These are the words of the German philosopher and music critic Theodor Adorno. And, indeed, often music, as if listening to our emotional experiences, to our pain, like a brilliant healer, effectively relieves us of suffering. That is why it is important to know about the healing power of sounds, and not only know, but use it for your own good.
HEALTH AND MOOD SOUNDS
Nowadays, it has been established that every object in the Universe "sounds" by emitting waves of a certain length. The human body, as well as every organ, "sounds". Moreover, while we are healthy, the frequency and length of these waves are unchanged. But as soon as there are malfunctions in the body, the frequency characteristics of the waves begin to change, and we get sick. So, in order to restore health, you need to restore the natural vibrations of the body.
The fact that with the help of specially selected sounds and music it is possible to treat many diseases and maintain a positive mood was known even in ancient times. In the III century. BC e. in the Parthian kingdom, the first musical and medical theater was organized. In it, the audience was treated with music, relieving them of bodily and mental ailments.
And Pythagoras created the first medical book of musical recipes.
Even earlier, Chinese healers discovered that anxiety harms the spleen, grief harms the lungs, anger harms the liver, both intense sadness and excessive joy are harmful to the heart, but fear is the sworn enemy of the kidneys. So, wishing to "heal" certain internal organs, it is important to achieve spiritual harmony.
ABOUT THE USE OF "CHI-CHI" …
It has been proven that in the case of emotional disturbances the sound "X" is most useful. It restores the nervous system, helps relieve the effects of stress and improve mood, even with depression. In oriental medicine, it is called "the sound of a triple heater." This medicine conventionally divides the body into 3 sections: upper, middle and lower. The upper section is "hot". This includes the brain, heart, and lungs. Medium - "warm": liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas and stomach. And the lower section is "cold". These are the small and large intestines, bladder and genitals.
If you decide to help yourself with the help of healing sounds, then make sure that your clothes do not hinder your movements. Choose a place to practice where no one will disturb you. Sit on the edge of a chair or stool. Perform the exercises in a calm, relaxed state. It is best to do them before bed and when you are in discomfort.
Tilt your head back a little. For a count of 4, close your eyes and inhale deeply. At the same time, bring your hands to your face, palms down (the tips of your middle fingers should touch). Begin to exhale air, slowly moving your palms from top to bottom, as if squeezing air out of your body. At the same time, utter the sound "X-x-x-i …" slightly audibly, imagining that first the chest, then the solar plexus and, finally, the lower abdomen become completely flat. Relax, take a few regular breaths and then repeat this sound 2 more times.
For insomnia or emotional distress caused by stress, do this sonic breathing exercise 6 or 9 times.
Each time, finishing the exercise, shake your hands as if shaking off spent, "evil" energy from them.
SOUND OF THE HEART
It has a good effect not only on the emotional sphere, but also on the cardiovascular system, the so-called heart sound. Sit on a chair with your legs slightly wider than your shoulders, hands on your knees. For a count of 4, take a deep breath and spread your arms out to the sides, palms up. Then slowly raise them above your head, interlace your fingers and twist your hands, palms up. "Push" your palms up and then spread your arms wide. Bend slightly to the right, open your eyes wide and begin to exhale air, uttering the sound "Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh …" Feel how your heart is freed from irritability, nervousness, how it is filled with positive energy … Now put your hands on the heart area for 5 seconds, and then again on your knees. Then, after breathing for a few seconds in the usual way, do this exercise twice more.

Why do we listen to the same music over and over
We all know this state when the song literally gets stuck in the head. Moreover, it does not have to be good: sometimes we cannot get out of our minds a song that is popular, but we subjectively don’t like it. Why is that? It's all about the impact of repetition, and its ability to make us remember or participate is just a small part of what happens
