Fairy tales are intended to educate children of the correct worldview. European fairy tales carry a destructive worldview and distorted values, in contrast to Russian fairy tales. So much for European values….

The soul of Europe is creepy

Medieval Europe is a bunch of evil, smelly, uneducated savages. They washed twice in their lives, they did not have latrines, they poured the contents of the "night vases" out the window onto the street, even the rulers could not read, they wore beautiful flea traps and were all ill with sexually transmitted diseases, they bought tickets to executions, taking away the ashes burned for making "drugs" …

What is “civilized” Europe proud of ?!

They say that they supposedly tormented the flesh for the exaltation of the soul.

A lie, they have no soul, there is an abomination. This is what is told in children's, I emphasize, children's fairy tales.

Cinderella

Zezzole did not like his own mother and then, in agreement with the nanny, she suggested that the mother look into the nanny's chest. When the mother bent over the contents, the "kind" daughter pulled down the lid with force and broke her neck. In later versions, the mother was replaced by a stepmother.

Zezzola persuaded her dad to marry a nanny, but she did not find happiness; six nanny daughters began to harass the young murderer. In the process of overwhelming work, Zazzeola found a magic tree in the forest that fulfilled all her wishes, she just had to shout: "Oh, undress yourself and dress me?" Having found free rental of dresses, the girl began to wander around all the balls, met the king. The king fell in love and ordered the servant to find the charming woman differently: "I will beat you with a stick and kick you as many times as there are hairs in your beard." The incentive was very strong. The servant found and, without saying anything, shoved the girl, but the cart, this behavior did not like the girl. she ran away having lost, no-oh, not a shoe, but galoshes like stilts with soles made of cork or wood, without which it was simply impossible to move through the streets among the sewage. Then everything is classic: a nationwide wanted list and a wedding. So the killer of the stepmother became the queen.

Brothers Grimm added trash step-sisters decided to "throw" the orphan. Trying to squeeze into the cherished shoe, one of the sisters chopped off her toe, and the other - the heel. The number did not pass. The pigeons passed them: "Look, look, And the slipper is covered in blood …". The sisters did not let up and the "cute" pigeons pecked out the eyes of the sisters and the fairy tale was over.

sleeping Beauty

The girl Thallia was born a princess, and the witch predicted her death from an injection of a poisoned spindle. Daddy the king ordered to take away all the spindles from the palace, where she found this nonsense - it is not clear, but nevertheless she pricked herself with a spindle and fell dead. The corpse was dressed smartly, put on the throne, carried to a small house in the woods and locked up forever. But a foreign king drove there. talk to hunt. I found a house, saw a beauty sitting on a throne, and carried her to the bed and "gathered flowers of love." Nine months passed, the princess gave birth to twins - a boy and a girl, who lay next to her and sucked her breast. By chance, the boy began to suck on her spindle-pricked finger and sucked the poisoned thorn. The slightly stunned princess found herself in the forest in the company of a couple of babies, so she lay down to sleep. And then the king, remembering his pleasant erotic journey, looked into the house, and he found a beautiful trinity there. Repented, the king told the beautiful princess about everything and even stayed there for several days. Then he left, but promised the beauty to send for her and the children soon, forgetting to mention that he had been married for a long time. Naive Talia arrived at the palace. Then the king's wife ordered to seize all three, kill the kids, prepare several dishes from them and serve them to the king for dinner, and imprison Talia.

In the evening, the queen came to Thalia and ordered her to be burned. The desperate princess, groaning, asked to fulfill her last wish - she wanted to undress before dying. Her robes were embroidered with gold and adorned with precious stones, so the greedy queen, on reflection, agreed.

The princess undressed very slowly. Taking off every piece of her dress, she let out a loud and plaintive cry. And the king heard her. He burst into the dungeon, knocked the queen down and demanded that the twins be returned.

"But you ate them yourself!" said the evil queen. The king burst into tears. He ordered the queen to be burned in an already kindled fire. Just then the cook came and admitted that he had disobeyed the queen's order and left the twins alive, replacing them with a lamb.

Three Bears

The Russian fairy tale has nothing to do with European horror. Bears lived in Europe, and then one day an old ragged beggar woman climbed into the bears' house and ate porridge, sat on a chair, and then fell asleep.

What happened next?

Found in one of the libraries in Toronto with this tale. The old woman climbed into the house of the three bears, because not long before they offended her. And at the end, when three bears caught her, they slowly and thoroughly discussed what to do with her now:

"They threw her into the fire, but she did not burn; They threw her into the water, but she did not sink; Then they took her and threw her on the spire of St. Paul's Church - and if you look carefully, you will see that she is still there!"

A little later, the English poet Robert Susi published his own version:

When the bears returned, she jumped out the window. "Whether she broke her neck, froze in the forest, was arrested and rotted in prison, I don't know. But since then, the three bears have never heard of that old woman."

Juniper

The widower marries a second time, but the new widow hates the son from the first marriage, because she wants her beloved daughter to inherit the entire inheritance. Without thinking for a long time, the stepmother invited the boy to eat an apple from the chest. He bent down, she slammed the lid and chopped off the boy's head. The stepmother puts her head in place and ties her neck with a handkerchief, her daughter pushes the boy, and the head falls … The crime must be hidden, and the mother and daughter prepare pudding from him on juniper and feed them to the father !!! Then there will be justice - the boy reincarnates into a bird and throwing a stone from a height breaks his stepmother's head.

Pied Piper

The city of Hameln was attacked by hordes of rats. And then a man appeared with a pipe and offered to rid the city of rodents. The inhabitants of Hamelin agreed to pay a generous fee, and the rat-catcher honored his part of the treaty. When it came to payment, the townspeople, as they say, "threw" their savior. And then the Pied Piper decided to rid the city of children too!

Rumplestiltskin

The evil dwarf Rumplestiltskin weaves golden threads from straw for a young girl so that she can avoid execution. For his help, he demands to give him the future firstborn. The girl agrees - but when the time for reckoning comes, she, naturally, cannot do it. And then the dwarf promises that he will release her from the obligation if she guesses his name. Having overheard a song in which the dwarf sang his name, the young mother gets rid of the need to pay a terrible debt. The embarrassed Rumplestiltskin runs away, and this is where it all ends.

But there is another version of Rumplestiltskin, out of anger, stamping his foot so that his right foot sinks deep into the ground. Trying to get out, the dwarf tears itself in half.

Hansel and Gretchen

Two small children, lost in the forest, stumble upon a gingerbread house in which the devil himself lives. The children outwitted him and threw him into the fire, but he managed to escape, built trestles for sawing wood, after which he ordered the children to climb up and lie on them instead of logs. The children pretended not to know how to lie on the box correctly, and then the devil told his wife to demonstrate how to do it. Seizing the moment, the children saw through her throat and run away.

Girl without hands

The devil offered the poor miller untold wealth in exchange for what lies behind the mill. Thinking that we are talking about an apple tree, the miller happily agrees - and soon learns that he sold his own daughter to the devil. The devil tries to take the girl, but he cannot - because she is too clean. And then the unclean person threatens to take her father instead of her and demands that the girl let her father cut off her hands. She agrees and loses her arms.

This, of course, is an unpleasant story, but still it is somewhat more humane than the earlier versions, in which a girl chops off her own hands in order to become ugly in the eyes of her brother, who is trying to rape her. In another version, the father chops off the hands of his own daughter, because she refuses to enter into intimacy with him.

Little Red Riding Hood

The girl went into the forest and listened to the nonsense that the wolf had spoken. Having killed the grandmother, the wolf not only eats her, but prepares a roast from her body, and a wonderful drink from her blood. Lying down on the bed, he watches as Little Red Riding Hood devours his own grandmother with gusto. The grandmother's cat tries to warn the girl, but she also dies a terrible death (the wolf throws heavy wooden shoes at her). Little Red Riding Hood does not seem to be embarrassed by this, and after a hearty dinner, she obediently undresses and goes to bed, where a wolf is waiting, which deprives her of her virginity. The lumberjacks don't come. Moral - do not go to bed with strangers.

It is interesting that the sexual overtones of the tale have come down to our times. French idiom for loss of virginity: elle avoit vû le loup (she saw a wolf).

Pinocchio

The Wood Boy is ruthless towards old Gepetto and constantly teases him. The old man begins to pursue Pinocchio and goes to jail for allegedly offending the boy.

Pinocchio returns home, where he meets a century-old cricket, who tells him that naughty children are turning into donkeys. However, the wooden boy, not wanting to listen to wise advice, in a fit of anger throws a hammer at the cricket and kills him.

Pinocchio ends his life by being burnt in flames. A cat with a mutilated paw, which Pinocchio had earlier chewed off, and a fox become witnesses of his dying sufferings. Both animals were hanged by an evil wooden boy.

the little Mermaid

Having received a human soul, Undine marries a knight. However, numerous relatives of the mermaid are plotting, thereby interfering with her happiness with her husband. In addition, the knight falls in love with Bertida, who settles in their castle.

To save his beloved and his new passion from the wrath of his uncle, an evil water one, Ondine commits suicide by throwing herself into the river. The knight marries Bertida. However, Undine returns as a mermaid and kills her unfaithful husband.

A stream suddenly appears near the knight's grave, which is a kind of symbol of the fact that the mermaid and her lover are together even in the next world, and their love is stronger than life and death.

Snow White without thunders

The girl dies at the age of seven. Her body is placed in seven glass coffins. The key to the coffin is kept by the deceased's uncle, as the girl's mother is dying of grief. In a dream, the girl continues to grow and by a certain age becomes a real beauty.

Uncle's wife finds the coffin with the deceased. She pulls her hair, the poisonous comb falls out, and the girl comes to life. Suspecting the poor thing that she is her husband's mistress, the woman begins to treat her badly.

Snow White is cut off her hair, beaten to a pulp and made a slave. The poor thing is humiliated and beaten every day. This gives her black circles under her eyes and bleeds from her mouth.

The girl decides to commit suicide, but before that she talks about her difficult fate to the doll. Uncle Snow White, overhearing her confession, understands everything. He divorces his wife, heals his crippled niece, then gives her in marriage to a rich and good man.

In the Brothers Grimm collection, the evil queen was Snow White not her stepmother, but her mother. Disney also chose to omit the fact that the queen told the hound to take the girl to the forest and kill the girl, and bring her lung and liver as proof.

The prince finds Snow White not sleeping, but dead: for fun, he decided to take the body with him, but the servant slipped, knocking over the coffin. A piece of poisoned apple flew out of her throat, and Snow White magically came to life.

At the Prince and Snow White's wedding, the stepmother is forced to dance in red-hot iron shoes until she falls dead.

The frog king

Traditionally, the first fairy tale in the Grimm collection with an uncomplicated plot: a princess kisses a frog from the kindness of her heart, and he turns into a handsome prince.

In the original, the frog tricks the princess into taking a vow of friendship, comes to her palace and climbs onto the girl's silk pillow. The angry princess throws him against the wall, and in the same instant the frog turns into a stately prince.

In earlier versions, the frog's head was cut off altogether. Needless to say, a kiss is much more romantic.

That's not all, there is the same Giambattista Basile. His Tale of Fairy Tales, written in the Baroque style, is the first collection of fairy-tale folklore in the history of European literature. I have read, I do not recommend you, read Russian fairy tales. I have, alas, you have not read them. Yes, you haven't read real Russian fairy tales. But about them later.
