the Committee on Culture of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation."

“Considering that work on the criminal case is resumed, and all such statements in the press, which were discussed above, will no longer go unnoticed, because they are not harmless not only from a moral, but from a legal point of view, we ask you not to forget the journalists, engaged in the dissemination of false sensations that the case is criminal and not terminated, and there is every reason to send it to court and sentenced, - the lawyer warns. - We also remind you that under the new legislation of the Russian Federation, a trial is possible even in the absence of an accused who is on the federal wanted list.

Of course, the Slavic names are also based on Slavic roots. Reading the chronicles, historians often come across names with roots -world-, -svyato-, -slav-, -rad-, -stani-, -vyache-, -volod-, -mir-, -love-, -neg- and others … Since most of them are used by us in everyday life, therefore, at the level of innate intuition, we understand the meaning of ancient names. For example, Lyudmila means “dear to people”, and Bogdan means “given by God”. It is curious that such namesake names are still preserved among different Slavic peoples. For example, in the countries of Western Europe, the name Voislav is popular (howl + glory = glorious warrior), while our Russian navigator and geographer of the 19th century Rimsky-Korsakov bore the name Warrior.

But there were also some preferences in the traditions of names in different Slavic territories. For Russian people, names with the roots -volod- and -vlad- were preferred, such as Vsevolod and Vladimir. But Serbs prefer names with the root -mil-: Milava, Milos, Milica, Milodukh, Milodan.

Traditions of princely names

Monument to Yaroslav the Wise
Monument to Yaroslav the Wise

A child who appeared in a princely family, and the name should have been chosen exclusively euphonious. Therefore, we know ancient rulers with traditionally "prestigious" and "positive" names: in the chronicles we meet Vladimir, Vsevolod, Yaroslav, Vyacheslav. Traditions also prescribed for the heirs of the ruling dynasty to use a common root in names. For example, the sons of the prince of Novgorod and Kiev Yaroslav the Wise were called Izyaslav, Svyatoslav, Vyacheslav.

But his grandson and son of the Kiev prince Izyaslav Svyatopolk, although he did not inherit the princely name (they say that he was illegitimate), he did not forget to take into account the “hereditary high root” in the names of his children, and they received the names of Sbyslav, Izyaslav, Predslav, Yaroslav, Mstislav and Bryachislav.

This is how strong the desire is through the names to declare their rights to the Kiev throne! After all, initially the name served as a surname.

Another curious tradition that has survived to this day is the continuity of names in the same family. Naming a baby after a grandfather or grandmother is not only a tribute to ancestors, but also echoes of the ancient belief in the ability to transmigrate souls. They wished the child only happiness, therefore they called him by the name of a relative, believing that all the good qualities of the ancestor would be passed on to the representative of the new generation.

How to protect a child with a name

Names for children in Russia
Names for children in Russia

Both in Russia and in many other cultures, giving several names to a child at once was considered mandatory. The logic is simple: in people one name is used while the rest remain secret. Accordingly, evil forces do not know him and cannot harm him. But sometimes the desire to mislead spirits became somewhat strange by modern standards. So, the baby could be called Nelyub, Nekras, Gryaznoy, Ghoul, Besson, Nevzor.

That is, the child received a name in honor of some flaw, although in reality it might not have it. It seemed to the ancient Slavs that harmful entities would not contact such a "spoiled" person. Philologists even have a term for such names - preventive. Over time, surnames were formed from them, and now you can meet the Nekrasovs, Bessonovs and Gryaznovs. So such a surname is not an indicator of the inferiority of ancestors, but a kind of amulet.

Another option to show evil spirits that this baby should not be touched is to pretend that the child does not belong to this clan-tribe. The newborns received the names Foundling, Priemysh, Nayden, Nezhdan, Nenash. Thus, the parents believed that unkind forces launched on a false trail would not be able to do anything bad to the child. Interestingly, modern dads and mothers would use such methods of protection from the evil eye and damage?

A special place in the Slavic namebook was occupied by names derived from totem animals. In ancient times, it was believed that a baby with such a name would absorb the virtues of the patron saint of the tribe, because wild animals in their concepts possessed mystical abilities. So, the bear has always been associated with unprecedented strength, the wolf was endowed with agility, courage and devotion to comrades. And even a hare could "give" names to children, because he was a symbol of speed, resourcefulness and fertility. Another argument in favor of the name-totem was the belief that a predator does not attack a baby who is "of the same blood with him." So even now in Serbia you can find a person with the name Vuk (Wolf).

Subsequently, such names were taken as the basis of many common Russian surnames: Volkovs, Medverevs, Zaitsevs, Vorobievs, Lisitsyn, Barsukovs, Solovievs, etc.

In contrast to the name-amulets, the Slavs still like to use names that reflect the positive qualities of a person: Radmila (caring and sweet), Rada (joy, happiness), Slobodan (free, giving freedom), Tikhomir (quiet and peaceful), Yasna (clear). Parents who call their children this way probably hope that their children will grow up just like that.

A nickname is a sign of personality

Tsar Vasily II - Dark
Tsar Vasily II - Dark

If now the presence of a nickname is usually something offensive, then among the ancient Slavs there was no particular difference between a name and a nickname. The middle name, indicating some personality of the owner, was usually given as the child grew and was used on an equal basis with the name at birth.

It had a special meaning: by the nickname it was easy to understand what kind of person we are talking about, what traits of character or appearance he possesses. For example, in history there are many princes named Vsevolod. But when the annals say about Vsevolod the Big Nest, it immediately becomes clear that this is the great Vladimir ruler, the son of Yuri Dolgoruky (an excellent warrior, "gatherer of lands"), who had eight sons and four daughters. Wise, Bogolyubsky, Prophetic, Krasno Solnyshko, Grozny, Nevsky, Donskoy, etc. - all these are courageous and stately nicknames of the ancient Russian princes.

However, there were also not such "valiant" nicknames. For example, a playful baby could later be called Prokud, a plump one - Kvashnya, with speech impairments - Shevkun, and a child with a big head could well become Golovan for life. Do not think that noble princes avoided offensive nicknames. So, Tsar Vasily II was called the Dark - at the end of his life he had to fiercely fight for power with another Vasily - Kosy. And Ivan III, according to the historian Karamzin, was called the Tormentor by the people.

Often a nickname indicated an occupation. For example, grandfather Shchukar from Mikhail Sholokhov's story was probably a fisherman. Crucian carp, Bream, Catfish are other nicknames.

Why Dobrynya is not necessarily kind, and other features of Slavic names

Nikitich
Nikitich

In Old Russian literature, it was common to use both full names and their diminutive versions. Fairy tales in which the main characters are called Dobrynya Nikitich and Alyosha Popovich can be a striking example. The name Dobrynya is quite likely formed from the Old Russian Dobroslav and does not mean at all sweet and warm, as you might think, but strong and healthy. Many names in short form have come down to the modern namebook. For example, Boris (Borislav), Putyata (Putimir), Tverdilo (Tverdislav), Ratsha (Ratibor).

Another feature of Slavic names is the reflection in the name of the situation in which the baby was born. So, the common surname Tretyak came from a name meaning that this baby was the third for the parents. And names such as Frost or Yarets could tell in what weather the child was born.

How the arrival of a new religion affected the nominal traditions of the Slavs

Peter the Great
Peter the Great

Integration into European culture, which occurred with the advent of Christianity, brought about changes in the fashion for names. So, many Greek, Hebrew and Roman names have become widespread. Vasily, Yuri (George), Alexander, Peter and other names became popular.

Some found a Russian translation - the Greek Photinia was transformed into the "light of the earth" - Svetlana. Now of the ancient Slavic names, only a few are most often used, and for the most part these are the names of princes. And all because the Slavic name-book was replaced by the Holy Tsesles - the Orthodox calendar, where every day of the year is dedicated to the memory of this or that saint. Therefore, only the names of the canonized Slavic rulers got there.
