The reason for writing this article of mine was shock. A Moscow acquaintance, enthusiastically working in one of the boarding schools, with a good education, a physicist, rationally thinking and quite adequate in everyday life, complained about one stubborn tenth-grader who did not want to swallow antibiotics prescribed by a doctor. Moreover, this "fortress" did not break even under the onslaught of a collective assault by anxious educators, who could not think of anything better how to slip an act stating that adults are relieving themselves of all responsibility for signing a minor stubbornness, after which she will be responsible for her health herself.

Hearing this from an educated resident of the capital, I entered a short-term stupor. Because this is a diagnosis of how we really go crazy! We stop thinking, analyzing and checking for the authenticity of what is more and more often slipped to us on paper, on a plate, in a service. We are corny becoming stupid right before our own eyes! Here are fragments of the dialogue of the slow-witted - judge for yourself:

- Why should she take antibiotics?

- She probably has a virus. Here the doctor came and appointed.

- And made the diagnosis? - Yes, bronchitis, they said.

- Who said?

- Nurses.

- Is it registered in the medical card?

- We don't have them. The certificate is written by a doctor - it means that you need to do it. All other children go to the pharmacy and buy antibiotics if the doctor prescribes. And this one rests for some reason. We gave her an act - so we signed it. And now what to do with it?

- Stop! With her or with your own head ?! What do you have there: do children swallow antibiotics like they suck on lollipops? A little sick - a pill in your mouth?

- These are the rules. Once the doctor has prescribed - go and do …

I will not retell this husk further - the common sense of the teacher turned on only towards the end of the dialogue. And I felt an almost animal fear for what was happening. The militant epiphany came to light: everything! It's time to rip off the stopcock! And help ourselves to turn on our own brains on their own. SO - I am telling you in plain language the rules of conduct when meeting with someone who came to treat you. And these are not recommendations, but strict requirements for every doctor! This is your Roadmap. USE, SMART AND DEMAND YOUR OWN BY LAW!

You have noticed how all sorts of instructions, decisions, decrees, laws and their interpretations by different interpreters, etc. are multiplying around us. etc. This is a signal of a serious illness of both the state and the emaciated people inhabiting it. For it has long been known among wise people: the more laws a state has, the closer it is to the abyss. But now we are talking about you and me. The dominance of instructions and all sorts of "road maps" (the Americans have the term licked, but in Russian the original word "guide", for example, is available) most of us enter into a state of lasting confusion, misunderstanding: where am I and what is it with? And so neatly the accent is shifted: CHOOSE? A guide is an instruction for a person, for you and me, a way not to get lost and go to the goal. A "road map" is a scheme for an official, that is, A cog in the Management System by us and our impulses to look for their own options for an individual approach to each person.

As a result, we get scared and assure ourselves that “we / personally me” cannot understand this, I am a small person, as they say “above” - so I will. They will say it is impossible or not available - well, so be it … That is, we humbly accept any alignment, even if a completely obscene and even delusional process occurs. We gradually get used to this delirium as to the norm, and here even a high level of intelligence with the crusts of a university is not a panacea for collective insanity. How to be and what to do? I suggest the most recalcitrant and inquisitive not to be afraid to dive into the study of tricky enemy schemes, translate them into the language of understanding by all adequate people - and scatter them among the people. And our people will look for workarounds in interaction with fools and geeks of all stripes, being "information-savvy" and self-confident.

As an example, I offer my own medical off-road guide. Get inspired and take action. And be sure to share with those around you your small victories over the big injustice. To begin with, I strongly advise you to look at the ICD-10 - International Classifier of Diseases. There is a clear algorithm for how the diagnosis is determined and treatment is prescribed. Any doctor must follow this! But in Russia, “Perhaps!” Reigns. Maybe it will feel better, maybe it will carry it over … Let's start with the fact that in civilized countries, citizens more often than once a year do not indulge their bodies with antibiotics. They understand that they will have to suffer much more seriously for the beaten microflora. And when will we start to grow smarter in this Light?

Remember and tell inexperienced children: it all begins for any doctor with the collection of anamnesis. The doctor must use objective methods - independently examine the patient, look, touch, as well as subjective - listen to complaints, where, how and how often it hurts. Further, the doctor should apply additional examination methods: instrumental (put a thermometer, ultrasound, MRI, echoscopy, etc.) and laboratory - these are various analyzes. And the doctor MUST enter all this in the Patient Examination Protocol! With seasonal colds - the most common folk ailment - the doctor is obliged to prescribe a referral for blood tests (general and biochemical), urine, and - attention! - sputum culture analysis to determine the source of the disease - bacterial or viral, as well as sensitivity to one or another antibiotic. This last analysis was never done in our hospitals and clinics. And now, to put it mildly, they have “scored”. But according to the law and in accordance with ICD-10, they are simply obliged to do this, otherwise the prescribed antibiotic may turn out to be useless for you and even harmful!

Demand from the doctor the strict observance of the ICD standards. She stumbles and talks about the lack of money and components for analysis - a "call to a friend" to your insurance company about how poorly you are being examined so that you will be immediately served as expected. Note, I have never used the word "diagnosis" yet. Because before staging it, you need to go through all of the above. Only after that, the doctor is obliged to write it down in the Protocol and prescribe the appropriate treatment for you. If you need an antibiotic - in the case of a bacterial infection - it should be as effective and gentle as possible for you. With viral ARVI, you don't need to rush to pharmacies for antibiotics!

Stop and turn on your brains: a virus is such a quirky contraption that, once it enters human organisms, it mutates every time before it leaves another victim and enters a new one. Thoughtless absorption of antibiotics destroys the immune system, and you become a chronic hostage of your own stupidity and gluttonous pharmaceutical companies. And do not rush to take antipyretic, especially at the initial stage of the disease. Your body is struggling, so help it with abundant drink, and not with the "teraflu" poleaxe. Do not be afraid to pour cold water on top of your head - this is popularly called a "kick to the immune system." Works, tested for many years.

So let's, finally, get smarter and learn to “take the blow” from the pressure of the stupid or initial fools and ignoramuses, following the stubborn student of the Moscow boarding school. Trust in God too, but do not blunder yourself. And don't forget about my memo. Only the wheel in the cart will be changed, which creaks. Well, don't be silent and don't hum - go for it.
