The power of the super-rich, usurious capitalism, a consumer society aimed at making a profit as an end in itself - all this disfigured the economy, created an unfair distribution of wealth, gave rise to wars and revolutions, led to human degradation, and gave rise to a global social depression. These pseudo-elites endure not their high mental and moral qualities to the political and financial Olympus, but dirty undercover intrigues. The ability to lie and steal is what brings to the very top in today's Russia. Pseudo-elites manage to preserve the ugly structure of the world for thousands of years, keeping humanity in check, but they cannot cope with Nature, and therefore the result of their reign was the destruction of the ecosystem.

One has to doubt the mental adequacy of the pseudo-elites destroying their own environment, but it is obvious that their retention in power calls into question the existence of mankind.

The world should be ruled by smart, educated, honest, i.e. expert scientists.

Let's clarify who we call scientists. These people do not always have scientific degrees and titles. They are unlikely to be employees of scientific institutions, because they are not mounted with a deceitful criminal atmosphere of what is now called official science. Scientists are smart, educated, honest people who value truth. These are people for whom the main goal is to preserve life on the planet. It is more accurate to call them sages, wise men, whom Nature has endowed with a sensitive perception of the world and a powerful mind that protects them from the zombie, corrupting influence of the current civilization of lies. They are so smart that they understand that it is mortally dangerous to lie for money - for themselves and for those around them, because lying kills life. Today such scientists are beggar outcasts, thrown out of laboratories, excluded from teaching schoolchildren and students. They are categorically not allowed into power at any level, the media are closed for them, occupied exclusively by artists, comedians, football players, officials, priests - everyone who fights against reason, cuts it out, destroys it. But they continue to work. Talent makes them create - they write articles and books for free, post them on the Internet, embody their ingenious inventions on their knees.

The clever is hated by the authorities if the authorities are criminal. The clever are dangerous because they can understand the true purpose of the criminal government - the preservation of the world domination of small parasitic groups of the super-rich. This unnatural construction is held up by a lie that deceives stupid and gullible people to a state of complete submission. If the people understand how they are being manipulated, how are we going to govern them? - This is the recognition of one of the pillars of the power of the Russian Federation. The clever one can discern the truth behind the veil of lies, point to it to people and thus break the social structure, where there are super-rich parasites at the top. Therefore, the millennial policy of pseudo-elites is the murder of the smart. The great Italian astronomer Giordano Bruno burned at the stake, the great geneticist Nikolai Vavilov tortured to death in the Stalinist concentration camp, the great chemist Lavoisier guillotined in France - there are millions of such examples.

Oligarchs do not allow new technologies, born of geniuses, as this threatens their world domination. They shelter genius discoveries and destroy the geniuses themselves. So, the replacement of an internal combustion engine will not be allowed, because this will reduce the consumption of hydrocarbons, and, consequently, reduce the income of the oil oligarchs.

The oligarch corrupts scientists, finds scum among them who are ready to serve their interests for money - to seize sources of raw materials and sales markets through organizing wars and coups. So are the famous academicians - Khariton and Sakharov, who created atomic weapons and other educated scoundrels who sculpt bacteriological, psychotronic weapons … These primitive-minded two-legged cannot be called scientists, because they are not able to understand the consequences of their disgusting deeds. They work for a salary and do not realize that tomorrow their own children will die from the fruits of their exercises.

So-called "scientists" are filling the laboratories of Monsanto, producing Agent Orange, which has poisoned the Vietnamese jungle, and along with the ocean. And the herbicides and pesticides produced by them make it possible to fill supermarket shelves with dummies of vegetables and fruits, which bring great profits to the producer and seller and kill the consumer. This is how the order of the oligarchy is fulfilled - the reduction of the population, which will allow them to live and rule in conditions of depletion of resources.

Pseudo-scientists create genocidal weapons - GMOs, chemical additives, drugs, mutilating vaccines and medicines …

Honest scientists stand up to protect people.

The pseudoscientists hired by the oligarchy discredit science, block honest scientists who create new medical technologies that are really important for people. Scientists in the Russian Federation are practically exterminated.

In the 60s, these golden-headed boys and girls went through huge competitions for physics departments and mechanics, overcame the incredible complexity of mathematics and physics courses and went to work at the Academy of Sciences, in the famous research institutes. They were needed when they created the atomic bomb, nuclear reactors, satellites, rockets … They were held in high esteem, books like "The Inevitability of a Strange World" were written about them, a movie about "Nine Days of One Year" was made about them. Physics was synonymous with romance, physicists were the vanguard of humanity, rushing into Space, to new worlds. Scientists held their conferences all over the Union, they were well paid. This killed them - parasites rushed into science. They didn't give a damn about science, they were interested in the side dish - a free life, traveling at the state expense, a big salary …

It was convenient for the parasite to suck the blood of naive romantics who consider fussing in the laboratory in search of truth as the highest happiness. Parasites huddled together, mafias, ethnic clans, quickly seizing power over scientists, taking over entire institutes, branches of the Academy of Sciences. The parasite easily found a common language with their own kind in power, who occupied high chairs for the sake of robbery. The leadership of science - academicians - and the authorities of the "democratic" RF together destroyed scientists as a class, because the world market determined the "democratic" Russia as a resource colony, where high technologies and science were subject to complete extermination.

In pursuance of this plan, in the 90s, salaries of scientists were cut to a level incompatible with life, at the beginning of the 2000s they began to cut scientists in batches, following the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science: expel 20% of researchers, dismiss 25% … This was strikingly reminiscent of the Bolshevik orders “shoot things 20 professors ". "Democratic" Russia has firmly adopted Lenin's definition: "the intelligentsia is the shit of the nation." The coincidence is not accidental - "democratization" was carried out by the commissars' companions, their descendants - Gaidars, Posners, Svanidze …

One after another, powerful modern scientific schools were destroyed. Young people ran out of science - into realtors, into traders … The most talented convertible people rushed abroad, taking with them trillions of dollars spent on their education and millions of Russian know-how.

Most of those 2.5 million Russian scientists who became emigrants are the children of scientific workers. They left and continue to leave, saying goodbye to their parents: "I don't want to live like you!" And the parents help them to leave, hoping that the children will not share their bitter fate. Sometimes, and not so rarely, when children leave, they do not even leave their addresses, they cut ties with their parents and with the Motherland, hating everyone and everything that doomed them to suffering, to emigration.

In Russia, there remains a mournful column: millions of lonely old parents, still capable, but useless scientists - beggars, humiliated, thrown out on penny pensions, equal to those of janitors. Uncle Sam ordered to make them corpses during his lifetime, and the leadership of the country and science obediently obeyed the order. Today, these former geniuses, many of whom have not yet lost their golden brains, are thrown out of institutions and suffocate from insult, watching how victorious marketers, speculators, swindlers, showbiz morons, stupid athletes, who have become millionaires, are prancing triumphantly on the TV screen. on them, defeated, scoffs, laughs, spits … They feel miserable outcasts and die prematurely from lack of demand, loneliness, humiliation, poverty.

In the west, there is the concept of emeritus (honored, honorary) professor. This status makes it possible to continue to partially carry out their work, for example, in the role of a scientific consultant, head of scientific research, diploma or graduate work, a member of examination boards, an expert … Emerite's financial support is much higher than the pension and approximately corresponds to the last salary of a scientist. This ensures continuity, which is extremely important in science.

But in Russia there is nothing like this, because the authorities do not need the preservation of scientific schools, they need their complete extermination, they need such a fierce humiliation of elderly honored scientists so that the young in horror will flee the country without looking back.

There is not a single person in the leadership of Russia and the Academy of Sciences who would intercede for scientists, would understand the danger of the destruction of science.

The defeat of science in Russia in thirty years of "democracy" has assumed a monstrous and unprecedented scale.

The destruction of the high-tech industry in the Russian Federation will eliminate the labor market for scientists. The emigration of young people in the amount of about 100 thousand people a year, carries away the last scientists from the country, puts an end to Russian science.

As a result, the country is rapidly degrading. Schoolchildren do not study, because the general atmosphere in the country is the rise of idiocy and the suppression of reason. "Successful" morons who have studied fraudulent theft schemes sit in the top management of companies, in government agencies. They became heroes of youth, role models.

More than 40% of children do not want to go to school. Schools are turning into zones of hostility and aggression. Children bully and even kill classmates, feuding with teachers, parents persecute teachers. Schools are turning into prisons - fences, security guards, turnstiles, passes, the Unified State Exam concentration camp procedure with searches and video cameras. Stress, tension, distrust, fear - by the time they graduate, children turn into psychotic patients. Children simply do not know how to write anymore - scary scribbles will replace a cross instead of a signature in the near future.

The authorities get what they need - sick morons who are easy to control, who are easy to deceive and exploit.

University teachers are harassed with wild loads, exhausting heaps of stationery, applicants for scientific degrees are humiliated by running all theses through the anti-plagiarism system, although this system does not at all prevent the widespread download of articles and dissertations from the Web, and the purchase of diplomas. In the absence of access to industry, the departure of the smartest, little funding, and new equipment, the pitiful remnants of science are rapidly degrading.

Deprofessionalization has struck all industries - there is no one to teach and treat, there is no one to work on modern equipment. Russian programmers are talented, they win international Olympiads. But they run abroad. The country lacks about half a million IT specialists. The Russian Federation is turning into a miserable digital colony - a consumer of an American software product.

Universities are rapidly degrading - students forced to earn extra money do not attend lectures where old teachers teach outdated courses that have been rolled out over decades.

The whole science of the Russian Federation is represented by Skolkovo, which simply gathered "its" people to cut budget funds. On television, the head of the Kurchatov Institute, Mikhail Kovalchuk, has become the face of science. But his appearance oozing well-being and cheerful lies about the mighty achievements of Russian science no longer impress anyone - the young do not watch TV and spit on the victorious reports of scientific bosses, who are paid to not see problems. The salaries of directors of institutes are hundreds of times higher than the wretched salaries of actually working employees. And so the young people just pack their bags and leave. More than 40% of young people under 25 want to leave the country - they will take with them the golden gene pool of the nation - smart people.

Nobody is trying to stop them. The Academy of Sciences and academicians spit on the loss of their personnel. The patriotic public throws clods of dirt at the back of the emigrant as a traitor. But for Russia it is vitally important to stop this flow of people leaving, to close the pipe that irrevocably carries away Russian brains - the most precious resource. It is worth seeing the experience of China, where those who left are taken care of, keep in touch with them, and when they return, they give a grant to create their own laboratory.

Dullness, narrow-mindedness, narrow-mindedness, servile submission to the authorities - this is the portrait of the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alexander Sergeev. He timidly mutters something about the lack of funding for science - a little more than 1% of GDP - and at the same time dares to talk about some breakthrough areas. He considers the development of a "social laser" to be such a breakthrough, which is able to control the Internet society through online control systems. The President of the Russian Academy of Sciences proposes to kill freedom on the Internet for the sake of countering the orange revolutions. But for the authorities, everything that contradicts their System is colored orange.

In other words, Academician Sergeev proposes to form an advanced digital gendarmerie from the RAS staff, which will strangle the last clever people who miraculously survived in Russia, thereby bringing closer the hour of the final death of the state. The President of the Russian Academy of Sciences apparently hopes that the American or Chinese occupation administration will pay him academic allowances?

“You and I live in a market economy, for which the main measure of success is profit and the time for which it is received,” the chief academician babbles doomedly. He is ready to live where he was put, and cannot understand that in Russia - a raw material colony - in principle there can be no science.

The pitiful babbling of the so-called President of the so-called Academy of Sciences once again testifies that Russian science is being killed by the fifth column of high officials, including the functionaries of the Academy of Sciences. This means that it is necessary to liquidate the Academy of Sciences - the feeding trough of scientific officials in order to save science

Humanity will not survive without honest, real scientists, because pseudo-scientists in an alliance in pseudo-elites are destroying the planet.

In 1992, the Union of Concerned Scientists, a public organization dedicated to the interaction of politics and science, at the initiative of its co-founder and member of the Board of Directors Henry Way Kendall, issued "A Warning to Humanity from Scientists of the World." The document began with the words: "People and nature are moving towards collision with each other." The "warning" predicted the destruction of life on Earth by humanity due to the formation of ozone holes, water and air pollution, deforestation, soil depletion and other consequences of human interference in the environment. More than 1,700 scientists from all over the world have signed it. They urged mankind to come to their senses before irreparable damage is done to the environment: reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce the use of fossil fuels, and stop deforestation.

Over the past 25 years, the situation has deteriorated sharply, and therefore, in 2017, more than 15 thousand scientists from 184 countries, including 20 citizens of the Russian Federation, signed the "Second Warning to Humanity." It was published in the journal BioScience. The main problem, according to the authors, is global climate change. Since 1992, the average temperature has risen by more than half a degree Celsius, and annual carbon dioxide emissions have increased by 62%. The area of forests has decreased, the number of fish in water bodies has decreased. In the oceans, the volume of dead zones - areas with a low oxygen content - has increased. The number of people during this time has grown by two billion, while the populations of many species of mammals, reptiles, fish have decreased by 30%. Humanity has become the cause of the sixth in the last half a billion years of mass extinction of animals and "catastrophic loss of biodiversity."

“It will soon be too late to deviate from our fall trajectory,” the authors of the article note. They proposed a number of ways to solve the problem: creating nature reserves, reducing food waste, introducing more environmentally friendly technologies, changing consumption patterns using economic incentives. They made a call to stabilize populations, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and deforestation, and stop biodiversity loss. They also advocated a sharp reduction in per capita consumption of fossil fuels and meat. They spoke out against intensive consumption and its inequality, against the economy of growth.

The authors of the document created the "Alliance of World Scientists", designed to provide a scientific evidence base for aspects that affect the state of the planet and the well-being of mankind.

However, they did not mention the main, political cause of the damage to the environment - market capitalism, oriented towards making a profit at any cost. They did not talk about changing the paradigm of human development and about changing elites. They limited themselves only to an appeal to scientists, representatives of the media, and citizens to put pressure on political leaders.

However, it is no longer enough to put pressure on politicians. They cannot solve any global environmental problems, most likely because they simply do not know what and how exactly to do. Therefore, scientists themselves need to develop and offer sane people scientifically grounded options for ways out of this situation. All people should realize that the Earth's biosphere is the only possible habitat for mankind. She will do without us, we will not do without her! The trends of the last 27 years have made it obvious that in modern conditions, continuing the practice of "business as usual" is destructive not only for the economy, but also for human existence.

If anyone survives in Russia, science will have to be remade ideologically, structurally, and organizationally.

An arrogant and narrow-minded academician, who is most often a slacker and a scientific zero, should not rise above a genius and a hard worker either financially or administratively. The money of science should go to the scientist, not to the administrator - to the manager of the farm like dealers from the FANO, the scientific policy of the country should be determined by the current scientific employees, and not the ignorant people from the leadership of the Russian Academy of Sciences, who are stuck to their chairs, in fact oligarchs from science. Science, like the country, needs an anti-oligarchic revolution, needs democratization. Science should be managed by the researchers themselves.

But where can we find such researchers?

Those who remain today within the walls of scientific institutes are most often conformists, ready to imitate scientific activities in dead institutes, whose developments, even if they appear, no one will take, because the high-tech industry in Russia has been destroyed. These dishonest people are ready to write the stupidest bureaucratic reports, they are ready to obey the insane orders of their superiors, because the main thing for them is to receive a salary, and not a scientific result. The most talented, and therefore recalcitrant, have been expelled from science and continue to be expelled.

This science will be created by those who rebel against the System, who create ingenious technologies on their knees, it will be raised by physicists, chemists, biologists, ecologists who have created their political organizations, who understand that saving science is not a private task, turn will perish all life on Earth.

Let us outline very briefly the main tasks of the new true science, a science for life, and not to replenish the billions of dollars in the oligarchs' accounts.

The new Russian science must set itself the task of saving the Earth and man, and not creating weapons.

New political technologies

The primary task is to save life on Earth, which cannot be done without changing the civilization management system, and therefore scientists must become the country's conceptual strategic power, must outline an algorithm for the transition and formulate the principles of a new civilization. Such work is already underway in the alternative expert community; it should be given the status of the most important state task.

It is necessary to create a technology to eliminate the fragments of a dying civilization.

New financial technologies should remove usury and interest-based banking, remove the binding of money to virtual values - the dollar and gold by creating real money - energy, grain, water currency.

New eco-technologies

Rescue from environmental disaster should be the main task of the new government. For this, a number of directions should be opened.

• Study of the experience of the Vedic pre-Christian civilization, the dissemination of Vedic knowledge.
• Gathering and funding inventors who can offer an alternative to internal combustion engines to move away from the hydrocarbon economy. This is more promising than finding green fuel than electric vehicles.
• Gathering an international group of scientists to create a technology for the rapid removal of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

It is impossible to change the situation overnight. A set of measures is required to systematically resolve this situation. This will require the partnership participation of all public institutions: the media, social movements, scientific and business circles, international non-governmental organizations.

In order to avoid the sad end of people and to ensure a dignified life for future generations, it is necessary to reorient all basic economic activities, primarily energy and agriculture, from technologies (fossil fuel combustion and planar farming) developed back in the Neolithic period (i.e. more than 10 thousand years ago) on the environmentally compatible mechanisms of the biosphere. This requires the creation on a strictly scientific basis of a new economic theory and practice, as well as the creation of a fundamentally different technique and technology.

That is, we are talking about the need for humanity to make another civilizational revolution. This time - ecological! Homo sapiens has already made a number of environmental revolutions (neolithic, industrial, scientific and technical), overcoming local and regional environmental crises. The progress of mankind was constantly accompanied by crisis situations, but each time the critical situation was resolved through the next civilizational revolution and the transformation of the existing way of life. At critical historical moments, when humanity was faced with a choice of which path to take, this choice was made not by a random combination of external and internal factors, but in accordance with the goal prevailing among the carriers of socially significant ideas.

At present, environmental scientists, as carriers of the ideas of environmentally compatible development, are the last hope of mankind. Only science will allow humanity to take that next “step beyond the horizon” that Werner Heisenberg wrote about. It is already obvious that the future of mankind is connected not with the management of the biosphere with its almost 4 billion experience of evolution and the adjustment of planetary natural processes, but with the management of the world society. You need to learn from Nature, not teach it! Based on the study of the experience of overcoming various crises by mankind in the past, science allows in general terms to draw a scenario for overcoming the crisis in the future.

The civilizational revolution begins with the introduction of various kinds of innovations into practice. Then, new techniques and technologies lead to the formation of a social environment that is different from the traditional one, which uses outdated technologies for material production. The new society develops new economic relations that affect state institutions, which subsequently leads to a change in the structure of the world and social consciousness. Therefore, it is quite possible to initiate an ecological revolution by restructuring the existing artificial habitat - by ecologizing the technosphere, transferring it into a nature-like eco-technosphere. The technosphere of the future should be built according to the same principles and work according to the same rules as the natural habitat - the biosphere.

In order to fully implement the existing scientific developments in the field of technology and technologies of eco-technosphere construction, we offer, first of all, to all scientists, to all reasonable and sane people to join the worldwide network structure ("ring"), which can be called the International Committee for the Rescue of the Planet. This Committee may include cooperating subsystems: "Eco Russia", "Eco France" , «Eco Canada » etc., reflecting the still preserved traditional division of the world society into national states.

Various public structures can be involved in the work of the Committee. The primary constant task of all non-governmental and public organizations, not only environmental, but also scientific, educational, medical, cultural, as well as all media, should be to foster an eco-centric natural-scientific outlook in every member of society. To achieve this goal, communities that are not directly related to ecology should be involved, but also reenactors studying history, communities organizing massive solar holidays, artels of folk crafts, employees of museum archaeological complexes of ancient cities and settlements, etc. The work of reorganizing the entire way of life is immense and therefore there is something to do for all earthlings.

Calling on the people of the Earth to unite in a ring, we are not looking for an easy road and do not give unrealizable promises in advance. We do not expect awards and honors along the way. We are aware that we will face great difficulties. We are not afraid. We are confident in our abilities. We are confident in the power of our knowledge. The stronger the clouds gather on the horizon, the more joyful it will be to overcome the current despair and to get out of the ecological dead end, into which all of humanity is being drawn deeper and deeper.
