IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE MODERN HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS WHEN CLEANING IN THE HOUSE WITH ECOLOGICALLY CLEANING AND NATURAL DETERGENTS?
Can!
Soda, mustard powder, laundry soap, vinegar, etc. - cleanliness, ecology and economy!
โ Using baking soda
Baking soda can be used to wash absolutely any dishes and surfaces.
Baking soda is non-toxic and does an excellent job with dirt, giving a shine to washed surfaces.
Soda is great for removing tea plaque from the cups.
Glasses, glasses, vases will shine if washed with soda: dissolve 2 teaspoons of soda per liter of water. Place the dishes in this solution and leave for a while. If the dirt is not completely removed, then wipe them with a sponge, which you dip in baking soda.
It is good to wash the enamelled pots inside with baking soda if they begin to turn yellow and dark. Countertops, refrigerator and microwave surfaces are perfectly cleaned. Dark stains are perfectly removed from cutlery.
Using a mixture of 1 part baking soda + 1 part salt + 2 parts vinegar can remove any blockages in your sink. Pour in this mixture and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Also, this procedure will help to avoid unpleasant smell from the sink.
The baking soda will help eliminate unpleasant odors in the refrigerator. To do this, pour 3 tablespoons of soda into a container and place this container in the refrigerator.
Remember to wash your kitchen and toilet bins. By washing with baking soda or laundry soap, you will not only achieve cleanliness, but also disinfect them.
โ Use of HOUSEHOLD SOAP
Laundry soap is a natural and environmentally friendly product.
It has a bactericidal effect. It is good to wash any surfaces (dishes, floors, sink, bathroom, etc.) with soapy water, and also wash. Laundry soap disinfects and kills germs.
Attention! Preference should be given to the usual ginger bar of soap, to which everyone was accustomed in Soviet times, and not to the modern bleached and smelling of lemon. Modern laundry soap does not possess such useful properties. If you have a small child, then laundry soap should be your helper. This soap is hypoallergenic and absolutely harmless to humans. The embossed figure โ72%โ on a bar of soap means that the fatty acid content does not exceed 72%. Laundry soap contains a lot of alkalis that can quickly and efficiently remove dirt.
โ Application of TABLE VINEGAR
Table vinegar is an excellent bleaching agent that kills germs and dissolves fats with ease.
Vinegar has the unique property of removing odors - by evaporating itself, it also destroys unpleasant odors. For example, if unpleasant odors appear in your kitchen after cooking, then you can get rid of them like this - pour a little vinegar into the pan and put on low heat, the unpleasant odors will quickly disappear. If you have a smell in your bread bin, it is also easy to get rid of it by wiping it with a sponge dipped in vinegar.
Greasy pots and pans are easier to clean if you add vinegar to the water.
If you have something well burnt in the pot, pour the vinegar to cover the entire burnt surface and leave it overnight. In the morning, you can easily wash everything off with a sponge.
It is very convenient to start a spray bottle in the kitchen, in which you dilute water with vinegar. This solution is easy to use and will always be at hand. They can wash inside microwave ovens, enamel dishes, gas stoves. Another interesting application of this solution is that it is desirable for them to rinse the fruit, a kind of disinfection. It is especially useful in summer when the risk of intestinal infection is increased.
Wooden kitchen boards require special attention. We don't even think about how much microbes can accumulate in cracks. Therefore, it is imperative to treat them with a solution of water and vinegar!
You can also get rid of scale in the kettle with the help of vinegar - add it to the water and boil it.
Combine salt with vinegar to create a kind of scrub. They are good at cleaning the outside of dirty pots.
โ MUSTARD POWDER on the farm
Mustard powder can be used as a substitute for grease remover. Put some powder on a greasy plate (or any other greasy dish), add warm water and the plate washes perfectly even in cold water.
โ Use of CITRIC ACID
Citric acid will help us whiten surfaces, disinfect them, and eliminate odors. Dissolve citric acid in water and wipe surfaces - stove, pots, etc.
It is very easy to get rid of limescale with citric acid. In order to remove scale in the kettle, you need to pour out one sachet, fill it with water and boil the kettle several times (the water has cooled down - turned on again, you do not need to change the water, so 2-3 times). This method is suitable for both electric kettles and ordinary ones.
You can also get rid of scale in this way in washing machines. We put two packets of citric acid directly into the drum and turn on the machine at the highest temperature. The machine must run dry, without any laundry. This procedure must be repeated every three months.
Once again, we note how you can carry out cleaning in a house without allergenic and toxic chemicals, using specific household examples:
HOW TO WASH THE UNIT
Pour a glass of vinegar down the toilet and throw in a handful of baking soda. It will foam within 10-15 minutes. Now brush the toilet and drain the water.
At night, you can throw two large, soluble vitamin C tablets into the toilet. In the morning, brush the toilet and drain the water. This will help clean the drain hole under the waterline.
BATHROOM AND TILE CLEANER
Vinegar (or lemon juice) has a mild bactericidal effect. It can dissolve scale and mineral deposits without leaving a thin film like chemicals. In addition, lemon juice freshens the air in the bathroom.
For general cleaning use a one to two vinegar / water solution. Particularly soiled areas can be treated with clean vinegar (remember to wear rubber gloves).
Carefully! For this kind of dirt, it is best to use a nylon washcloth.
Soda is a mild abrasive, versatile and safe cleaner for enamel surfaces and tiles. Wipe damp surfaces sprinkled with baking soda with a damp cloth; for hard-to-reach places, use an old toothbrush.
To remove plaque from the shower head, you need to boil it for 15 minutes in a liter of water mixed with half a glass of vinegar.
If the tip is made of plastic, soak it in a one-to-one ratio of vinegar and water for an hour.
To descale the connection between the faucets and the pipes, wrap them in rags dipped in hot vinegar. Leave it on for an hour and then wash off.
Try to scrub rusty stains on the walls of the sink and bathtub with a mixture of table salt and turpentine, prepared in the form of a thick gruel.
WASHING THE SINK
We remove the blockage of the sink. Special products are available to dissolve the waste plug in the sink, which are extremely toxic.
Basically, the sinks are well protected from clogging - the drain hole is equipped with a special cover and is always closed with a filter grid, which prevents foreign objects from entering the pipe.
As a preventive measure, we can advise you to pour a liter of boiling water into the sink once a week. If the sink is still clogged, you can resort to punching the clog with a plunger.
Attention! Never use a plunger in combination with a commercial detergent.
If that doesn't work, move on to stronger remedies. Pour a glass of baking soda into the sink, then half a glass of common salt, and top with a glass of vinegar.
As a result of a chemical reaction, the soda will begin to bubble, displacing the grains of soda, which in this situation act as an abrasive agent.
After 20 minutes, pour a quart of boiling water into the sink to wash away any dirt. If the water is still draining slowly, use the plunger again.
CLEANING THE OVEN
Metallic cleaners offered by the chemical industry are extremely harmful to skin, eyes and lungs.
And if you allow your oven to build up a solid layer of dirt and grime, it will be difficult to scrape it off with either toxic chemicals or homemade ones.
For prevention purposes, it is recommended to wipe the oven with a rag dipped in a mixture of water and vinegar. This will save you a nightmare of effort and time.
It is better to remove food that has got on the surface of the oven immediately. Regular table salt is a safe abrasive that absorbs dirt well. Sprinkle salt on the dirty surface while the oven is still hot.
If the burn is completely dry, dampen it first. When the oven has cooled down, scrape off the stain, dampen the area with water and wipe dry.
More serious dirt should be moistened and sprinkled with baking soda. When the dirt has softened, try to wipe it off with a metal washcloth.
Then wipe with a sponge or paper towel, rinse with water and wipe dry.
It is not difficult to wash a heavily soiled oven with ammonia. Moisten the dirty areas with it, close the door and leave it overnight. In the morning, dirt can be easily wiped off with a regular washcloth.
