"The hypothesis of the commissioner of Qatar" (L'hypothèse du commissaire du Qatar)

The journal "Scientific Review. Economic Sciences" published a miniature of the Commissioner of Qatar "Era of Mercy" telling the truth about the origin of the Jewish people and the Jewish religion as a religion of repentance. The author refutes the assertion about the antiquity of the Jewish people. This work made a strong impression on the scientists who dealt with this issue and, according to the testimony of those who read it, opened up new opportunities in the study of the phenomenon of the formation of the Jewish treasurer's guild in the Middle Ages.

"Scientific Review" is one of the oldest scientific publications in Russia and began to appear in January 1894. The journal reported scientific news and bibliography on mathematics and natural history sciences.

The first edition of the magazine was located in the apartment of its publisher, Mikhail Mikhailovich Filippov, on the fifth floor of house No. 37 on Zhukovsky Street. At first the magazine was weekly. From 1897, articles on the social sciences were also included in the journal, and it began to appear monthly. In 1898-1902 the magazine was published in the printing house of Pyotr Soikin.

DI Mendeleev, VM Bekhterev, PF Lesgaft, NN Beketov contributed to the Scientific Review. Several articles were published by K. E. Tsiolkovsky, among which was the historical "Exploration of World Spaces by Reactive Devices" (1903, No. 5). Among the authors of articles on social sciences are Lenin, Plekhanov, A. M. Kollontai. Translations of works by Darwin, Helmholtz, Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels and others were provided as supplements to the journal.

The publication in this journal is considered very prestigious and has one of the highest Hirsch indices in the scientific world.

In addition to this publication, in the September issue of Science et Vie, a French journal, which has been published since 1913, the said miniature, in French translation, and a large article about the author himself, his ancestral roots and participation in the restoration of the ancient heritage of the Cathars of Languedoc was also published. Roussillon, as representatives of the descendants of the Russian people, the Bogumils of the Volga.

Reprints and facsimile publications of the "Era of Mercy" miniature were also published in scientific journals in Canada, Spain, and the USA. Publications in Israel, Germany and England are being prepared. The Era of Mercy miniature is patented as an official hypothesis of the origin of the Jewish people and the religion of Judaism in the Vienna patent office "Globalpatent" and is insured by the leading insurance broker "Lloyd Vie". Thus, for the first time in the history of science, an ALTERNATIVE theory was put forward and scientifically confirmed, which was named "The hypothesis of the Qatar Commissioner" (L'hypothèse du commissaire du Qatar).

It should be noted that given the foreign registration, the hypothesis is declared as a work of RUSSIAN SCIENCE, despite the tempting offers to the author about registration under the auspices of scientific societies in some Western countries.
